Excellent and knowledgeable staff who are prompt in bike repairs. Highly recommend.

Andrew was great and gave us lots of good information. They also offer rentals and the prices are fair.

Love my bike but have found out that these guys are very dishonest! They sold me a used bike and said they were giving me a new battery. But that was not the case. I have had the bike for only 9 months and it was over heating and caused all sorts of problems for my bike. I took it in to a Pedego in Nashville who is an honest owner and we took the battery out to see it melted to the wires. The battery ended up being not a new battery. Don’t trust them!!!!!

Store wasnt officially open yet, and we only had one day in the area allocated to ride bikes. Shawn went above and beyond to set us up with a couple of bikes. Store is very close to trails to go anywhere in St George area. Shawn and the crew provide excellent service and quality bikes. I highly recommend this shop.

Wow, Wow, Wow! Outstanding experience all around. Shawn is amazing! No pressure, just a great product and a great shop owner that knows his stuff. I am really nervous on bikes, but really **want** to be able to bike with my husband, have fun and stay relatively fit. This. Bike. Rocks. First little spin after Shawn delivered it to me (amazing customer service right there!!) kinda left my DH in the dust going up hills (not even fair!). So much fun. I cannot recommend Shawn and Pedego enough. 5 stars is only the beginning. Go see him. And say hello to fun! (P.S I think I see a second Pedego in the not too distant future :-) )

Great guy who runs this shop very nice and told us the ups and downs of each bike we were interested in. very simple proses to test ride one just sign a release form and off you go. i really do recomend trying one out you will be surprised how goos it feels.

Rode one of their bikes thru the trails in Lehi and it was so much fun. I would recommend them and their bikes to anyone I know.

We bought two E bikes and love them. My wifes battery had a small problem, we called the Salt Lake City store and left a message. The next day Shawn Berger returned our call and advised us the SLC store was closed for three days and said he would come up from the Lehi store to the SLC store and replace the battery. WOW were impressed..We had busines near Lehi and told Shawn we would save him the trip. We met with Shawn the next day and picked up the batteryWe have not had very many encounters with people or businesses like Shawn at Pedegp Electric Bikes that care for their customers that much. We have friends that are in the market for some electric bikes and have assured they plan on buying at this Pedego outlet.Thanks again for outstanding customer serviceWES AND LORRIE GOLDSBERRY..
