On a deadline going to Moab for a ride. gave my bike to them two weeks ahead of time for a new casset, saddle, tires, inner tube, brakes, brakes lines and a tune up.Mike said he would get the service done in two weeks.I called Mike a week after drip off and he assured me the service would be done for my trip..Called Mike a few days before I left, again he reassured the service would be done.When I arrived to pick up my bike it was incomplete and Mike was nowhere to be found for the hour I waited. after the hour still no Mike.His wife handled the checkout process and was incapable of finalizing my bike.1.I was charged for a new cassett bit one was not installed.2.new tires were installed but the inner tube still had holes in them (really)3.I had to install the saddle myself because the guy was not there and the wife had no idea how to work a Allen wrench.New brake lines were installed and the new tires were nice but I paid for a lot of service and parts I never received.I was in a hurry and behind schedule I didnt get a chance to examine all the missed work until I arrived 7 hours away at my destination.To summarize: Paid for parts and service that I did not receive. service was over promissing.

Online shopping is great and all but for some things it makes a huge difference being able to go to someone local that REALLY knows their stuff and only carries products you can trust...plus the service is great.

This is a great place to take your bike. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job. Its a small business so sometimes we have to wait during busy times of the year. But its worth it. They really know their stuff. Weve been using them for 3 years now to tune up our bikes.

Honestly? Not impressed. Left my Bianchi outside in the sun with my wheel for anyone to see. When I had it looked over he didnt really give it a close look. Just took my word for it and called it good. The shop is a mess which happens to be the retail area as well. The Shop hours 12-5 and Closed Mondays make it extremely difficult to get ahold of them and why theyre so far behind and work orders. When I came to pick my bike up he didnt recognize me and I told him I have the Bianchi, he didnt even bother to check my name to make sure I was who I said I was. They have a slew of bikes packed everywhere with no organization to it. When I went to get my bike he didnt even know where it was. This really doesnt make me feel comfortable as a customer. Tools everywhere, as well as using Pittsburgh/Harbor Freight tools on my bike makes a little squirlley as well. Everything is organized Chaos in there.

This is my go-to bike shop place! Great place and great people. Mike and his wife are always been helpful with everything from bike and trail related to cooking a perfect smoked meat. And hey! they have a good selection of rental bikes too!

Fantastic service! Were no bike experts but these guys are! Not only that, but prices of items we bought were cheaper here than amazon or even walmart. Of course, that could really depend on what youre getting. If you need questions answered, services or parts, give this place a try first!

This is a wonderful local business! We were looking for some entry-level mountain bikes, and we ended up getting a really reasonably-priced Fuji Nevada and a GT Agressor. We bought water bottle cages for them and Mike installed them for us. They also told us about some great starter mountain bike trails and gave us a map of all the trails in Utah county. Great people and great bikes!

Mike (the owner) is a local legend who really cares about everyone who walks through his door. He is knowledgeable, caring, willing to work with any budget you have.I had been struggling for months finding upgrades for my rear derailler. He took the time to understand what I wanted to get out of my biking experience, my budget and he came up with a plan accordingly. A good collection of bike parts. The owner is knowledgeable about the bmx scene, and many of the riders in the area that are of professional level. Only thing missing would be a giant selection of bikes, but this isnt that kind of place. This is not a corporate retail chain store, this is what you look for in a local bike shop you can rely on to care about you, not just the money you provide.

Bike Barn is a small family run shop. Mike is living his dream with his small family. He is passionate about bikes and knows more than anyone Ive met. He skilfully helps you out because he cares. He would spend all day with you teaching you about bikes. His advice helped me tremendously and saved me tons of money. He doesnt run a big fancy shop with fancy displays because his overhead would distract him from focusing on people instead of money. No high pressure tactics here. Just honest facts to help you out. Patronize Mike and a trusting relationship is what you will gain.

We went to 3 bike shops looking for a first bike for our four year old son. This was by far the best shop, with the most helpful owners. Mike even rode around on his own bike while our son tried out a few, so he could show him what to do and how to ride. Such a great experience!

Goos prices and the best bike parts!

I had them rebuild a wheel for me while I was visiting family from out of town. They made sure my wheel was done before I left town, they did a great job and they were VERY reasonably priced. They were also very friendly and helpful. Overall I had a great experience and will likely use them again when I come into town.

Mike took a half hour teaching my kids how to ride balance bikes, getting them pumped, and offering encouragement. He adjusted my kids bike to the perfect height and took off the pedals for no charge. Great service, expert advice, and a fun atmosphere! Will be going back.

Great service! I called during non-business hours and they not only answered the phone, they encouraged me to come in. They replaced my bike tire and tube within minutes and were extremely friendly. Ive been here twice and they are excellent to deal with!

Theres a reason why this little store takes a couple of weeks to get your bike back. They are reasonably priced and know how to do the job well. Ive had them fix multiple bikes with no complaints. They even fixed a wobbly wheel on my Razor Electric Scooter. If you need a bike fixed in or around Lehi, this is the place to go.

Had a great experience with the Bike Barn. Their tuneup completed fixed 2 or 3 issues with my wifes bike. They are super knowledgeable, totally friendly, and their prices are the lowest Ive found. Ill be going back next time I need a tune-up.

Unimpressed, unflattered. Bikes that were not in stock were imposed a tariff fee, and was fed some lines about the need for higher prices etc.. I understand margins these days are precious, but the need to keep prices competitive supercedes buyers interest in business inventory issues

We always get our bikes tuned up or repaired here. They arent open Mondays which can be a pain, but otherwise they are a great local family-run shop to support.
