I have always came into this Publix because it’s a great store. However I just had to review this place today because I ordered a Publix sub and their was a long blond hair in the meat of my sub! Mind you nobody in my household has blond hair.. we all have dark brown hair…

Went in tonight looking for a specific season packet and could not find it. Asked a very nice Publix employee named Ralph and he left his aisle to help me and then Katie came up to help me. Not only do they search the entire area they also went online and apologize profusely when they could not find it. Then Ralph went all the way across the store to bring me the packet I was looking for when they found it hidden behind another box. You may pay a little bit more than other places if its not on sale but you definitely get the customer service and it is totally worth it. Thank you Ralph and Katie for a very pleasurable shopping experience at my favorite Publix.

I love this Publix because it has been my neighborhood store for almost 15 years. The employees and customer service are wonderful. However, because there are so many new residents in the area, the store is always crowded and stock is constantly being depleted. Lately, when I see that the parking lot is full, I drive to one of the other Publix stores which are about 25 minutes away in either direction.

I found everything I needed from produce to ice-cream. The store was clean and well stocked. This keeps the standard Publix....Where shopping is a pleasure

Always a pleasure shopping here. Prices are more often than not a bit more than others, but their deals certainly make it worth it.

Such an old store, been there since I arrived in Lake County back in the late 70s, early 80s.... and still, cleaner then most stores that are brand new!! Great job to the management team, and their employees who obviously care!!

The pharmacy here is excellent!!! They are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is bright and clean. The deli is usually busy but its always service with a smile. The customer service area is a bit lacking. Ive ordered several items that Ive requested and theyve taken my info to contact me and they never have so I go to another store to purchase these items. It isnt well stocked and when they run out of an item thats on sale they no longer give rain checks. The meat department is helpful when you can get someones attention. The cashiers are smiling, helpful and friendly. There are always plenty of sanitized carts available.

Their subs are awesome. theyre about $7.50 but its worth the money just try it you wont be disappointed the managers treat their employees with respect and the cashiers Im very nice and Speedy and they actually have baggers isnt that rare

If there is a great place to buy groceries this is IT! Have you tried their soup selection?!?just amazing. Fruit is always fresh and the subs are made to the last wish of your tummy! Love you Publix, there I said it.

We purchased a small round cake. It tastes just like salt. Obviously Im not the only person to get a sub par cake. They need to send this cake & any others from this batch and throw them away.

They are very clean and well stocked store. Prices are a little high but good quality. Im disabled and cant walk much due to arthritis so the scooters are a blessing, they keep them in good condition.

This is a nice Publix store with a nice selection. Its not an enormous store, but certainly has a large selection.The deli service is quick, as is the bakery. It was well stocked and darn near everything seemed to be a BOGO item. I saved a ton of money.It was nice seeing that they support a local winery by carrying Island Grove wines.It is a clean store with enough folks working there to get you in and out quickly.

The employees are fantastic always willing to help you, I have shopped at this publix for almost 40 years and I have never had a problem

Out of all the local Publix, this one is the worst. Theyre out of so many items and barely have a produce selection. Im an insta cart shopper and fret taking orders that want groceries from this location

Store is not clean,front desk people are nice,cashiers are rude and they seem not to want to be there,deli screws up sandwich multiple times even when it is texted in. THEY CANT READ? Say something, managers could care less....have seen multiple people stealing & say something managers care less...What happened Publix

Found everything was looking for. Nice wide isles.

I was able to run and out with no waiting in line.

Had my second shingles shot,got bp med refilled and bought a few groceries

The Publix was okay but its not the public Im used to. My Publix off of 441 that is being renovated actually it has been torn down and a whole new building in place but their subgravated number one and their chicken tenders are the best Ive ever had I just cant say that at this Publix

Older store, well taken care of, very clean & well stocked. They had everything I needed and a little more LOL. It is Publix, friendly staff and just what youd expect, with just a dash of excellence to make it an extraordinarily enjoyable shopping experience.

Better than others but low shelf stock. Hard to shop when KIDS are buzzing around on electric carts too.That was nerve racking.

Mostly I come to Publix to get specific items that only they carry like chocolate-covered sea salt caramel raisins and m t o sandwiches even though the stores a little bit on the expensive side

Publix is to expensive youve got to be a savvy shopper to compare to other stores around them Aldis, Walmart and Save-A-Lot are way cheaper

Deli service is SLOW. We waited over 20 minutes to get subs, and there was only one person in line when we got there. We watched several people get frustrated and walk away.
