Needed a specialty cake for a spur of the moment birthday party. I called Walmart and was told 24hr order in advance but they would be booked for the weekend to call Brooksville. I ordered on line at Publix on a Friday night at 10:45p.m. and scheduled to pick up Saturday at 1p.m. I called that morning to verify my cake would be ready and was told I could come pick it up. That was 11: a.m! The cake was beautifully decorated and delicious. Will not think about using any other bakery from now on!

The employees are terrific and dont get me started on the pharmacy....the woman that waited on me went above and beyond!🥰

We got almost everything we needed, other than that I have no complaint.

We had to wait for 8 piece chicken to come up. We heard they was short staff and behind on the deli counter. So we waited for 20 minutes for the chicken to be ready. When it came out, we got our first. Great people here working hard to made the people happy. I think some more mangers should have helped out more. The deli manager was doing everything she can!

I love shopping at Publix. I can always find what I want. The prices are a little high but I get great quality

Let me start by saying, I have been a life long Publix customer. Grew up in them. So, this post is in no way, shape, or form me venting, mad I didn’t get my way, or anything but a health issue.BUT the last several trips to many different locations have left me appalled. Employees have never, ever in our history, needed to be more food safety conscious than now during the pandemic. Publix really needs to do whatever it takes to instill safer food handling from its deli employees. The touching of faces, phones, masks, eye glasses, hair. The improper change out of gloves, sanitation...right down to where you stick your bread knife. The violations I saw these past two trips have made me quit spending my few dollars there.It’s a huge inconvenience to park, wade the masses of folks, just to be turned away at the end by the unsanitary practices...Such a shame.

Love their prices. Staff is nice especially 1 gal named Tab. A bit busy but I think its because its such a good store.

Customer Service counter was very. VERY helpful & extremely patient! Their manager Jessica, I may be wrong, was professional, friendly & humble! Took care of what I needed with grace! TY!

Very incredibly disappointed by the customer service at this location this morning around 10am. My mother in law who is 70 came in to pick up a cake for my husband in the bakery. My mother in law asked to have someone write HAPPY BIRTHDAY on the cake and they refused!!! Instead they gave her a tube of blue icing and said she could do it herself! This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely poor customer service coming from a Publix!

Publix is an outstanding establishment that is equipped with knowledgeable capable staff! Keep up the good work.

Do not waste your time pre-ordering your deli meat, cheese or sub sandwich on their website or your smartphone. For over 4 months now not one of our orders have been ready at the time they gave us. I spoke with the deli and store manger about this but the excuses they gave were weak. If this Publix cannot have orders done on a timely basis, then they should not offer the service.

Clean, bright and friendly. Sale items in stock, the Jimmy Dean Eggwiches, and Cranrasberry lite, that I cant get at that bigger store, also.

Kinda of disappointed with Publix...never had any issues before but really Friday night 6:30 ....no fried chicken, no wings of any kind....totally bummed....5/29/22... Just an update I refuse to ever come to this Publix again not only with the problem above but this time I stood in the deli line for almost 20 minutes while one guy slices meat slower than molasses in Winter 3 other people behind the counter and nobody wants to help ....no more. I refuse to come to this public anymore

Found a medical thing in meat isle...took it to Chris in self checkout, he took it to Lisa at lottery counter...she tossed it in a drawer...told her to announce over PA system in hopes customers were still in store..she did..got manager Gayle told her...this is a mostly senior 70+ store...really upset me!!! Publix not that customer oriented!!!

Waiting in deli to get lunch meat now 8 minutes...one slicer. The sandwich/chicken area has 6 people...some standing around.

This location is incapable of making subs on time. It doesnt matter if you place the order online 30+ minutes in advance. Bummer because I work down the street and wish I could get a pub sub for lunch once in a while

I had same problems with deli personnel several times. You come at 6:30 pm no fried chicken. They refuse to make more. They say it’s too close to closing. Sandwich makers don’t pay attention so I tried the online Publix app. Two cold sandwiches they heated one. The other one tasted really good make correctly until I pulled out a short hair in the middle. I have long hair. I will never complain face to face obvious reasons. I have hope they will find a decent deli manager and hire capable staff. Until then I’ll continue shopping other departments including regular pharmacy trips. Until then just a warning to all that deli has a lot of consistent issues.

Pricey, but nice store. I dont live here. I just took my mom there for her groceries while I was visiting.

Publix is all ways a great place to go and shop they get you in and out quickly they usually have a lines open when store is busy when its not they always have enough people at the registers and managers right there when there is a issue my only complaint there a little pricey but for the service ill pay it other stores need to follow what Publix business model they got it right

Prices are way too high. Higher than any other grocery store in the whole region. If not it borders on gouging. The only thing they have going for them is there close to where I live. Otherwise I would never go in there.

If Publix is truly going to follow the CDC guidelines as their poster at the front door indicates, they need to instruct their employees to realize that there will be those of us who will not be wearing masks and yet are CDC compliant. I am one that falls under the cannot breathe category, and yet I had to listen to a cashier verbally agree with with the customer in front of me who loudly commented that he thought Publix was requiring everyone to wear masks now. Shes then checked me out without the usual Publix pleasantness that I have come to expect from Publix employees.

Bogo experience terrible. Most Yankee stores offer buy one at 1/2 price which gives you the option of not buying two of the same item and having it go bad. With a lot of senior citizens in Florida, they don’t need huge quantity of an item. It eventually goes bad. Food banks as of this date are not taking donations!CHANGE YOUR DAMN POLICY TO ALLOW CUSTOMER TO BUY ONE AT 1/2 PRICE WHEN YOU HAVE A BOGO SALE. IT’S THE DEMOCRATIC THING TO DO!!

The deli associate as well as the asst manger were very difficult and did NOT ultimately getting us what we wanted. Which was a simple chicken tenders sub with ham and Swiss with mayo and brown mustard. Really not that difficult huh? 40 minutes later my husband brings me a sliced chicken sub. I was not happy.
