Our favorite HEB location! Everyone is really friendly with my LOs, has watched them grow up since it opened. I always find something great new to try thanks to the guys in the sample kitchen. Clean store, fresh produce and an excellent selection of vegan friendly pantry items.

This is a very pretty store! Easy to navigate thru clean, wide aisles which overall were well stocked. Some shelves were empty that we wanted but we found alternatives. Really a nice store. I will shop here more often.

Wow! HEB has some true gems, one being Abby an assistant manager at the Southshore location. I was extremely upset about an issue, that I later realized is my own fault, but Abby had patience and amazing customer service to take the time to hear me out and then explain everything to me. Even though I was not the nicest, she still showed compassion for my happiness. Love that!! Thank you Abby Gaile for helping an old lady calm her wits! You have high potential for a great future!

It was packed. When I got in line it was 10 carts deep. But managers were packing bags! HEB ALWAYS does an excellent job. The lines moved fast.

This HEB can get pretty busy at the standard grocery shopping times and days but they usually have everything you need and more. Great bakery and floral options, beer and wine, meat and seafood. Employees have always been nice and helpful to me.

My favorite part of shopping here is when teenage employees doing online orders tell me to move so they can get something then use their large shelf on wheels to block where I was trying to get something. I only shop here because my wife wants to. There is a great Kroger a few miles away that has a better selection. And I don’t have teenage employees trying to give me orders. Whoever runs this place needs to actually talk to their people about customer service.

HEB is always a great store. Always have plenty of fresh stuff in stock. Found everything I needed.

Good selection on food. Have not bought anything I dont like. Thats for the off brands. I think sometimes they need to open a second register when it gets a little busy in there

Always the fancy HEB. Clean and nice. Wasnt able to find what we wanted, and the associates seems too busy too help, but definitely would return to this store.

A Texas institution; on visits to my grands I’d spend hours wandering these isles, enjoying the variety. Now I live here and consider HEB one of the reasons for the move! Not every HEB is the same; this one is not the very best, but better than most in the area.

They respond, quickly which is great customer service! Usually its a good place to stop for necessary items but it can be crowded after work. Shelves are usually stocked but when they are out, they are out.

If it wasn’t for the affordable price of their products I imagine this store would go out of business. The staff of this store is so consistently unfriendly and rude. Whether it’s interacting on the store floor or the checkout process, the employees attitude is one of “I can’t be bothered by you”. Shame on the management of this location for not encouraging a level of top notch customer service; all you have to offer is competitive prices. So happy to send my business to Kroger across the street - a much friendlier and appreciated shopping experience.

If you arent from Texas, visit an H-E-B while you are here! So many options and so clean! Staff at this location was amazing and friendly!

4.5. outstanding service and selection. Love the roving tamale lady. Meat market, complete deli. And full bakery. Im all about local for sourcing food, especially bakery goods, but when thats not an option, HEB is as good as it gets, with out the whole foods mark up.If you travel, check out the one in southern Monterey Mexico. That one is amazing.

Great selection. ..just dont understand why if you spend 300.00 there no one helps you put your stuff into your car..thats kinda rude. .in California they help handicap people. But not HEB Texas. I have one leg and age 60... No help from the young worker even had to help bag my stuff... horrible horrible.

Its always so packed full of people. But as all HEBs go it has a great meat and fruit selection. The employees are very helpful and sweet. Everything was stocked.

Typically busy on a Saturday like today, but everyones prepping for 4th of July and cookouts so although it was packed, going through self check out is very quick and even people with baskets full get through the regular line fairly quick. This locations staff are 100% with their customer service. A huge selection on meats, fruit and vegetables for sure. Could use more juice in the coolers but its really an outstanding store. Also the pharmacy staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this location.

I usually go to HEB for groceriesSushiya here is a pretty decent. I did not expect quality from grocery store sushi but they were not bad at all. Of course its not like those posh fancy up scale places in Houston, but it definitely quenches the craving time to time.

This is one if the best HEB stores I absolutely love, they are always fully stocked, the store is amazingly clean and the staff is so nice.. I had to go to the HEB in Texas City one day and it was awful 😖...

Husband and I enjoyed shopping here. Clean store and we found what we were looking for st good prices. Cashier at express checkout was speedy and accurate and cheerful. Lots of unique items and store was fully stocked and organized.

We always have good experience shopping here. However last night around 730pm, we went to the self checkout on the fruits and vegetables side. The machine said its missing an item. We called for help, this rude girl said did you remove something while scanning? We told her no, she made me put everything back in the bag and still the same error. I wanted to ask her, whats your job here if you made it sounds like its our fault? Youre suppose to resolve any issues customer may have. Ok that was one incident. Then we asked her for the buddy bucks for our kids. She automatically said she dont have it. Before with another rep, they would go look for it. Very unprofessional, doesnt go the extra mile to help a customer. She even hide her name tag by covering it. If she doesnt want to be there, dont work there. Just because youre not happy doesnt give you the right to make your customers unhappy.

We ❤️ our HEB!!! If they don’t have what you want, just send a postcard to corporate and there’s a pretty good chance it’ll show up in your store. Amazing people!

I called the Pharmacy to ask if they check blood pressure. Pharmacist told me there was a free machine right outside the pharmacy, Im welcome to it. Walk in to find an out of order sign on the machine... thanks for the help

This is by far my most favorite grocery store to go to in all of Texas. Everything I want and need for an amazing meal in 1 place. I love the store, cleanliness, friendliness of the employees, and especially the bakery. My only regret is not living closer to this H-E-B.

If one peruses the produce section, one will find that the HEB branded Campari tomatoes are grown in Marfa.

No joke... The cleanest, most orderly well arranged HEB around...

I dont live in Texas anymore. When I am there, I LOVE to shop at HEB. Great store with friendly people and good value. The tortillería is great, for grocery store tortillas. Central Market in Austin has the best café, bakery, and olive bar. So many good memories noshing here.

We got some food and it was not overcrowded. I encourage shoppers to get needs because too many are still without electricity and H-E-B helps people by being open. Check operating hours. Stay safe and warm.

Im in HEB and go to check out. Because its Saturday before the 4th of July everyone has a full cart. So I go to the express with my 21 items since ALL the express lanes are empty and the cashiers are just standing around talking. The cashier Jada tells my husband that she cant check us out because she is express. I proceed to unload our cart and she walks away from the register. The supervisor in customer service tells her she has a customer and she says they have too many items. She finally conceeds and checks us out but not until she answers the call from the supervisor and tells her how we have too many item. Her bad attitude continues throughout the transaction that could have been 5 min shorter if she wouldnt have been so. rude AF. This is NOT HEB customer service. You can pull your surveillance to watch the whole situation go down. July 3rd 1:55pm register 14. Jada is the cashier.

Best heb in the area hands down. I am a huge fan of the gold tins little meals for lazy meal prep and they have a giant selection. Its hard to find the type of beef I like anywhere else. Its usually chicken. Gag. They have a ton of party trays and cheeses. The list goes on and on. I live on clear lake and will be using this store going forward.

They have a lot of stuff I like but some things I use a on a regular basis they dont carry.

While I love shopping at HEB, Friday afternoon is perhaps not the best time! Around 3 o clock, I became increasingly unsettled. When I stopped and listened and looked around my shopping experience had been brought to a screeching halt! Due to the running of children up and down aisles and screaming at their parents and each other from multiple areas of the store. Please dont get me wrong I think kids are great we have grown up children of our own and grandchildren. I also understand why oftentimes parents must take their children to the grocery store while they do their shopping. Those of us who have children no matter what age have had to take our children grocery shopping with us. Yet when I see a mother with three children in the cart one on the baby seat two in the basket and three other children walking alongside and the youngest appearing child in the baby seat will not stop screaming and the mother is paying no attention until one of the young girls in the shopping cart starts also screaming at the mother because the young child wont stop screaming. This was one example of at least a dozen that overtook the store at a little after 3 o clock. I will now only shop at this HEB during the late morning hours and certainly never again on a Friday! I am not sure why this family of 6 no actually seven including mom and six kids is allowed to go up and down every aisle screaming at the top of their lungs and Mom just pushed the cart. Is it against societal rules for a management type person to quietly speak to the mother about the bad behavior of the children? In hopes that she would at least pay attention and make an effort to make them stop screaming?The selection at the store is awesome the employees are all very friendly although I did have to wait for more than 5 minutes for someone to help me at the seafood counter, other than running and screaming Wee Ones it was a great shopping trip thank you HEB!

HEB: Has Everything But. This place has been out of something they normally stock that I regularly purchase every single week. Often they are out of more than one item. I used to be in the food business and whomever is in charge of purchasing/stocking for that store doesnt know their bottom from a hole in the ground. Ridiculous.

Our local go to grocery store if your not from Texas you need to visit this store. They do great with the groceries only pitfall. Way to many vegetables from Mexico. Support Texas farmers HEB buy from USA

Was driving thru League City and stopped at this HEB. Very clean. Friendly service. It was crowded but the lines went fast. Everything I needed was in stock.

I attended the pharmacy. Every time I have to pick up a prescription there is always an issue such that they can find the message that the Dr. Left or can find the prescription. Ugh:(

Tons of high quality foods. Staff friendly and busy. The store offers remote shopping. Some prices are higher but the quality and displays are awesome

Opens at 6am, thats a big plus. Have just about everything you would need. Well stocked and in store coupons.

Great Selection of Meats and Seafood. As I grill a lot and also do Seafood boils. The shrimp selection is nice as is the crabs. COVID had killed the cooking demonstrations that featured some great products..I hope this comes back. The HEB house brand of different products offers good quality and tremendous savings

This HEB has (by far) been the best experience I’ve ever had and I have lived in Austin my whole life! I only came in for a few items on the way to the beach and it seemed like a blast from the past. This was the experience I remember having a long time ago in Austin. In the 30 minutes I spent inside I got to know four members by name. The most memorable was D’Wine in the wine/beer isle. Whatever management this store is under needs to take control of the Houston & Austin stores. Great Job to this entire team! 👏🏻

This is my least favorite heb in the area. Most of the managers seem to have no idea what they are even doing. If you have to do a refund... expect to spend at least 5 minutes while they figure things out. If I can avoid this location, I do! The Kroger across the street has my business.

I purchased flowers from HEB for my brothers wedding. I was able to make boutonnierres and floral bouquets. I took the left over flowers and made an arrangement for myself. Love the fresh flowers and the variety they offer. Their floral department is amazing. I enjoy the colors I picked.

Best place to get what you need for groceries or pharmacy medications. And at a lower cost than other competitors. Me and my family come here all the time.

Great service. Staff is consistently polite when I park and wait for my groceries to be delivered. Its always funny when they ask for my DOB because theres a bottle of wine included (My hair is almost entirely gray). Theyre doing their job.
