I started this gig beginning of July until my Career gig(Phlebotomist) started I was let go during training stating that I had poor performance not to mention I only work 2 days with this place along with me walking to and from work, due to how close it was to my house. yet to get paid!!! Hannah the store manger! Still cant give me any info on why she cant tell me when or how I will be paid its been two weeks still not one call from them I say they running some kind of scam! Highly dont recommend this place for phones nor work! Almost a month and I have yet got a call a text from the owner not the store owners!!!! Sad but true people do this in 2021 but not to this one!!!!!!!

Staff was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, quick. The wide variety of phones was perfect for new customer as well as the availability/stock of them. Accessories for the phones were very reasonably priced and the services are cheap yet quality is great. It was worth swapping from Verizon too Cricket. Alex helped me a lot and is phenomenal.. His multitasking skills are on point. He gave individual attention while handling other customers. I would encourage anyone hesitant to change that is worth swapping.

I never have good cellular service with Cricket. But I have WiFi at home and of course it works well.My husband and I went into the store to pay my bill and had a bad customer service experience. When I tried to talk to the one person at the store after waiting a long time because he was with other customers he left them to take my payment and then I tried to talk to him about my cellular service issues. He wasnt very Concerned And said he had thousands of customers in the Leeds area and had never been told of a problem with cellular service and refered me to customer service #611 to discuss any issues I had and all he does there is take payments and sell phones in a very sarcastic manner. My husband got upset with him because of the way he talked down to me and voiced his disapproval of how I was being treated. The guy working there said he knew me and I came in every month to pay my bill and it didnt concern him because I was the account holder.I do not go into the store to pay. I have used auto pay in the past and I had never met the man that worked there. Then the man threatened to call the police on my husband. It was a very odd experience and we have decided that because of the cellular service problems and rude customer service we will find another carrier and my husband said we will never go into the store again because of the way we were treated. You dont threaten to call the police on a customer who just paid their bill and had question about service problems.We do not recommend Cricket wireless service.

Me and my Husband was going to go to metropcs next door they was suppose to open up at 9 am and at 9:30 am we gave up on them and decided to check cricket and we went in there and they have the best deals got both phones we liked the plans was way cheaper than expected and we ended up getting accessories (that never happens) we both been with our carriers for 6 years or more but we switched immediately because of the staff member Alex very knowledgeable and even though he was very busy he was very friendly and we both left with the best phone company experience thank you!

He took very good care of us. this was not my first time visiting this location it was my second and I made sure I drove back to this particular location because he took care of us before and I came back again because he kept his word and what he was going to do. Thats rare these days! Not only will I continue to stay with Cricket Wireless because of the care that was taken over my husband and I but I will refer anybody who asks me about my cellular service provider.

This is Me again with another review. I work at the McDonald’s in Moody like 10 minutes from this store. I always deal with MOE! I come in there every month to pay my bill and one of my family memebers always breaks there phones. He always gives us deals or helps us in some way!

Ive been in this store multiple times. Each time, the employees were rude and very disrespectful. They did not know their info or products. I was told I couldnt upgrade to a iPhone. So I settled for a piece of junk android. A few days later of going back in, I was told I could get the iPhone but only after 90 days. So because I purchased a new phone, I had to wait 90 days before upgrading to a iPhone... After being told I couldnt get a iPhone to begin with... Now, the 90 days are up and guess what... Still cant get a iPhone. They told me I had to do some type of lease tk get it. But i didnt have to with any other phone. Will not be going back to the Leeds Cricket Store ever again .
