One Call Automotive repair has some of the most open and friendly mechanics I have ever met, The owner matt is an honest guy that just wants to take care of all his customers to the best of his and his teams abilities. They go out of their way to find and gets parts if there arent any available. I have had a lot of work done here including a new motor put in my BMW, they pulled it right out with their engine crane and installed the new one with a brand new clutch kit.

What a great experience. I was visiting from out of state and ran into some car trouble. They got me in super quick and fixed the issue at a super reasonable rate so I could get home. Loved the back and forth text communication throughout the process. Wish I had them closer to my home for my local automotive needs.

This is a fair and honest repair shop with great customer service. Their work is fast and reasonable priced. When I went into my tire guys, I was quoted 680 dollars to fix my car, so I can get an alignment. Fortunately, This shops honesty saved me 400 dollars because they found out I didnt need all the repairs done that were quoted to me.

They were awesome. I have been looking for a new mechanic. My car had the engine light come on and it was having all kinds of issues. I dropped it off and they had it repaired and back to me by the very next day. It was also very reasonably priced.

I was having major reliability issues with my Nissan Versa. The battery terminal was severely decayed causing my car to frequently not start or show any sign of life. I set up an appointment at 9:00 AM and it was done by 10:00 AM. Cannot say enough about the customer service. Questions were answered and they were very professional. Received an estimate for replacing the starter of my 99 convertible and had it towed in. The repair was done same day within hours. I got a call back saying they fixed the starter and the charge was HALF of the original estimate - they offered to give it an oil change and fix a few other things for a great price.After all said and done, I got my car back same day when I turned it in. Workers were professional, friendly, and overall the atmosphere was great, especially for the store being a little hole in the wall.This will be the first place I go to if my car has any troubles in the future.

Had the best price for timing belt and water pump replacement. Got it done on time. After the job we had a mystery noise under the hood. Matt was more then happy to check it out thoroughly and found a bolt that had broken and got it taken care of with no extra cost.I appreciated the good communication I had with the shop. Quite possibly some of the lowest standard of care experience at an auto mechanic shop they left oil stains all over my car and My seat I went in there for a simple tune up only to get seven of the eight spark plugs replaced due to the fact that the mechanic shop DOES NOT HAVE ALL the EQUIPMENT and Machinery available FOR COMPLETE all around MAINTENANCE CARE of A VEHICLE. My check engine light is on Now, MY engine itself has a VERY Rough idle and Im still DRIVING WITH one BAD spark plug all because ONE CALL AUTOMOTIVE DIDNT have an ENGINE WENCH. IF I had Known that they didnt have all the equipment necessary to complete the job A SIMPLE TUNE UP, I would have went elsewhere now I have other problems INCLUDING white smoke coming from my EXHAUST that NEVER used to happen before! DEFINITELY SHOP AROUND for going here. Its privately owned, When speaking to THE OWNER and the NEW white smoke ISSUE, he LAUGHED. AFTER FORKING over $500 just for them to cause a BIGGER PROBLEM, THE OWNER THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY! I WASNT even INFORMED on what SPARK PLUGS they PUT IN MY ENGINE!! OVERALL VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST A SLOPPY BUSINESS. They didnt even offer to try and clean off the gigantic oil smudge from my seat.👎

Called about dropping my vehicle off for a antifreeze leak. Dropped off around 3pm, they had it diagnosed within hours and had a whole new radiator and hoses installed by noon the next day. Great quality and very quick work.

I had a terrible experience here. My car was in the shop for weeks for an engine problem and I felt like I was not getting the help I needed in replacing it. There were 3 different engines put in that all had issues. There would be days on end when I did not get an update on my car situation. I did all the work to find one and felt I was overpriced for the amount of service I received. To top it off, I recently sold my car and the new buyers just told me the engine blew up. I would not recommend this shop to anyone after the headache I went through with them.

Matt was extremely helpful, honest and accommodating in helping me with some repairs/maintenance I was wanting to get done on my son’s 2006 Saturn while he was out of town. He informed me of the issues with honesty and integrity. Told me the most urgent issue was needing new tires and alignment. He gave me a price quote to do it for me but suggested i might be able to get a better deal elsewhere. He did take care of a clanging noise issue that I was concerned about and did an oil change. I decided to get the tires at Big O and asked if they might be able to transport the car to the tire shop for me (the car has a stick shift that I wasn’t comfortable driving.) I offered to pay them $20 to do this even though I knew it wasn’t a normal request. They were willing to do this for me, which was a huge help! They went above and beyond In taking care of me! I was highly satisfied with my experience with One Call Automotive!

I started calling around this morning to get an appointment to get my van looked at. Other places said it would be a week before they could even look at it. I talked to the guys at One Call and they said to bring it in. 30 minutes after dropping it off, they texted me a full report and an estimate of what it would cost. I honestly thought it would take a couple of days for them to finish it (timing belt, water pump, tuneup), but by 4:00 they let me know it was all finished. Our van runs like a dream and couldnt be more happy with the whole experience,

Took my car to four other auto shops, including a dealership, none could find the problem of a mysterious rattle. Matt did no problem. I couldnt speak more highly of an auto mechanic!!

I initially took my truck to another shop who diagnosed and quoted me $1200 for a water pump and $2200 for the main seal.I called One Call Auto and they quoted me about $500. I dropped it off in the evening after closing and it was ready the next morning. There was a couple parts that had to be replaced we hadnt planned on, but he texted me before doing the work and it didnt add much to the price.Oh, and the main seal wasnt bad, no leaking he could see. So he saved me about $2,700. This is where Ill be taking my vehicles in the future.

My brother was changing out a rear wheel bearing for me and we couldnt get it detached from the Dust Shield. Apparently Toyotas are notorious for rusting. We stopped by One Call Automotive and they saved us. They took care of the problem on the spot and after a lot of work, were able to get the rusted parts separated. My car has had ongoing start issues for the past two years. I have spent a fair bit of money replacing multiple parts at a local auto establishment only to have the same issues return again and again. I began to suspect I was being gouged. When my car would not start again I decided to try someplace new. I had my car towed to Matt at One Call Automotive Repair. He pretty much had the root issue diagnosed within 15 minutes. After a few hours of repairs my car was ready and running. Its been over a month and my car has been completely reliable. Based on my experience I am willing to recommend this establishment. In fact, I plan to have my next round of regular maintenance done here.

Matt is an excellent mechanic with amazing customer service! He has always been able to get whatever vehicle Ive taken in and done the same day. He has always been very reasonable with pricing, and has even fixed a few small quick things for free.We used to use a different mechanic in town, and our biggest complaint with them was that we would ask them to please call us once they knew what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. They never did. It would always take days to hear from them, and then wed call for an update to see if they had had a chance to look at it, and they would say Oh yeah, its done and costs.... So frustrating! Matt always sends a text very quickly with a breakdown of the price, when he can have the part and how long labor will be. It has always been so fast!I 100% trust and recommend him.

A couple weeks ago my Audi broke down on freeway on the way home from a road trip. We babied it to the closest shop and were immediately just turned away and told to go somewhere else because they dont work on Audis, same with the second shop we went to. Then came to Matts shop, keep in mind like the other shops Matt doesnt work on Audis, but he immediately jacked it up and took a look and gave me a basic diagnosis, instead of just telling us to go somewhere else. He let us stay parked in front of his shop and helped us find another shop to take it too, and even gave us food recommendations while we waited for the tow to take us to a shop. It might not seem like he did a whole lot but he did what he could and helped make the best out of a bad situation and I was really grateful for that. I really recommend him. Appreciate you Matt! My truck broke down in Lehi and I decided to try this shop. I am very skeptical of car shops, like jiffy lube, cuz I dont have knowledge to know when mechanics are truthful or not about what needs to be done. I had no appointment or anything and asked if they could fix it the same day.
