Toby has been awesome from the start of upgrading to the finish of setting up everything before leaving. He was multitasking and helping everyone while havoc for to waiting on devices to update but always made sure he was checking back in with you very few minutes to see where it was at and if you were okay. Great experience and glad to have you out in the Leeds area!!!!!!!

I bought a new phone from this store and was told that I would receive a trade in credit of $700 for my existing phone. When I received my bill I see that I am only receiving $440 for my phone. I called Verizon customer service and was told that I would only get $440 and would need to contact the store since they told me something different. I called the Leeds store and was told that I would need to speak with the district manager, Jeffrey Allen. He was not there at the time so I was told that he would call me. I have now been calling two different stores and have left four messages for Jeffrey Allen to call me but this has been going on for a month and I still haven’t received a call. Today I asked for his supervisor and was told that his name is Heath but they could not provide a last name or phone number.

What to give a shout out to Brooke at the new Verizon store in Leeds. We were in there a couple of night ago. She was by herself and covered up. She was helping as many a 3 customers at a time with a smile on her face. Very nice and helpful to everyone. I just sat and watched her in amazement. I even didnt mind the way bc of watch her work so efficiently.She is a great asset/employee to Verizon. Awesome job Brooke!!!If you know her please make sure she sees this post.

This is the worst Verizon store Ive ever been to. I had to wait 15 mins for someone to help me and there was only one other customer and 2 workers available. Then they acted like they were just ready to push me out the door. My problem was never resolved. I will be contacting corporate although I doubt it will do any good.

Straight to the point: My first words to my wife after walking out of the new store in Leeds: “That was the most pleasurable buying experience I’ve ever had buying anything”.I’m ashamed I did not ask for the manager’s name. I felt like I had known him my whole life and he and his staff really treated me like family. He took extra steps to save me money and to be sure I was taken care of and satisfied. He stayed 40 minutes after closing time to work with me and some technical difficulties. I’m truly blown away.It would be time well spent to forego other Verizon stores to come to this one. You can at least be guaranteed you will be dealt with squarely and will be satisfied when you leave. What a fantastic business they have going. Yesterday, I picked up a telephone that I ordered online from Verizon. I called ahead to make sure the store would be open after I get off work. The gentleman that answered the phone checked to ensure my phone was at his location. He wanted it to to be ready when I arrived. Upon arrival, the gentleman, Darrin had my phone waiting. He offered to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone, which saved me time and effort. Darrin was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about my new phone and accessories. Darrin was the best young man I came across after being previously very disappointed in the other employees. I went to both locations asking for help and my daughter had to call Darrin personally to get me some help. He did an amazing job.

I have had the worst experience with this store. Specifically Brooke and “jeoff”. I have been given the run around trying to swap over from at@t to Verizon. They ordered the wrong for me so after I made the time to come swap it over it was the wrong phone. Then when the right one comes in I came to swap everything over and they will not help me. It’s 5:45 and they close at 7 and says I will have to come back at another time. There is no one in the store. Brooke is outside smoking and on her phone but yet won’t help me with my new phone. Will NEVER EVER be back to this location.
