These guys are the best of the best! Ebike’s lately are harder to get than cigarettes in prison and I was blown away that after Colleen 10 different dealers they had the Santa Cruz I wanted in the right frame, and the right colorway, in the right spec.When I came in to pick up my bike, I had my 20 month old, and although he was touching absolutely everything, Management and the whole team or super kind. Very family friendly establishment and I will be working with these guys on all of my bike leads for the next for seeable future. Five out of five!!

Amazing bike shop! I found them in 2017 and havent purchased a bike from anyone else since. Their service is great, sales have a lot of knowledge of all the different bikes and they wont pressure in to buying anything. I live 45 minutes away and its worth the drive to work with Parish and the other employees.

Not impressed by these guys. Had a long gravel ride i was preparing for. They set my gravel bike up tubeless. I brought it in twice and my tires still aren’t holding air w less than 20 miles on them. The second time they had zero sealant in them when i had to put a tube in due to getting a flat on a ride. Absolutely dry when i took the tire off. I brought it in the third time and the same mechanic said “oh I set this up the first time, was really struggling to get them to seal. Makes sense they leak.” Instead of trying to up sell me new tires he wished me luck. Not helpful. Wasted over $60 trying to get a tubeless set up w these guys. Me and my husband won’t be servicing our 6 bikes here again.

Noticed a couple broken spokes on my wheel on a Friday night, next day is pioneer day, and going mtn biking with a cousin Monday morning in park city.I call around to several local shops, no one is confident they can get it done before I need it. I call bike peddler and they say they cant guarantee theyll get it done but theyll try. Keep in mind they have reduced hours because of the holiday.I get a text 2 hours later that its all good. I go and they even cleaned my cassette! Super happy with the quick turnaround and the experience.

Very friendly service and attention to details. I purchased a bike here about a year ago and they have been great about free tune ups and service over the first year. They are low on stick right now in the kid bikes assortment. I would love to buy another bike, but they simply haven’t had the stock like so many shops. I highly recommend these folks.

Knowledgeable and friendly. It has been too many years since I have biked seriously, and Jay was super friendly and patient with my questions about the latest options. Low pressure and easy going. Ill be back when I have some budget for the new ride. They have 3 main brands; Specialized, Santa Cruz, and... another that was unfamiliar to me so I forgot. New bikes come with 1 year of service (adjustments and cleaning and such).

Called first to see if they sold roof or hitch racks that would work for my bike and was told yes. I got there and was told they dont have them by a very smug sales associate. Other than that everything was good.

Tanner was a great help in a timely manner. I bought a bike online and brought it in for help with the tires and the seat and he was able to help and fix my problem in less than 15mins.

I put 2 bikes in to make them tubeless and they called me up within 3 hours of having them, they were done. Today I brought my bike in to get a fork rebuilt and the same thing happened, the have amazing service despite being booked for a month

Went in here to get a recall fixed on my Specialized bike. The guy just looked at it and made sure my bikes brakes worked(I came in for a fork recall).He said it “should” be good. I was in disbelief about the lack of care about their customers and their safety. I brought my bike to another popular shop around here and they immediately inspected it thoroughly and made a claim for me. Bring your business somewhere that cares.

Service is above and beyond. I worked with Parrish to get a special crank which my bike requires. Specialized was completely sold out so Parrish called the actual supplier/manufacture and got some delivered quickly.Parrish could have easily just told me I had to wait for Specialized to get caught up but he didnt. Thats great customer service.

I have always heard great things about this shop so I went in and bought a few things including grips. When I got home I spent an hour and a half trying to install them. I realized my Scott Spark only takes a certain type of grip. I called Bike Peddler and they said to bring it in and they’d help me out. When I got there they were slammed like every other bike shop right now. Parrish stopped what he was doing and spent an hour to help me out and get my weird Scott set up to work. It was beyond a 5 star experience. It says a lot about a shop when the shop I bought my bike from doesn’t give me this kind of service but Bike Peddler does. I’m coming here for all my future bike needs!

Just purchased a Specialized Como 4.0. got to meet the owner, Brian. Everyone was very attentive and polite and obviously the place is well cared for. I was especially impressed at the way they handled Covid19 precautions. I am delighted to be able to work with these people for years to come, and having them take care of my Specialized Roubaix and our new Como.

My bike had problems shifting and they fixed itin 20 minutes and it was 30 dollars with nica discount and there was great service

I took my bike in this morning at 11am to get my shock mount replaced and a couple other things. They told me it was going to take about 2 weeks to fix. I told them I have a race in 4 days and they said they might have it done in 2 days. They called me 3 hours later letting me know my bike was done.When I got there the guy who helped me tuned my suspension and taught me a lot about my bike/riding. Then when I went to check out it was half the price they told me it was gonna be..I am super grateful to have bike peddler right here in Lehi.

I was able to bring in my bike and have an obviously skilled mechanic look at it and diagnose the problem right off the cuff with out much fuss he was able to sort my problem right out, happened to have the part in inventory and was able to work and chat at the same time when I wasnt browsing for my next bike:)

I have been in plenty of shops and worked in a few and the thing that I can’t understand is not greeting or even acknowledging a customer when they walk in. Even if you are currently helping a customer you can take a second to greet you and let you know you will be with them in a minute.I just stood there for about 7-10 minutes waiting to even be talked to by a sales person. After no acknowledgement I left. I have money to spend and if Bike Peddler doesn’t want it I’m sure there is other bike shops in the valley that will.I will say that their new shop is very clean and nicely laid out. I’ll give them a star for that.

I brought in my santa cruz bronson to have the shifting adjusted as well as the front wheel and brake trued. I picked up the bike and rode around the parking lot, nothing was changed. I brought it back in to have them adjust the gears so it would stop skipping the middle 3 gears. They took a look at it, made a small adjustment and on my way i went. When i got home i went for a ride and the gears still skip the middle 3 gears, the front brake and tire still are not trued. It is a very noticeable wobble. What a waste of money and time driving back and forth to them for a simple tune up that should be fairly easy for a bike shop to address. No I would not recommend them. Nor will I be going back.

I purchased a bike from bike peddler about 5 years ago. They have me free tune ups for the first year. Recently, I had an issue with it and I took it in and they tried fixing while I was there, but they had to order a part. They had it fixed in a few days at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a higher quality bike!

I went to this shop after hearing from a friend that their covid precautions were serious and thorough. I drove down from Salt Lake City only to see employees and customers walking right past the hand washing station posted at the front door. Not even half of the people in the store had masks on, and this goes for the employees as well.After walking around the store for 20 minutes without any interaction from employees, I decided to stand near the checkout area and wait for assistance. Some time later a maskless employee wanders over to help me with my questions. I was not planning on purchasing a bike that day, but wanted to learn about my options for a good fit for me. Unfortunately, the help I got was only focused on putting me in a bike that they had on the floor as fast as possible. Like other reviewers have mentioned; if youre not looking for any real help and you want to spend $6,000 at a minimum on a stock bike, you shouldnt shop here.As far as covid precautions go, there was art on a plexi barrier at a register that mocked the existence of said precautions. Text suggested that the barriers probably dont even do anything and that they might as well exist solely as a reminder to focus on health, which is something that even the employees clearly arent following. The juvenile, laissez-faire attitude of the staff is apparent everywhere you look thanks to the few employees that I interacted with.

My bikes Derailleur broke and I took it in and they did a good job my bike I like brand new and I rode it before but one day I went for a rid and it had shattered and I went in and they put my bike on a machine lifter and put the new part on they all are nice and took good care of my bike

I have been into this shop a few times and it is a clean shop, but theyve lost my business. Every time I have been there I walked around for at least a half hour and no one even came up to me or acknowledged me being there. No offer for assistance, not even a greeting.

This shop is full of knowledgeable guys that simply want to help. They wont give you BS, wont try to make you buy something you dont need. The will even stop what theyre doing to help make adjustments or true a rim, change a tire. It is truly the best bike shop I have been to, hands down.

I’ve been into this shop twice now, the first time was awful.. No one acknowledged that I was even there Even after walking around for 20 minutes looking for a full kit. I decided to go back in today to look for some new grips, and the same thing happened even though several employees passed me. They didn’t say “hello”, “can I help you find anything?”, or “have a nice day” when I left empty handed. Unless you’re looking at a $10,000 Specialized, don’t expect much of a guest experience.

When my friends ask where I recommend buying a bicycle or getting one fixed the answer is always easy - Bike Peddler in American Fork. The people are really friendly. They are great mechanics when you need something fixed or upgraded. They also have a nice selection of great bicycles. I also have to say thank you to them for supporting the local high school mountain bike team.

I have never been to a shop with service this great! They will work with you and help you with every question you may have. These guys know their stuff. By far the best bike shop I have ever been to. They carry awesome brands and even better service! If you are looking for a shop this is the place.

This shop is fine. If you need a quick part or item then it is a good place to go. On the other hand I took my road bike in for a tun up the other day and when I got it back the wheels still werent true and the brakes werent adjusted properly. The wheels were in better condition than when I dropped off the bike but I still expected better. I ended up adjusting all the brakes myself because it was something I could do. I probably wont take my bike back there again just because of that.

This is a place my husband use to drag me in or begged me to drop his bike off but now I find it just as fun to stop in and see whats available. We love checking out whats new, of course whats on sale, and always whats on Clearance! lol We know the Guys there and they know us and are always willing to solve our bike repairs for our rides or races. Too busy to really help these days, they cater mostly to mountain bikers so roadies are kind of left in the dust. You have to wait and wait and then ask if you can get some help. Prices are definitely on the rise lately, and they wont collaborate with any other shops when their low roadie inventory of common parts goes wanting. Ask for Brian as the others are usually new and have limited training. This is a realistic review.

Why is Peddler always so busy? Because theyve got FANTASTIC customer service. They have always gone the extra mile (pun intended) whenever Ive needed help. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and care about their customers. Theyve proven it time and again over the 7 years Ive been going into their store. Parrish, Nick, you guys rock!

Love working with the guys at this shop. They are down to earth and know the latest and greatest about their products. The employees make this place feel like a real bike shop and not just some high school kids selling bikes as a part time job. Just went with my hubby cash in hand to purchase 2 mountain bikes. No one greeted us when we came in. There were 3 employees 1 other customer. They didnt have what I needed so they were bending over backwards to try to help me find something they could order in. Excited for the new shop in Lehi high as itll be closer to my house. I would say their pricing is on par with other bike shops and they carry a decent selection.

My first stop at Bike Peddler. This is what bike shops used to be like. These guys are laid back, but they know their stuff. They have the parts and gadgets you need. Worth the drive from the other end of the county.

The quintessential LBS (local bike shop): A little quaint building with wall art outside, nice inventory of bikes and accessories, mechanics that are exactly what youd expect at a bike shop, kind of that chill, surfer-type attitude. Theyre happy to help you with your bike questions. Shop local, especially when it comes to bikes!

Im a big fan of these guys. They are really friendly and really helpful. They always seem to do a little extra without charging you more. Weve been able to get great bikes from them and they have plenty of parts, lube, etc. Really, the best part is the staff, they really are good dudes.

They fixed both my flat tires and I havent had an issue since! Great service, the price for repairing is not bad at all.

Great local bike shop! Took my newly purchased bike (a used Transition) in today for a new bottom bracket and seat dropper rebuild which was completely seized. Quick service and they answered all the questions I had about the bike. Will be taking it back soon for a fork rebuild.

They fixed up my old DBR really well and even went the extra mile to replace the front derailleur. They had to try several different styles of derailleur in order to get the right one on there that provided the smoothest shifting. I bring my bike here whenever it needs some TLC.

Excellent LBS providing fast turnaround times on bike service. They were able to repair a busted hub on my bike that another LBS had told me needed to be replaced.

I bought my bike from a top brand company which had it shipped to the bike peddler to have it assembled. Customer service was sub par, my bike was the wrong size, not their problem so ordered the right size. It was assembled at their store, everything was not adjusted right. Disk Brakes were not adjusted, detailer was out of sink. Wheels to tight, just a bad assembly job. Oh about the first bike, it took a month for them to get credit back, not! had to dispute the purchase. I would not recomend the shop to anyone.

Wow! Where do I start? I bought my bike here a year ago, and Ive just had excellent experiences each time Ive been in. Today prompted me to write this review. I went in about 10 minutes before close to see what parts I needed to switch my high tower from 27 1/2 to 29er. I knew they were about to close, so I asked if I could buy the parts and install them myself. They insisted on waiting around till after close and installing the parts for me. Extremely impressed by the quality staff. Thank you!

Great shop! I took my bike to two other shops, and neither of them took the time to listen to what I described as the issue, or even ride the bike to fix the problem. Bike Peddler was awesome - they listened carefully to what I was describing, rode the bike to try and re-create the problem, since the problem couldnt be re-created on the rack without being under power/torque. This store told me my bike was too cheap to work on. Its an older, professional grade frame. When I complained and said Id go to the Bicycle collective instead, they said that place was for homeless people. Our world is getting scarier, and this store contributed to it.

I have had my mountain bike for about 3 or 4 months and I have been pretty hard on it. I took it in to the Bike Peddler to have a tune-up done and to do some work on the suspension. As I dropped the bike off, they mentioned that the front fork may be under recall and, if so, I wouldnt be paying for it. I got a call from them two days later telling me that the suspension was covered under warranty and they couldnt get the brakes to work properly so those would be completely replaced under warranty as well. I got the whole bike rebuilt and received a significant upgrade on the brakes from my original set worth maybe 300.00 or so, to top of the line XO Brakes worth 1000.00 My total cost on all of this? Less than 200.00Thanks guys. You were awesome.

Im visiting from out of state and was sent to Bike Peddler by my wifes Uncle who were staying with and is a loyal customer. I arrived to the store fairly desperate as Im stationed in a tiny town with one crappy bike shop (that already ripped me off) and I leave in two days. Parrish was able to squeeze me in to true my wheels and make some other minor adjustments. He was super quick and while he couldve taken advantage of my desperation, he offered me a very fair price for the work.

Unlike most other shops, they werent understaffed in their service department. Walked in just needing a spoke replaced and they did it right away. In and out in about 10 minutes!

I got excellent customer service from Evan. He was knowledgeable and made suggestions that were helpful for my riding.
