I bought my Audi used and it came with two Audi Care services. I booked the 40k service online and I couldnt be more pleased, and I want to especially shout out to Xavier. He let me know about how long it would take, made sure I had a ride if I needed one, and walked me through what my car will need soon without being pushy about getting new tires right then.I walked around a bit and twice someone asked if they could help me with anything, and another time a woman was passing through the waiting room and offered to get a water for me and another person waiting.Since I had Audi Care I didnt have to pay so I dont know how their prices compare. Im assuming youll pay a little more here than you might find elsewhere in the valley but in all my experiences with tire rotations, oil changes, and other maintenance, its worth it for how nice the place and people are.
Took Q7 to dealership for repair. The repair experience was mostly positive and covered under warrantee. When my wife went to pick the car up, the service rep told her tires were approaching a time to replace and same with the brakes. DUH! We just got new tires 3 weeks ago and new brakes in October, less than 5k miles ago. I called the service manager to bring to his attention and I don’t remember hearing an apology, just “I will look into it so we can do better” fluff. I really wish dealerships would just be honest. Audi Lehi has lost our trust.
I recently had my Q5 in to have an oil changed done. Rich, Brian and Xavier were super helpful and professional. Its so nice to be able to go in and have my car taken care of by such awesome people. Every experience Ive had with Audi in Lehi has been exceptional. Then today I had a follow up text from Rich to ensure my experience was exceptional. Good work, good follow up and great people. The whole team is so positive and happy. Genuinely a great experience! Thanks again Rich for following up!
The service department feels under staffed. It take a while before you can talk to anyone. That said once you get someone the service is good. The work preformed on my car was also good.
