I’ve frequented this location for over a year and have never experienced an issue; however, yesterday I did… I plan to contact CVS customer relations to make a formal complaint, but want to advise the general public of a couple things… For one, if you are using the pharmacy drive thru I suggest you request that your form of payment is placed in a bag before being returned in the dispenser. My debit card went missing because the pharmacy tech failed to do this. Secondly, the general manager (Jeff) is extremely unprofessional and combative. There was a gentleman I spoke with soon after the incident occurred named Vinnie. I believe he is the assistant manager. Vinnie was very courteous, empathetic, and professional. He explained that I would need to follow up with Jeff the next morning regarding the issue to look into things further…I have NEVER met a manager at any establishment that treated me with such disrespect as Jeff did. If ever you experience an issue at this store and need managerial assistance, I strongly suggest asking for Vinnie.
I ordered a photo magnet from CVS with a free coupon to try out their photo services and got a confirmation email that stated that my photo was printed. I come the following day and the employee told me that they had ran out of magnet supplies and that the photo was not ready. I did not mind this. I come back a week later and there was a different employee. He just asks for a name and size of photo. I gave him my name, asked if he needed the confirmation number I received from the email which he wouldnt even look at and he just stared at me with no helpful advice. I told him that I know my photo was printed and that I got an email and told him of what I was told a week prior. He then talked back saying That could bel, since everyone got a free magnet. To me this seemed like misplaced frustration with a customer. After that I came back in 2 more times to try any names that it could have been or the letter code that was given through the email. The last time I was in there a manager was standing next to him and wouldnt even acknowledge me or that this was an issue. In conclusion: CVS lost or gave away my photo and couldnt give me any decent customer service to try to help my issue. My privacy is violated if that photo had gone home with an unknown individual. This CVS needs help big time because it is not a good look for the company. All three employees I dealt with were terrible or miserable and it makes me question the company as a whole. Also, the store was disorganized and there were several empty shelves. What is going on at this location!?
In line to get a prescription but the vehicle in front being helped never moved for several minutes, 8pm came and they shut the window to me and car behind. How about taking care of the people that have been there waiting. Medication is important for some people but I guess when it’s quitting time customer service is out the window. League City parkway you can do better.
Worst CVS I’ve ever used. Been there a few times bc it’s close. The pharmacy messed up my prescriptions several times, so I stopped using. The store itself is actual garbage tho, too. I kick myself every time I come because their shelves are seldom stocked, particularly in the pharmacy area! I always end up having to make a second stop at another store bc I wasn’t able to find what I needed here. Even basic stuff like cold medicine and allergy meds.
Family member has shingles. (For anyone who doesnt know, shingles are quite painful.)They turned them away without pain meds because 3.5 hours wasnt enough lead-time to fill a prescription. So, my family member had to get through the night with no real help. Inept and malicious. If its actually important that you get your medicine, take your business elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible customer service! Waited two days and still isn’t ready. Staff and pharmacists are very rude and act like you’re not even in the room. Drive through is always 4 cars deep with huge wait time.
Been getting my prescriptions at this CVS for years with satisfaction. Went thru the drive thru today and was waited on by a technician named Cindy. She was very rude, disrespectful and unfriendly to say the least. She claims the prescription I came to pick up (that is on a auto fill basis) hadn’t been approved by my doctor. If that was the case then why did I receive a message from CVS stating it would be ready two days ago? Walgreens is looking good!
So many stores have been so negatively affected by coronavirus. However, throughout the pandemic I have needed several new medications that have been filled immediately after the doctor put them in. Each time I have picked them up directly after leaving the doctor’s office and/or emergency room. The pharmacists are always attentive and knowledgeable and very polite given the influx of business during such a chaotic time.
Pharmacy outstandingEmployees fantastic
One of the best pharmacy experiences! Truly a great staff that works tremendously hard to give the best for their customers. 10/10 recommend this pharmacy.
This CVS has no private room to give shots. The pharmacist asked the pharmacy customers that were waiting on their prescriptions to move from their seats. I was given my shot in front of all of the customers waiting at the pharmacy. On top of that, my son found a large some of money in the store. We turned in the money to the cashier at the front of the store. I called several hours later to find out if someone had claimed the money and the answer was no. I was told if no one claims the money, the store keeps it. I was trying to teach my son to be honest. I dont think the store keeping the money makes sense. Not sure how to explain this one to my son.
I will never step in this store again. Ill drive out of my way to avoid using this store. In fact, Im so offended by this stores manager. Im considering to STOP using CVS altogether. This stores manager is always irritable, disrespectful, argumentative and combative. I would like to think CVS corporate office would NEVER condone this type behavior.
Called to refill a prescription. I was placed on hold for 13 minutes. I said I would be there in an hour, I showed up 2 hours later and my medicine was still not ready. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The whole time I was there I heard “One Pharmacy Call” and no one answered the phone even though there were 4 people working. I overheard another customer in the drive-thru say he was there to pick up his medicine and was told it would be another 30 minutes. After he pulled away, one of the workers said, “I am glad you handled that because I would have been yelling at him.” I will not be retuning to this location. Not the typical CVS experience I have had from other locations.
I would have rated this store higher based on themplyees helpfulness, but the manager Daniel needs to get help! 5 aisles away I heard him scolding an employee for more than 5 minutes - now I am no genius but praise in public, reprimand in private. He was a total jerk. Then one of the cashiers asked if she could take her lunch, his response - are you kidding? This manager needs serious training.
The Management there is absolutely horrible. No respect for others.Id asked politely to speak to a manager because I was looking to find a solution with managers about the audition they fail to help. Respectfully told her the situation and Rhonda the manager with attitude said they couldnt help. Ronda told me to call the 1800 number and she wasnt there the past weekend so she dont know what to say.Soo Id asked to speak to the another manager perhaps The one that was there on Sunday or even the store. The clerk responded with She said she not here And that she call you later. As she whispers something else to him over the phone. I believe it was the STORE manager name is Ariel or Ariana (something like pretty that)Been given the run around and a hard time ... when it was CVS that messed up my order in the first place. Inconvenience when all I was looking for was acknowledgment and respect.Ive worked in the Service industry for Years. I would never say anything bad about a business because I understand this whole ordeal more than the anything. But this was down right Wrong.I think those employees need a little more training in giving customers better service And your business will prosper.. Ill be happy to help train these individuals But this was absolutely ridiculous! In the world of technology you need loyalty from customer.Four days later... I still havent got my products that Id paid for and/or my money back. No one ever called me back by the way.For a struggling single mother this is appalling...
Didnt want to give one star it is that bad. Very unorganized phamacy area standing in Line one person in front inside. All 5 of the pharmacys employees continue to fill prescription or taking care of drive threw has the line fills inside. Always a WALGREENS down the road. JUST SAYING!!!
Close to home, always has what I need at a reasonable price.
Great Pharmacy, except the drive thru line and cant ever get anyone on the phone
This applies to almost all CVS stores not just this location.CVS is about the worst of these types of stores. Save your time and go a mile further to Walgreens. My recent visit to this CVS just reconfirmed my dislike for this chain. They don’t label their prices clearly, the often list the price with CVS card only. They have a limited selection and uncomfortable stores. Then to my surprise when I check out they place an advertisement for car insurance and some magazine subscription in the bag.... CVS is like the terrible website with a bad pay out and terrible pop ups.I attempted to go online and leave thins information for the company but have nowhere to leave such reviews on their website.
This is a pretty horribly ran pharmacy. Avoid them at all cost
Absolute garbage pharmacy.Refuse to pick up the phone, take forever, and has been waiting over a month for a call back about a prescription. 🙄
First they run out of medicine, then they send my brother to Marina Bay location to pick it up. When he gets there, pharmacist tells him to go back because theyve already sent it over. Well by this time the pharmacy is closed. And its seizure medication. Really unprofessional people, unorganized, apathetic to the problem they caused us.
Very clean store. Great staff
I cant stand when i ask a question and a store Associate acts as if Im the problem sole because they are not doing their job. Will not ever be back here again.
I get my meds no where else. If there is an issue, they call the Dr. or insurance, to get it rectified asap.
All employees are most helpful and courteous.
They do not carry many of the meds I take.
Pharmacy staff is very helpful and friendly
