What a fantastic upgrade!I love Publix and its unique taste and presentation. The staff at Publix is always friendly and helpful. They work with pleasure and are genuinely there because they want to be.I have never had a bad experience at any Publix.This Publix has truly stepped into the new age.The store was clean and the employees were busy working yet pleasant to speak with.Kudos!

The new Publix is open and looks absolutely incredible. It has a very futuristic look to it and I plan to make this my home store.

Not the same small store...My imagination or sale tags confusing?For fun tried the self serve. Aggravating.I am a careful shopper. A 2 for 1 didnt come up....Young man looked at phone said nope. Last time this happened they went and found tag was wrong.So I dont need this big bait and switch store. You will do fine with out me.

Bigger, Nicer, Cleaner, what more do i need to say? They even have a upstairs area so you can eat your dinner plate like its a restaurant. And the aisles are nice and wide and well stocked. Great Publix!! Highly recommend it. Puts the other ones in this state to shame.

Very difficult store to shop. Items are found in aisle you would not typically find them in. Their made to go items are interesting EXCEPT I bought a small tub of crab salad then next morning my husband pointed out the top on if was puffed up. I went to take it out of fridge and the top exploded off. Luckily just juices ran out and not the imitation crab meet. The sell by was still 3 days away.

Not a happy camper with this new Publix. Out of everything, empty shelves, pharmacy technician had an attitude. Had a 12:45 appt. And wasnt seen until 1:30. Deli says they put out the rotisserie chicken whenever. Not happy. Whoever designed the layout of the store must never have gone food shopping. Back to #Winn Dixie for me.

Its new...its fresh... the.staff ( for the most part)are friendly and accommodating,but I hate the layout.Will it stop me from going there,probably not, but when Im there it wont be enjoyable.You have to experience a place yourself..so go...see what YOU think.

This was my first visit and I spent over an hour shopping and taking in all of the newness. The store had a lot of brands to choose from. Everything was nicely laid out. There were a lot of customers shopping but the lines were not long at all. The seafood associate was somewhat short with me when I inquired about wild caught shrimp. You dont need to have a reward card to receive the specials but I was told that I could sign up online for coupons.

So glad to have a beautiful new Publix next to the house again. Looks amazing inside and has great selection.

It is too expensive for the area. They have high end prices on everything. These days people are on a fixed income. I need to stretch that dollar but you wont do that at Pullix.

Customer Service is outstanding. Clean store. Deli personnel are terrific! BOGO is my calling! Had my booster shot at the pharmacy, and they were efficient, fast and friendly. Thank you.

For a large, refurbished store, it lacks in so many ways. So much place for wine and beer, large deli area, I guess for those who want food fast, but for things I buy weekly for lunches, LACKING!!!! AND PRICES???? What the heck?You wanted a new, bigger store? Now youll pay for it. Ill drive the 7 miles to the smaller stores. They have everything I need, and everything I dont. Oh, and the reason I visited it to begin with.... they didnt bag the cheese my husband bought the day before. I had to go pick it up.I think Im done with Publix.

A very modern and updated store. I love their new deli island counter. Its conveniently located in a central open area for easy ordering and receiving.

Brand new store. Well stocked. Lots of variety. Clean and well organized.

Got a sub. Ordered a turkey sub. Had to pay for extra meat for it to cover the ends of the bread. Was not impressed with the scrunny small pieces of bacon. The guy at first was going to place raw bacon and I had to speak up then when I asked for extra meat I must have seemed picky however I wanted a sub not just bread or raw bacon. He really acted like he did not know how to place meat or make a sub.Think I will stick with their chicken wings next time

Not only did I receive the wrong sandwhich after ordering online but the tab from a loaf of bread was in with my sandwhich. In the same visit a woman messed up my lottery, made me pay a lot more than what it should have been, thankfully I caught the error. And then paid at self-check for my groceries only for an employee to chase me out of the store and accuse me of stealing. I showed my receipt and all he said was oh, sorry and walked away. All of these things happened the same visit. This is ridiculous.

Not good. Store is totally out of specials. We were told 3 days ago to come back today since the would be getting a truck in. Truck must have been emptyStaff however is very friendly and apologetic. Hopping they work through the growing pains soon.

I do not hate Publix. In fact I love the store, the employees, the convenience of its location, till they close for about a year to build a larger store in the same location. Those who visit the store regularly, especially the Senior population, might have problems getting to another store. We will miss the staff, they are great! The younger staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. The training all employees receive is, apparently, covers many aspects of their jobs and they learn many areas and step right in to help out. Wonderful place to shop!!!

We love our Publix. We appreciate very much how hard they are working to keep things clean and keep us protected. They wash the carts, have one-way isles, all staff wear masks, etc. Today we had to go to another store and then came back to Publix. We said again how thankful we are for this Publix! Thanks to all the staff who make it a great place to shop.

This location (shopping plaza) is minutes from where I live, its easily visible from SR 441.I have really nothing bad to say about my shopping experience other than perhaps they should consider offering BOGO on their dairy products.The cashiers, pharmacy & customer service desk always greet me with a smile while asking if I found what I came to the store for.I will continue to shop here because of convenience but will not hesitate to drive a bit further to Winn Dixie for savings...especially when it comes to making taco pizza for friends and family.

Thought you said you were concerned about your customers & employees health. Clearly, your mask policy is simply lip service & has no substantive substance. Ill go back to ordering delivery from Aldis.

Shopping at the Publix Super Market at Shoppes of Lake Village is always a pleasure. We often stop in to pick up freshly made sandwiches and are never disappointed with the courteous and helpful service we receive throughout the store. We also love their baked goods, especially the No Sugar Added Apple Pie which has an amazingly delicious flaky crust.

Everything was great, but the girl that was to busy playing on her phone to actually work. Her phone was on the prep counter and she kept hovering over it while touching food when she would work.

I picked up the naked hot and spicy wings here today and noticed three things. They were a little spicier than usual and thats OK. But in addition the price had risen I think maybe 50 cents over the last time I got these and the size has shrunk considerably. These use to be jumbo wings. Not today... These were the smallest wings Ive ever had from Publix. Overall a disappointment. I hope its temporary due to Superbowl Weekend.

Its a Publix. Doesnt break the mold, but the people at the deli section are amazing. Everyone knows about the legendary Publix subs and this location holds true to that myth. Current special for a full sub for $5.99 & this chicken tender sub with everything on it was one of the best Ive ever had. Incredibly fresh & delicious.

Went in to cash my check and get some lunch (2 pc. dark meat meal). Someone in line right before me bought the entirety of remaining potato wedges (delicious) but not to worry as the young lady in the deli (didnt catch her name) assured me she would make more on the double. 7 minutes later I had a box loaded up with wedges, smoked Gouda mac and cheese (double delicious), chicken and TWO Hawaiian rolls (score!). Super friendly deli and store. Best deal on lunch in town.

I have been happy with Publix for years, i don’t shop anywhere else for groceries. However, today, when I entered the Publix at Lake Sq., in Leesburg, I was shocked to see there was no sanitary wipes dispenser at the door as there always is. Fortunately I had some in my purse and used one of my own. This disturbed me, considering where we are with this pandemic,, so I asked the lady in pharmacy where the dispenser was, and let her know how disappointed I was . She said that people were stealing the wipes, and would grab lots of them at once, so they put them over by the front desk. I told her that they should have a sign indicating ad such, but that I was disspointed that that was the best solution Publix came up with considering the whole purpose is to get people to clean the cart handle before they touch it! I feel sure knowing how aggressively Publix pursues the quality of their business, and the measure of customer satisfaction they hold dear, that a better solution wIll be forthcoming, as in this trying time we all need to work together !

This is by far the worst Publix I have ever shopped. Definitely not up to the standards of other publix stores. Attitudes of higher ranking employees are rude and uninterested.

As a resident of the senior park behind Publix, I feel blessed to be able to walk comfortably to Publix. The people are friendly and helpful. The selection cant be beat for a super market. I like many enjoy the weekly specials and BOGO. It is also super convenient to have a pharmacy. I honestly cant think of anything negative to say. I think we are super spoiled to have this Publix.

This our favorite place to buy groceries. We are snow birds and cant wait to get here. This place has great service. Their bakery is outstanding!

Whole store has gone gormaue. Expensive. It is clean & pretty. My rotisserie chicken from deli was not cooked all the way today so I had to cook it more. Raw in center,overcooked on top right & dry on that spot. Don,t think it.was turned during cooking. My Publix.I,m sad. Might have to shop else where.

Everything else in Publix gets a 3 star at this location. Nicole holds down the deli shes a 5 star chick she did an outstanding job. she will make a great house wife!

It was outstanding! Stopped too just get something too eat and I got the Lobster Bisque soup and omg it was amazing real huge chunk of Lobster in every bite it was hot and delicious..

Publix is a great place to shop. Prices are reasonable and there are always BOGOs. The employees are amazingly friendly and helpful.

I rarely write review, but being a manager in the Customer Service Industry I have to take my hat off to the continued and routine EXCELLENT customer service and extra mile the Deli does for customers. A great store for variety of items and sizes. They are always ready to assist and go out of their way to be friendly. Check out lines usually move rapidly.

New management at this publix has everything screwed up. I should have written this a month ago. Been shopping here for 10yrs and Im taking my business elsewhere

My mother in law had the worst customer service at this Publix, she only speak spanish, she was kinda confused about some prices of a peanut butter sale and she saw a lady in one of the aisle, ask her if she speak Spanish and the lady said no, then at the register the cashier call an associate to help with the translation and it was the same lady. I don’t know the name of the associate but that’s not the way to treat a customer!

One of the best delis in the area. I love their soup bar and when ever they have New England Clam Chowder available I always scoop some up to take home. Great Fried Chicken as well.

I LOVE Publix!!! BUT this Publix does not carry half of my vegan products. So, every time I am on this side of town, and want to stop at Publix....I cant. I have to travel to Eustis Publix to get my vegan products. Which is just crazy, and a waste of gas. So, I just dont go, and order my stuff through Amazon.

The last couple of times Ive been into that store it has been like Walmart lines always and theyve been out of late the things Ive went in there for that my most bothering point is the 1 employee didnt have a mask on the employees walked against the signs that directed them to go which way
