Great experience at Mattress One with Harrison. He listened, didnt try to oversell with financing or a product I didnt want. I ended up with a reasonable and very comfortable mattress that was delivered the next day. Thank you, Harrison and Mattress One for making my transition back to Florida a little easier :)

We went to Mattress One because last summer we bought a floor model there & they went out of their way to deliver it the next day. This time, we paid for bed on Dec. 28, told delivery would be Jan 6. Got a call that the bed was”going to someone else” and we could expect delivery the 13 or 14 of Jan. I wondered why we couldn’t get a firm date. Jan 13 comes, we get scheduled, then on same day, we’re told the beds that came in we’re going to others. We were given another date range for possible delivery. We could call customer service & perhaps be compensated for our inconvenience. I called Customer Service 5 times one day, & no one answered. You’re on hold for 10 minutes then it goes to voicemail. At this point, I completely lost trust in this company. We paid over 2000 for the bed, I expected a bit more service, like a firm delivery date. I also emailed customer service & never got an acknowledgement. We returned to store for refund, which they cannot do at the store—customer service has to do it. That took another week & daily calls to customer service—who did answer. Compared to where we actually bought our new bed—ordered the bed, were called the next day with delivery details. Came in less time than it took me to get my money back. Also was not charged for the bed until it was delivered. Harrison was fine, nice, until we had problem, then he “did all he could do “ & it was now up to customer service.

Just went into the store to look and met the most helpful sales rep named Harrison. Great customer service with expertise. I just brought two sealy mattresses which was greatly needed as we just moved to Florida from New Jersey. They are delivering them Wednesday! So excited to get good nights sleep. Harrison in the store was great. steered me towards a couple different ones based on my input, and didnt try to steer me away from a less expensive mattress i began considering. Thats exactly what i expect from a sales rep. NO HARD SELL! Delivery was on time and quick. Nice experience all around.

Getting ready to close on my home so I figured Id pop into a few store to browse through some mattresses. Ended up at Mattress 1 here in leesburg and was kindly greeted by an awesome rep named Harrison he really made my browsing Experience a treat he was very informative also very polite and very patient with me and my million questions sorry about that by the way after we talked for a few I let him know Im waiting to close on my home and will definitely be returning to purchase a bed set. Purchased a mattress and was promised next day delivery between 7 AM and 7 PM. I took the old mattress off and took it outside. Hung around all day and started to get nervous so I Called the store at 2:30. He couldn’t help and said it was all on customer service. Yesterday he was so knowledgeable about the delivery; today he is clueless. We called the number provided and they said it wasn’t on the schedule. It’s Saturday so now I have to wait until Monday to get it. Two nights with no mattress now. Grr

Ok do i got the king size for twin deal....it was a good deal the salesman screwed up on my order and getting it here with their in house shipping really was a nightmare. My bed was suppose to come Monday but after receiving a call from the mattress store It got rescheduled til Wednesday, so I get a call Tuesday from their shipping saying they will be here in an hour but unfortunately my mattress delivery was set for Wednesday and I was out of town. So today is Wednesday the movers had instructions to call one hour ahead do to me working. The movers called 20 minutes ahead and at 30 minutes as I was on my way from work to home they said were tired and have been waiting 10 minutes and need to leave so they left my stuff outside in the dirt....the good news is I got my bed the bad news is I wont buy from there again ....now instead of the mover taking my old box spring I have to find a place to dump it😱Well Good luck ...hopefully their service gets better😊
