We went here to get my husbands new dress uniforms for work. The employees here were very friendly. They explained to us the entire process like what we would be purchasing, the price and the procedure. I love how everything is in house. They measure you there, they put the patches on and they make sure the uniform is the correct fit. Even though I wasnt the one making the purchase, I did enjoy looking around at the history they had on the walls. My husband looks forward to getting his uniform from this location

I recently purchased a new set of AGSUs from Marlow White and took it to the dry cleaners on post. When it was returned to me, upon arriving home I found one of the buttons on my jacket had been replaced with a civilian one (they did not tell me about this- first photo). I took the jacket back to MW this morning since clothing sales doesnt stock AGSU buttons yet and they immediately took care of it on the spot, without charging me anything for the replacement button (second photo). Honestly on of the worst services I have ever received. When I first got tailored for my uniform I was told that the prices would include everything I needed for my future order for my branch and when I did call after I got my MOS, they told me I had to pay for that. I still do not know if I paid extra and the two people I talked to over the phone did not give me a straight answer. I was told I would get a call back and did not for 2 weeks, had to call them back, and then get information. Once, they shipped out my package and told me I would receive a tracking number. Never got it. Had to call them BACK, and then they sent the tracking number to me. Package never came and called them back and a girl named Jessie wanted to have an attitude with me and said it wasnt their problem anymore. She told me she would get back to me, but after being lied to about that more than 3 times about getting a call or email back, I had to make her tell me when she would get back to me and who her supervisor is in case she doesnt. Im really disappointed with how much Marlow and White doesnt care about their customers, and because all their customers are military, seems like they dont care to treat their military with any respect or professionalism. Not ever doing business with them again, Id rather order a whole new ASU with another company than have to deal with ordering even a name tag from them ever again.

Caters only to Officers and refuses to sell unless Commissioning season. Staff had an attitude and refused to even listen to what I was asking for. Not worth going to.

Great place. The staff was very informed and knowledgeable on uniforms they helped me pick a package and then the tailor was quick and knew exactly what to do. They may cost more than the issues but it is definitely for a reason. Pockets were cut straight jacket fit great from the shelf. Material felt soft and the quality of everything is just above and beyond. Definitely recommend getting a whole package here wont be going back to issued class as again.

Very professional and kind! Went here with my husband who is commissioning in the spring and we got everything we needed for his uniform. It is always nice to be able to trust someone to do a good job to make you look nice in your dress uniform.

Although I was fitted at the store, they failed to take in the sides or taper the pants. I was disappointed that bespoke is not offered, only made-to-measure fits. Nonetheless, I found my breast pockets are not aligned.The original store doesn’t offer the most impressive collection of items. I expected more from the mecca of military dress uniforms. I expected better quality than what is offered in Clothing & Sales; rather, I will not shop here again.

Got sized up for Army Mess uniform, the staff very professional going to wear for my wedding

I dont have the words to describe my experience so I will say after 5 visits they determined that they couldnt alter my uniform and I should purchase a custom uniform. I wish I would have known that in November when I initiated this process.

Came in for some uniform updates just now, and they did it on the spot!

Made an appointment for purchase and tailoring new set of ASUs. Their site indicated up to three weeks for completion. I went in and was told it would be up to five to six weeks. Just as the sales person is talking to me I noticed a quote above the doorway leading to the back. Honesty isnt the best policy its the only policy. Not confident they are living up to that. Since my fitting the website policy has changed to reflect the recent demand.

The uniforms they sell are great quality and the tailors are very kind and skilled, but the woman I spoke to on the phone who waited on me in person was very rude. She spoke to me as though I had no idea what I was talking about with my ASUs. She also told me that they would have no time to alter my uniforms (I just needed them to hem the sleeves, pants, and sew on braids) in the next month. Then while I was with the tailor another person came in without an appointment and requested to be fitted last minute for something that weekend and have it altered. This person was of a higher rank than me and lived in Leavenworth, and the woman somehow found a way to get their items altered, even though she couldnt find time in the next month for mine. This happened twice in the time that I was there. Next time I will order online and take necessary alterations to Stripes instead of wasting 5 hours driving there to be told that I couldnt be helped (I scheduled my appointment several days out, then got a call just a few hours before my appointment saying they couldnt alter, they could only fit me for my uniforms. By then I was over halfway there so I wasnt turning around.) Finally, I needed quite a few items, so I wrote out a list of the things I needed straight off their website, handed it to her, and she still missed big items that were on the list. I was really frustrated by the time I left and I probably wont be going back.
