Now a 7-11. So you might be thinking, “Sweet! Slurpees!” Yeah, forget it. Every time I stop here hoping to get a Slurpee the machine is busted. It’s easier to get ice cream at a McDonald’s. Their tacos might be good but the 7-11 hallmark is nowhere to be found.

This place always has really cute gifts for the kids and stay stocked with all kinds of freshly made food. Think of it like a mini Buc-ees. The ladies at the front counter are always incredibly nice and last time the tall blonde manager was there as well and he was super friendly also. My kids love coming here they always go out of their way to be super nice to my children. Even the customers have been friendly as hell. Great things to say about a gas station!

Great convenience store.. bustling, busy all the time.. kinda friendly cashiers.. they have fast foods like burritos, fried chicken wings& drums, corn dogs, empanadas, plus they serve hot to order meals..Mexican food I think.

Well Good Morning!! These guys are on it. I Wanted to get a coffee and Google searched coffee shops. Of course Starbucks comes up all over the place.And then I thought what about something different and so I came to stripes and I have to say I am impressed and as long as there is a stripes around there is no reason to spend three times as much at a StarbucksAnd the fresh breakfast tacos are wonderful ... unlike Starbucks prefabricated, processed food.Wow!

New ownership and the new green sauce on the condiment bar is not as good.

Instead of trying to sell me everything in on the front counter or if I’m a rewards member (and want to become one) try just scanning the items I have and let me be on my way.

Went there at 5 in the morning like two days ago and the ladies took roughly 20 minutes to prepare my 6 taco order when nobody was in line. The worst Laredo taco I’ve been too.

They have cheap gas prices to get you in there but youve to have an card. Cash doesnt make it cheaper. So false advertising to me

In an accident, face cut by flying glass and I was unable to stop the bleeding . The Stripes store on 96 was the first place I came to, when I walked in to ask for a phone call for help I was helped immediately . The three ladies stopped everything to render aid . I was seated, my face cleaned and they stopped the blood flow . They salvaged my hearing aid, they made calls, even to a friend to meet me at the hospital . When I first realized I was weakening and could not stop the bleeding I thought to myself ..wish I could find a Boy Scout . No Boy Scouts, I found three angels instead .

Waited in a long line for them to say they dont give the discounted price because they have no cards to give.

Employees are not making customers wear mask. Many people didnt have them on. Also several of my items were overpriced. Altoids shouldnt cost $3.19 each. Every other store they cost $2.50- $2.85. I wont be ever coming back.

This used to be my gas station of use for all my vehicles and goodies but lately theres always problems with the pumps, or no E85 available, the machines at the pumps freeze most of the time, always bird poop all over the houses and nozzles. Need to renovate the pumps and have a better cleaning method for the birds issue. Until this is fixed I am not going to this gas station again. Let me know when something is done about it.

Youre welcomed when you enter any Stripes. The iced tea is fresh, the lunch plates are a value, and the tacos are delicious. If you like truck stop burritos, theyre always 3 for $2.00 at stripes.

This review is only about the food that they serve inside this gas station. Who would have guessed that you could get great Mexican food in a gas station. Absolutely delicious. The tortillas are clearly homemade in store. This gas station is better than most Mexican restaurants Ive been to to! The prices are very low and the food is awesome! The enchiladas are to die for and their the fajita tacos...yum. take home to family all the time...

Great customer service

Had to wait a couple of minutes to be greeted at the taco bar. Once they took my order, they realized they didnt have any tortillas so they had to make some. About 10 minutes from the time I walked in until I got my food. Then I proceed to the checkout line. Again no one working the register, so I have to wait another minute or so to check out.

On my way to my appointment at UTMB, my mom accidentally turned into here, but my neighbor and I needed to use the bathroom. All three stalls in the mens bathroom, the flushometers looked vandalized. The first stall, which was the handicapped stall, the small wall anchor to help flush the toilet automatically was broken off. The second stall, the sensor was out of the wall hanging from the wires. The third stall, I was afraid that I was going to get a free shower, but thankfully, it did not spray like in one video that I saw on YouTube. Luckily, the urinals were not like this. Next time, I will wait until I get to UTMB to use the bathroom.

Dont keep stock well. A guy was hiding back by the hot dog rollers eating hot dogs without paying for them. Employee was to busy playing on phone to notice. Store kinda getto.

I was the 2nd person in line at the taco bar, the man in front of me was helped and then the 4 women behind the bar congregated around one of the cashiers that came over to them and they were looking at something on her cell phone and talking. I waited. They saw me waiting and continued to discuss whatever was so engrossing with the cell phone. When I was finally helped, my bag was slathered in beans when I received my order. I went to get a drink, the coke was out in one of the machines. I proceed to check out but where there were 4 cashiers when I walked in, theres no one. I could see one of the ladies from the taco bar that ignored me in the back, she looked at me and didnt seem concerned yet again with customer service. Finally, the cashier came out, the one with the phone, and I told her about this experience being crappy. She apologized half heartedly, but she was clearly pissed because I mentioned how she had the other ladies gathered around her phone ignoring me in the taco line. Worst stripes experience Ive encountered by far.

Stripes card machines are always down. Whats the point of advertising cheaper prices if you dont honor them? Every time I stop in this place I find myself leaving with my cash in hand and no gas. Thanks for wasting my time Ill go find cheaper gas elsewhere.

THE CASHIERS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE !!!! Then forgot my cigarettes becouse, they upset me much. The cashier would not let a customer bring to me. When i went back to get them they told me NO YOU LEFT THEM THERE! !!!!

Refused tacos again if the owner only new how much business it was losing by not opening the breakfast tacos up like hour earlier so UPS employees can eat breakfast.
