You know, I gotta say... Through past experiences at GameStop I was REALLY hesitant to go here but nobody else had the blasters for one of my kids games. Patrick was really cool though, he was really knowledgeable at how to work your jelly and save some cash too, without being all shady about it. All in all it was a quick and easy trip. Got what I needed and got out without a bunch of rabble rabble.

Staff friendly, facility clean, parking OK. Store opens at noon. Usually game that my son wants is out of stock so we have to wait for it to be mailed.

I wish they had more inventory. They are out of so pre-owned games.

Ordered Pokémon cards end of February and was told they would be here in mid March. Go in and ask a little after mid March where’s my packs at and was told they’ll call me if they come in. That was 2 weeks ago and it’s 3/30/21 and haven’t gotten a call and when I call the store I get no answer no matter what time of the day I call

The store itself is fine I guess, but if you try to call the store’s phone number they will literally NEVER answer. It’s super infuriating when you’re just trying to ask one question.

Went to pick up and order some things for my sons birthday. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly.

I dont know why those prices ( HIGH AS.S) are like that when you can go to the PlayStation Store its open get it cheaper

Went here on Black Friday and had the best service I’ve ever had at a game stop. The staff was on top of it, had multiple employees in the store asking what you were there for so they could pull it before you got to the cashier. And they were all incredibly friendly!! This GameStop is 30min from my house but the closest to family we were visiting and I would seriously drive 30min past 5 GameStop’s to come back to this one. 10/10 customer service on a hectic day

Even on their busiest, craziest days, the staff remains kind and patient. You can tell that the manager cares about her customers because she will go out of her way to help them. Im glad that I am lucky enough to live near THIS particular Gamestop.

Spent about 30 minutes here playing video games and shopping. The staff was helpful and really took their time looking a particular game I wanted. They have quite a bit of clothing and toys, all game related. Ill definitely be going back another time. Hopefully this time they will have Tiger Woods.

I called this location 3 times and apparently all store associates were too busy to answer the phone, yet when I drove up to ask the same question I was calling to ask no one was in store and employees were in the back. Also, they didn’t have what I was calling to ask for so I drove 25 minutes for nothing. Thanks.

This is an awesome place, I mostly go here to buy merch from my favorite games and shows, Sometimes the pricing seems too much but when you have it you’ll know it was worth it! It’s an amazing place the people there are really nice and down to earth, I love the service there, it feels like a home.

Knowledgeable staff and great deals going on. Its nice being able to talk video games with someone who can relate.

This GameStop has a better selection of pre-owned DS and 3DS games compared to other locations. Plus, its easier to walk around in the store because of how much space this is.

I frequent a lot of GameStops in the area and I feel like their awful customer service will eventually spread to your store. Bay Area Blvd. has some straight up pr*cks for Game Advisors, so please dont stoop to their level.Ive never had a problem with this store and its possibly my own karma for thinking Id get similar service elsewhere. Im sticking to the LC GameStop because you guys still have your souls.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had taken a bag of Xbox stuff to sell for my boyfriend, not knowing he accidentally had Nintendo items in there too. Later that afternoon when I had told my boyfriend what they ended up buying from me we realized the Nintendo things were taken. We went back to the store asking to reverse the purchase and the employees there did nothing to help us. They said it was my fault because I was told that all sells were final (was never told that) and that it stated on the sign pad that all sells are final (which it does not). We told them how important those Nintendo items were to my boyfriend and they did absolutely nothing to help. I have tried reaching out to the corporate office several times on the matter and have yet to hear back from anyone. It has been 7 months now. Truly disappointed in how the company is handling an very upset customer. I have told anyone that I know not to give their business to GameStop.
