The Land Rover dealership service department in Lehi has been unbelievable to work with. Every time I use their services, they have been incredibly thorough with the work they do, informative about what they are doing to my vehicle, and the workmanship has been outstanding. On top of this, they are very attentive to me as a customer, always providing me with transportation to where I need to be while my Land Rover is being serviced—even if they have to call me an Uber so I don’t have to wait for their service team to take me. They always treat me respectfully when working with me and make me feel that my concerns are important to them. Immediately upon entering the service department, I am greeted with a genuinely friendly smile and an enthusiastic energy to assist me with whatever I need. They are incredible! This department is the reason I will be a Land Rover owner for life. This is how everyone should treat their customers!!!
I went there with the expectation that most people have going to an upscale car dealership.And in my case I was looking at a 2016 Shelby GT350 Mustang. 39,000 miles a 95% car. Normal wear and tear at 5 years old.They held firm on their price (the used car market in October 2021) - however it did turn out to be a good value - and they treated me as a valued customer - and I give them high ratings - absolutely 🙂

Absolutely incredible experience purchasing my used-car (trade-in)! This was largely contributed to my stellar sales rep, Bronson, who was the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful sales rep Id engaged with in quite some time.I was given a personal video walkthrough of the car ahead of time. While at the dealer, I was never pressured (in fact, he handed me the keys, asked if I had any questions, and stepped away).When I said I wanted an independent inspection, Bronson encouraged it, and offered to drive it to the mechanics for the inspection. When I couldnt find a trusted mechanic with an opening anytime soon, he asked around and gave me a couple of referrals, which I vetted myself, and was able to schedule something the next day. The inspector said the car was in immaculate condition, and I was satisfied to make the purchase.The sale went smoothly and Bronson was very personable and conversational while we waited for the financial rep.This is the kind of experience car buying should be!

We had an excellent experience with Jaguar Lehi. After a not so great experience with the dealership downtown, we had almost decided we didnt want to go with the brand at all. However, after meeting Jordan in Lehi and being so well taken care of with 0 pressure, we hopped back on the Jaguar train and are now happy owners. Jordan worked with us for roughly 8 months until we found the perfect fit, and made the purchasing process incredibly smooth and painless.The location itself is convenient, just a minute off the freeway. The facility was built a little over a year ago I believe, so its nice and new, very clean. Everyone we spoke with while there was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. If youre in the market for a Land Rover, a Jaguar, or even something that may just be in their used car inventory, this is most definitely the location to utilize. You wont regret it.

The agents are really nice and have genuinely enjoyed working with them. This past experience was probably the worst I’ve ever had with Land Rover. It is my understanding that some of this is due to current virus concerns knocked out the staff for a few weeks which would be horrible to deal with. I scheduled my car for a check up due to check engine light coming on. I sent the car in to have checked out. After 2 1/2 weeks I got my car back without being fixed and not knowing the problem. I will write this experience off as a one off due to my previous 10 years with Land Rover have been great. Hopefully next time will get to the bottom of the problem
These guys really helped me out of a tough situation. We were on a road trip from LA to Yellowstone when our Range Rover had engine troubles. Hunter and Kent were terrific and squeezed me in. We hired a car and finished our holiday and picked the Range Rover up on the way back through. It’s running perfectly again. Let me start this review by first saying how impressed I was with Jordan Christianson. His customer service, integrity and communication were second to none. I have purchased numerous luxury vehicles from almost every brand. Having fallen in love with the Land Rover brand I started my search for my 3rd Range Rover. Being very specific I found a potential vehicle and based on reviews I reached out to Jordan. This vehicle was not “the one” and I explained to him what I was looking for.Here is what differentiates a good/decent salesman from an EXCELLENT one! He didn’t drop the ball and let me go or forget to follow up. He followed up with me as soon as he had a vehicle that fit my criteria and worked with me on a complicated out of state purchase for over a week before I could officially come and take delivery. He went above and beyond to send videos, photos and service history to help bring ease to a large sight unseen purchase. Upon my arrival to the dealership he had everything ready and it was a very smooth delivery. If you are looking for your next vehicle I highly recommend Jordan especially if you may be dealing with an out of state purchase .

They did not have anyone there to call an Uber so I had to call my own, cost me $65.They do not have enough loaner vehicles (90 days out)Staff was excellent and they fixed the car quickly.
I had a warning light come up and my car wouldnt drive. I took my car to the Jaguar dealership in Lehi. Kent was very nice and the service department took great care of my car. It turned out to be a very minor repair and they were honest with me and didnt try to tack on any additional charges, like so many places do. I would wholeheartedly recommendJaguar of Lehi.
They fixed everything and were very thorough, and didn’t charge me for the wire issue that should have been fixed the last time the car was in, so I appreciate that. But it took longer than it should have. I had an appointment on Monday morning and they didn’t touch it and figure out the problem until Wednesday, and wasn’t done until Friday. I also was the one having to call to get an update from them, they didn’t call me to update me.
Land Rover service assessed the problem with my Discovery and repaired it quickly. The service department is not only very professional and efficient, but friendly as well.I really appreciated the ‘update texts’ as it was being evaluated.I also LOVED the fact that it was ‘sparkling clean’ when I picked it up! I made my appointment online for a windshield replacement. Showed up and they took my car and said they’d call when it’s done. Later in the day I got a voicemail asking who I talked to and to call. They apparently didn’t have installers that day…which was frustrating because I scheduled it weeks out. I’m out a car and spoke with someone when I dropped it off and no one said anything about not being able to replace it. So they said they could do it Thursday and I left my car there for three days. Inconvenient. Thursday around 4 pm I had to call to find out what the status of my car was. It was almost done but the whole process was not great. Zero communication. They sent a text that said to reply with any questions and I did and no response. I think the communication level could be increased.
Dealership was awesome. Jordan and Anees were two of the best salesman we’ve ever had dealt with, the dealership should take care of them because they are definitely a great asset to the company . when we need another vehicle we know were we are going .
The best experience! Ashley was so nice and helpful and Star was quick and awesome too!! I had been thinking for months I wanted a Mini Cooper and when we went to that dealership we had a horrible experience with bad customer service. We went to Land Rover pretty much just for fun and we were just going to look around but they literally made it so easy and helped us with getting the exact payment we could do with our budget. What a wonderful experience! I purchased my 2021 Jaguar F pace from this location and received nothing but superb customer service. I came from out of state and worked with both Ashley and Jordan. The entire process was smooth, straight forward and completely transparent. They handled all the prep paperwork prior to my arrival which made things so much easier to wrap up, not to mention their warm and welcoming personalities. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately and brought straight to the finance manager, Aseen. Paperwork was printed ready to sign and he went over everything in depth making sure I understood exactly what I was signing. Jordan and the general sales manager Jenny were so kind, and made sure that I was taken care of. Inventory is scarce for every vehicle it seems. I came in after my patience ran thin at the Porsche dealership for not getting me a custom ordered Cayenne Coupe Turbo E-Hybrid. I called Jaguar and told them what I wanted. they had exactly what I was looking for (2021 F-Pace SVR). I came in and paid my deposit to reserve the vehicle, and we did most of the paperwork prior to me getting there for pickup later that week. it was a super nice buying experience, and I got a nicer vehicle for about $80k less... so thats a win.

Full stop, great experience here. I had purchased several vehicles from Land Rover/Jaguar when they were in Centerville. My experience there before, during and after the transaction was always outstanding. I was skeptical of LR Lehi, just because it was new, however, if anything, the service level and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. If car buying can be pleasurable, this was. First, the showroom is exquisite. Its clean, bright with lots of natural light. Of course, this is all part of the buying experience. We were greeted at the door in a genuine totally un-intimidating way. No weird salesman efforts, just a nice thank you for coming in. We met Jeremiah the sales manager and our sales associate Jordan. Second, Jordan was incredible; helpful without being pushy; knowledgeable with no ego; profesional without being stodgy. He had near encyclopedic knowledge of the LR line and cars in general. He provided direct answers to direct questions with appropriate detail. My wife got her questions answered clearly and understandably, down to the functions of individual buttons in the car, fuel efficiency, you name it. You simply could not stump Jordan. Jordan made our buying decision easy and quick. Special shout out to Star Zorn in financing who was able to save us a ton and made us feel great about our purchases.

I had been looking at the Evoque for quite some time but the price brand new was a bit outside of my budget. I finally found a used SE version at a great price, sent Bradley an email and bought it same day. Zero pressure, upfront about what he could do vs not, didn’t try to steer me to other models I didn’t want. Financing was very easy with Star. She found the lowest rate and the process with her only took 30 minutes. I would definitely work with them again.

It feels like at this level of purchase a good vacuum and cleaning would be expected. Please consider a little better service with regard to the clean operation if the service.

Craig in the service department was really good to squeeze me in for a warranty visit. My concern was the shifting of the gears and the turbo being powerful making acceleration not smooth. No problems were found. I guess its my driving habits that I need to adhust. Craig and his team did a great job and Im very thankful for them. I would recommend them.

Sorenson was absolutely fabulous to help me update some of the features on my Jaguar that I did not know how to operate!. The treats were great and people were all friendly. Just one suggestion. For waiting the hour and a half it would’ve been nice to have known a little bit into The hour just to confirm what they were doing and if I had a suggestion of something else I had thought of that I wanted them to check. I did appreciate the car wash and returning it in better shape than it was when I pulled in. I thought that was a great bonus! I wasn’t aware I could stop by and have my car washed for free any time. I had that service with my Lexus but did not know two years into owning this car that that service was availableAnd hooray!!! you have a dealership in lehi. Utah. It was a real pain to drive clear out to Salt Lake every time I needed something
The honesty that I’m hoping to portray in this is not meant to be negative at all about any other company - period.However... Natalie embraced me and helped me through the entire process without looking down on me because I wanted to make a smaller purchase. The Lehi office showed a level of excellence and down to earth class that makes me choose to return for my next vehicle purchase and I highly recommended!!! The follow-up and unprompted communication throughout was thorough and comforting. Five stars for me and if there was a six star they’d get it too!
Wasn’t expecting to custom order a Land Rover when we stopped by in November 2020, but our sales guy is great at selling and the Defender is an incredible vehicle.The bummer part is that all the cool add-ons I was sold and that the sales guy confirmed/guaranteed were on the build sheet didn’t end up on my custom-ordered-waited-half-a-year-to-receive-at-full-price Defender X. They say I wasn’t charged for them, so ‘you can pay for them if you still want them’ (except the cooler console, that has to be done at the factory).Yes, it looks amazing and drives like a dream! But, when you’re most excited about some fun extras that were promised but missing, it sours the entire process. I don’t want to be irritated about the many mistakes, so I’m trying to get over it and move on after this review.Ordered but not installed, thus the 3-star rating:1. Air compressor (great for 4-wheeling to deflate for rough terrain then inflate for pavement, plus air mattresses and other things). This is a $1600 part with install, but paying extra after the fact isn’t the same as having it built originally - I worry about it getting installed later and messing up the interior. We also have two Jeep’s, so we figured this would be a convenient addition for trips.2. Pillars and squares were ordered to be blacked out so the top part is all black, but they are the car color instead. I don’t like that look and it was a big reason I didn’t want the Defender at first, until the sales guy told me it can be blacked out. They charge $400 for that, which was part of my initial order, although they say I wasn’t charged for it.3. THIS ONE IS HUGE - the center console cooler. I was told it is always cold, so I could keep creamer in it for drinks on the go. Their solution was to offer me the almost $700 cooler/heater contraption that takes up the middle back seat plus has to be plugged into an auxiliary port. No thanks, I want the seating and don’t want to mess with a plug, plus I already have a $1k Dometic for long trips; I wanted the little, built-in console cooler for small things around town. This was a giant miss for me - was really looking forward to this feature for over 6 months.4. Inflatable awning. Yeah, this $700 part might seem ridiculous, but it would be really handy for me IF it were installed around the cargo opening like it looked like it was. The sales guy couldn’t confirm how it operated or where it would be installed because nobody had ordered one yet and the dealership hasn’t seen one in person. It came in a duffel bag that’s just sitting in the cargo area. Again, no thank you on taking up valuable interior space, PLUS the air compressor didn’t come with my car, which was another reason for ordering both those items.There was a chip in the wood laminate, but with the way I was treated for all the missing items, I told them I’d take care of that myself (great, paid over 100k and I get to do repair work). Their team said if they ordered a new piece, it likely wouldn’t color match the one on the other side… um, so shouldn’t they order both pieces to make sure it was done right?Picky car buyer, you say? Yes, I am, but all these items are normal Land Rover offerings plus I paid full price, no discount. I expected a better experience, especially since they told me they’re the #1 Land Rover dealership.

The coolest thing was that I had no question on what they were telling me to fix or replace because they sent me a video and the technician was very detailed it was pretty dang awesome to have that kind of information. They had my vehicle for over a week. Never called with updates on when vehicle would be ready. I had to call to get updates. I was expecting to have fuel leak fixed as a recall. They had it in their notes to fix, but they weren’t going to do it because the VIN # was not part of the recall. Which is fine but they never called and told me this. I had to find out when I picked up my car. In the end they had my car for 8 days and fixed the airbag... they said they had to order a part but if you know there is a recall on the airbags wouldn’t you have the parts already in? They also knew the issue 4 days before I took my car in... I don’t ever get by cars done at dealerships anyways they are over priced and the customer service was not great. Maybe if I had walked in wearing a Tom Ford suit and a Rolex watch customer service would have been better.

I had asked for: a tire rotation, oil change, my brake peddle to be greased because it squeaks and crunches when used, and both of my key fob batteries to be changed. When the vehicle was returned; I didn’t need a tire rotation because I need new tires, so the assessed that, they changed the oil, but didn’t fix the brake peddle or the key fob batteries.I called and discussed it with my service advisor, he said there was miscommunication between the service center that made the appointment with the criteria to be addressed and the service department and that’s how things got missed.I would have liked it if the service adviser would have called me while my car was in their possession as it had some items that needed to be addressed per their work up of my car. I needed new filters and instead of calling me, they just erred on the dude of not replacing them.This is my first Range Rover and I absolutely love it. I love the fact that they picked my car up and brought me a rental car for the day. However, the things I would like to see change for my next encounter would be; a phone call when my car arrives at the shop going over the specific details of why it’s at their shop, a phone call of the estimates to be done rather than an email. And a phone call saying the work was done and exactly what was performed so that I can understand the exact charges.I feel like there was a huge lack of customer service provided to me for my first encounter at the Range Roger service department and it doesn’t give me the confidence to take it there again. All that needed to change was for the service department to pick up the phone and call me.
Quick and friendly. I enjoyed having them work on my vehicle. I take all my vehicles to be serviced at a dealership. And they where much better.
