I’ve been here twice and I plan on going again. The employees are very kind & helpful. The store itself is extremely clean and easy to find what you’re looking for. The best GameStop I have ever been in!

After a change of management things have gone south. I miss being able to talk with employees about different game styles, they are just not responsive anymore. The game selection is very limited and this is actually briefed as soon as you walk in. I will be purchasing my games online from here on out. Seems as though the days of in person purchase are over.

The store is clean and well organized. There is plenty to the inventory. The associates are knowledgeable and very personable. Would highly recommend this location to others.

I shop at this GameStop at least once a week. Never had any problems, usually end up talking to most employees about games and having a good experience. A week ago I brought my PS4 in to sell it and I guess they have a new manager now thats also a Karen. She was hateful and rude. I will not shop in there if I see her in there. I will wait and come back a different time.

Pretty loyal gamestop customer for whatever reason. Lol. This place is awesome and has great customer service.

My kids love the place. The staff has always been very helpful here. Even when they are very crowded and only 2 people working. Had a employee not clocked in help my son with headphones. You dont see that at other businesses.

This is the best store. We knew Heather from the Jasper store (she was our fave), and we were extremely excited when we found her at this store after moving. Her and Pippa always make us feel welcome and answer any and all questions. Buying new items, or trading them in is always a breeze. Hands down, best staff.

No,no,no. No dislike here! Distrust........yeah maybe. Buy a game, return it 2 weeks later they tell me, k well we can give you 2.30¢? But we just payed 65 bucks 2 weeks ago? Nope!

Heather is the nicest person ever and Im pretty sure God sent her down to earth with a sacred golden battle axe in hand to fend off whatever evil may reign. My mother can be so rude and as a retail worker myself I know how that one rude person can always ruin your entire day. Heather was so nice to me and God bless her I felt so bad about it but Heather remained professional and sweet through it all. 10/10 doing her job absolutely perfectly give the girl a raise, a promotion, hell even an award because after all that she definitely deserves one.

So this is the best Gamestop experience Ive ever had. Period.I wont mention names on a Google review but 2 employees B&R (respectively) went above and beyond the call of duty (get it?) to make sure I got the best bang for my buck.Just phenomenal. Id go into detail, or you can just take my word and go get a slice of awesome.Really.-Z

Dont ever expect to speak with anyone, they are lazy and simply wont answer the phone.

If you live near this Gamestop go here. If you live closer to another Gamestop but Leeds is within driving distance, go here. Heather is always super helpful and runs this store the way all Gamestops should be ran. She legitimately wants to help every person who comes in, and seems like she really enjoys her job.

I love GameStop and the employees. However I have been a pro member for a very long time and the store manager is a different story. She is not informative or willing to take the time to be. She makes trade in difficult and my husband and I have brought in a few thousand dollars worth of merchandise before her. This is the only store I have an issue with and I hope that she is removed. Her attitude has just been ridiculous and my account has been much less active because of her. GameStop please handle this

Very helpful staff

Game stop employees are friendly and the pre owned games are cheaper than most places but you need to check prices of used games at other stores before you buy. Wal-Mart now sells pre owned games, some are cheaper than game stop.

Good experience. The sales woman, Pippa I think was her name, was very knowledgeable about the gaming headset I was looking at. And sold me on them.

Net Worth: $$ & 1/2Pro: Very Clean Facility, friendly warm staff willing to answer questions or order things...Con: Trade deals are laking, and feel you get WAY less than the trade is worth an they incline the price week later upon your return to feel cheated in some way...but for me business is still business ~No public restrooms

It has nice helpful employees but a very limited selection to choose from and thats new or used items. Zero refurbished game systems were available of any kind...

Used to be the best gamestop around, but recently has went downhill. Employees dont even know company policy on warranties that they sell. I wont be back.

Very friendly staff. Really helped me and my new to gaming wife buy a nintendo switch and what accessories to buy as well. Love going to Gamestop for all my gaming wants and needs.

Twice I have dealt with them and both times have not been good. Will save enough to buy a new game system from Walmart and I will never give Game Stop another penny. I dont recommend you deal with Game Stop. Such a shame too the employees are amazing. The company process is a crying shame.
