Our Range Rover broke down & we had it towed to this Land Rover to figure out what the problem was. It took them almost 3 weeks to inspect the car. They finally took everything apart and told us to fix something that wasn’t the problem. Once we paid $1200+ to fix something completely irrelevant that DIDN’T fix anything they told us our ONLY option was to pay $27,000 for a new engine. We decided to take our car to the dealer we bought it from & figure out an alternative. The frustrating thing was now that they took everything apart, it wasn’t put back together so it wouldn’t even start up to drive a few miles to our original dealer. It was leaking and smelt like hell. After taking it to this Land Rover they gave it back to us in even worse condition. They told our tow guy “I didn’t think you guys would be here so fast, somethings need to be put back”. Why would you park it out in the lot & let it sit for 3 days without completely putting it back together?? Anyways it finally makes it to the other dealer and they were able to fix it in 2 days. We had to pay an extra $1200+ for an easy fix…spark plugs. Now our car feels great and runs smoothly.
I took my 2017 F type in for a routine oil change and service. Craig Erickson the advisor was very helpful and friendly. I told him I would just hang out at the dealership. I had a very nice work area and all the soft drinks I could consume. One hour later Craig greeted me and told me my F type was finished. The car was washed and cleaned, the oil and filter replaced with synthetic oil, engine air filter replaced, cabin air filter replaced ready to go.I went to pay the biill for the service and Craig smiles at me and says no no charge complimentary.I was really really shocked! Great service, Great staff very helpful.I will certainly continue to do business with Jaguar Land Rover Lehi.
I recently purchased a used Mercedes G Class from this dealership online. When we spoke about the vehicle we discussed any damage and the only thing disclosed to me was a small dent in the bumper that had been repaired. I got a video tour of it and many pics. The salesperson described the inspection process they go through at the dealership and it sounded comprehensive. The process went smoothly and I felt comfortable making the purchase. I live in Florida so the dealership helped provide shipping. The shipper picked up the vehicle in Utah and delivered to me in Florida. Upon arrival and inspection a large dent was noticed on the roof. When I contacted the dealership about this dent they told me that it must have happened in shipping. The shipper provided their detailed bill of lading and pictures at the dealership that clearly showed the dent. It was also annotated on the paperwork that this dealership signed. When this was brought to their attention the only response was that I bought the vehicle “as is” and that they wouldn’t be doing anything about it. For the purchase of a $90k vehicle I expected more. I could not recommend this dealership for an online purchase following this experience.
I only took one photo while visiting the Land Rover/Jaguar Dealership in Lehi; but that was intentional as it says it all. I currently have multiple Land Rovers in my quiver of owned cars. (None of which are newer than 2005). In this instance I made the trip down to Lehi from Cottonwood Heights as they had the first available appointment to ideally review my check engine light and get me set for passing the emissions test. I could not have been more pleased with the support, service and general demeanor of the staff. The ample waiting area(s) and the amenities were second to none. I-(prior to COVID)- travel a lot for work and the capacity to get work done, while waiting on my car was excellent! Internet, fast internet, provided from an adjustable with space with plenty of charging options. I actually forgot my phone charging cable; but they had a universal already available for me to use. Oh, yeah and the whole vehicle bit! They assessed my car, first thing upon arrival, provided the solution, cost and timeline in short order and even offered some proactive items that were my choice to address- no pressure. They even found a couple of running lights out and replaced them before returning a well cleaned vehicle-(inside and out)- in less time than Ive had to wait in a busy day to get my oil changed! I was in at 8, had a mass air flow sensor, serpentine belt, air filter, lighting and more done in about 3 hours. I was ready to stay all day and Ill for sure be back. Highly recommended!!

These guys are ABSOLUTELY amazing!! I found a 2017 4Runner TRD Pro online at Land Rover Lehi from across the country (Charlotte, NC). I called and Bradley made this the easiest purchase ever!! He was phenomenal. He immediately confirmed I could buy remotely and sent me videos (with commentary) of the inside and outside of the car. He made me feel extremely comfortable and was so responsive (even over the weekend). He reminded me often You are the customer - my job is to make this as easy as possible remember. Boy did he. He coordinated with the finance department, arranged to ship the documents for my signature to my hotel while I was traveling and shipped all the tag and title info to my local DMV. He even arranged a notary to meet me on the road and notarize my signature. He ran an RFP to find the cheapest company to transport the car to me in NC and handled all the logistics to have it delivered from Utah to NC. He even checked in with me see if it had arrived yet and after I got it to make sure it was perfect. It absolutely was - everything was exactly as described. They cleaned it immaculately, including the engine, did the full service and oil change. I couldnt be happier. I own two Land Rovers (Velar and Defender) and even though this was a 4Runner, Id love to buy my next Land Rover from them. I have never had such a great car-buying experience. He went above and beyond in every respect. Cannot recommend Land Rover Lehi and Bradley enough. Make sure to call Bradley, but wear nice shoes because hell definitely roll out the red carpet for you. The sales experience and buying the car was fine. I’m not a fan of the constant “we hear you” Ken Garff ads when there’s nothing unique about the car buying experience with Ken Garff. You can’t just put billboards up everywhere and assume that saying a statement about hearing people makes it true.Anyways, the experience with the staff at the dealer was fine. Not the best, not the worst buying experienced. It’s clear they like their cars and want people to be happy. That I appreciate.The car I got here didn’t work out and had issues, best to speak up quickly if issues arise. The dealer was flexible and helped me sort it out. Jenny Whelen, the general sales manager, did a great job following up with me and worked to find a viable solution. She seemed to genuinely care and want to help make things right. It was noticed and appreciated.
Best dealer experience i’ve ever had. My wife and I are from MA . We bought the car from this dealer and we decided to fly to UT and to pick it up ourselves and drive it home. Bradley our sale representative went above and beyond to help us with all the questions and all the concernes especially when we are coming from a different state. Bradley picked us up from the airport and drove us to the dealer so we can get our car. Loved the service and how helpful he was . Would totally recommend this dealer to everyone who is looking to buy a car.

Been working with Land Rover here in Utah through two owners for 10 years and through the transition to Lehi. I have discovered that this Land Rover Lehi team is all about the client and as good as it gets. I have been through service this year and purchased a Range Rover at Land Rover since they moved here this year and met several team members. All team members have been top notch and an asset to Land Rover as professionals and just genuine people. I had a snafu at service where my car needed to be left overnight at a surprise last minute scenario with no rental cars left, so I was without a car. The general manager offered me his personal car which of course I refused...I am just not built that way. But the gesture did not go unnoticed. The next day he personally brought the car to my home and with a couple Land Rover T-Shirts. Very cool!! A month later...I get a top trade value for my car and a great deal on a Range Rover and as a guy that has never bought a new car and always looking for value...this was a killer deal. From the general manager to sales manager to the finance manager to the sales associate...all were tip top. Welcome to Lehi guys...thanks!!!

Our Land Rover Discovery needs an entirely new engine with less than 75k miles. It’s still under warranty luckily, but we are now on week three waiting on Land Rover Lehi to provide any sort of loaner car. But our car will start getting worked on mid-January so we will hopefully only need to share one car, and hear excuses from Land Rover Lehi, for three more weeks!

I was very impressed. Also his manger Andy has been amazing to work with too. This whole dealership has made all of this buying experience truly the best. I have gotten a lot of cars from other dealerships and have always found it to be hard and not very fun to deal with either the sale person or their manger. I Did NOT feel like that all with everyone here from start to finish has been more than I ever thought possible. I will only buy from them from now on. We went to another “dealership” in Bountiful looking to trade in my X5. Our experience was less than savory so we decided to head over to Land Rover Centerville. I’m beyond happy that we did!Jeremiah was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. I test drove a NEW 2020 Discovery Landmark edition and was immediately SOLD. Im in California and have been looking for a used low mileage white Lexus GSF. Jaguar Land Rover Lehi had a 2016 model but didnt have nice clear pictures of the vehicle on Autotrader. I left them a message and Bradley followed up within 10 minutes. I asked for clear pictures and to point out any defects that might be on the car. He was honest, was patient with me and gave me every information that was available to his knowledge over the phone. The pictures were clear and the videos he sent me were crisp. Even though I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, I wholeheartedly appreciate his help. Had he not gone out of his way to take pictures and send me videos of the car itself, I might have wasted unnecessary time flying in to Utah not realizing the car would not have lived up to my standard as to what I was looking for in a used Lexus GSF. If you want honesty and people who will go out of their way to help you, then Jaguar Land Rover Lehi is for you.

I would have given one star based on my satisfaction with my vehicle and unprofessional behavior from the social media manager, but will give two based on my experience with my salesperson, Jeremiah - because he was excellent but even excellent sales service cant make up for an terrible service experience from the sister store.I had a great experience buying the car and have loved driving it - WHEN IT WORKS. I have had so many problems and so much frustration with the vehicle (see my review of the Jaguar Land Rover Downtown Salt Lake City location) that I will NEVER buy another Land Rover. This was my very first brand new car and it has been an awful experience, I have nothing but stress and anxiety surrounding this vehicle. Its a fun game to get in your car and wonder if it will start today :/To make an already salty situation saltier, the social media manager for this location is a borderline bully and antagonizes me online - likely due to their lack of training and inability to respond appropriately to a clearly frustrated customer whos sharing their experience on social media. My interactions with this person are actually the final straw for me, hopefully some training takes place or the person is replaced - unacceptable!

My experience with this dealership was nothing short of great! I was an out of town buyer and very skeptical on purchasing another vehicle online without seeing it in person due to a bad experience with an dealership before. Very disappointing service dept. In the summer they quoted me $2,600 for a hitch, I went to the downtown dealer and got it same day for $600. Now they have my car doing a warranty repair and getting an update, or any communication for that matter seems impossible. Theyve had the car for a week and can’t provide an update. When you call, the phone rings and rings, no one answers. Do yourself a favor and go to the downtown dealer!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced.I took my Range Rover here for a routine service. I asked for a full inspection because I knew it was due for an oil change and I suspected the brakes needed replacing too. The time quoted was 3 hours. After 2.5 hours I stopped by. From my husband’s car, I called the service department and asked for an estimated time of completion. The gentleman on the phone said all the maintenance techs were out to lunch and that he would call me back with a time after he called them. Five minutes later, I watched as they drove up in my car. Did they take it to lunch?? Thirty minutes later and still no return call, I walked inside. A very rude gentlemen deigned to take 30 seconds to tell me that they had not even started on my car yet, then he turned his back on me and walked away before I could ask further questions. Upset, I decided to leave and wait for their call. SIX HOURS after my scheduled appointment time, I received a TEXT that the car was ready to be picked up. It was snowing heavily, so I replied that I would get it in the morning. The next morning, the same rude man I spoke with the previous day shoved a receipt at me. I asked what work had been done, since I had never been notified. He curtly said, “I don’t know, I didn’t work on it”. I said, “I understand that, I’m just confused and frustrated”. He gave the paperwork a cursory glance and said, “looks like an oil change”. I paid the $150 and asked to speak to a manager. He told me that there was no manager until Monday. I asked that he have the manager please call me and he put a sticky note on the file, but I never received a call.Two weeks later, I took my car to a different mechanic who told me that my suspicions were correct and all my brakes needed replacing along with TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH of other vital safety issues. I drive on the interstate twice a day, every day. I take my kids to and from school. I count on trained service technicians to care for my car in order to keep my family and myself safe on the road. When I tell people about this experience, their jaws drop, and frankly, I still can’t believe it either.It took 6 hours for an oil change, technicians presumably drove my car to lunch, I experienced repeated rude treatment and the service department failed to perform the most simple safety inspection. This all adds up to one horrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.
Im sure this dealership is still great, however I will be selling my Range Rover and not buying another one now that they have moved to Lehi.
I would have to say that buying a vehicle from Land Rover Centerville was the easiest, most pleasant experience that Ive ever had. As soon as my Husband and I arrived, Star greeted us and brought us right over to Natalie. Natalies energy was so refreshing and she is a book of knowledge. She was able to answer all of our difficult questions about the Range Rover Sport. Not at all was she being too pushy. She was in fact very calm and patient. Natalie took us on a test drive and was able to show off the vehicle based on our wants and needs so this wasnt a cookie cutter test drive. She really listened and paid close attention to detail and showed exactly why this sport was the perfect vehicle for us. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase and came to an agreement on numbers(also very easy), she then brought us over to Star. Star was such a magnificent piece to the puzzle. She worked very fast to get our contract written and the rest was history from there. So my overall experience was an absolute 10. If I could give 100 stars, I would. All of the other employees of this location had such a positive energy about themselves and we never once felt like we shouldnt have walked in the door. In fact, the level of welcoming that was amongst this establishment is absolutely amazing. Now my overall experience at this dealership, as well as purchasing such an amazing vehicle was incredible. From the moment We walked through the door, to the test drive, to the time we left was approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. That is the fastest that I have ever purchased a vehicle which is outstanding. The customer service here is something that all establishments should encompass. What an incredible experience. Thank You Natalie and Thank You Star. What a great team.

I enjoy going here. They are very tentative to me, take very good care of my car, and they dont bs me around. Kent in service is great to work with! Hes kind respectful and knowledgeable about my car. Jeremiah is an amazing salesman. Never pushy, sweet, caring and treats you as a person, not a number.

We loved the experience! It was quick and painless and we got the exact vehicle we wanted. We had our 3 year old with us, but Jeremiah was great with him and helped make the experience more enjoyable for all of us. Jeremiah was very professional and despite having to deal with 3 different clients that came in to see him at the same time, he was always available to answer questions and help out in any way possible. I would highly recommend them and am looking forward to working with them in the future. We also saw Shawn Bradley while we were there, which was pretty sweet!
Great experience! I initially went to Land Rover downtown Salt Lake where they presented a ridiculous offer. They were not willing to work on the numbers so we went to Land Rover Centerville. They worked with us on the numbers and were able to get us a much better offer for a higher priced vehicle. Jeremiah, Keith C, and Kandice even stayed after the dealership closed to finalize everything and show us all of the features. They werent rushing to get us out of the door. Very easy to work with. Overall great price and great customer service! Come here for all of your Land Rover needs.

I talked to Torsten in the service department and lost my cool and was not very kind to him. He instead kept his cool and explained to me what he could do in a calm manner. The conversation could have gone very different if he was collective like he was. Great customer service and dealings with an upset person. I would definitely recommend these guys just because that. And sorry work how I was on the one. Should have been more professional like you.
This place is awful. After multiple visits and extended service department stays my Range Rover Sport remains unfixed. Now my phone calls are not being returned. The service manager won’t take my phone calls. Im not a caustic personality. I’ve been patient. I just want my car to run right! I’m not sure how they have managed to stay in business with how poorly they treat their clientele.

Went to Land Rover in Centerville just to look at what they had for Discovery Sports. We knew how much we wanted to spend knowing it would be hard to find exactly what we wanted with all the features and the right color. Luckily we had Jeremiah working with us to find the perfect fit! Jeremiah was far from your average “Salesman”. He is very friendly, he does not push you into a vehicle you don’t want, and he wants what is best for you even if that means coming back a few years later! He not only found us a beautiful vehicle, but he also got us in the right vehicle below our budget! So thankful to have gone to a Land Rover that has such courteous people working there! Wow, what can I say? Sales service was top notch. All of my questions were answered quickly, and any issues addressed immediately. I have purchased Land Rovers from 3 different dealerships from 3 different states in the past, and this by far was my best experience yet.My sales person, Jeremiah, I cant speak highly enough about. If you plan on purchasing or leasing a vehicle from them, he was on top of everything. Transaction went super smooth, and I would purchase again and again from them. Hands down the best dealership Ive ever worked with, period. I ordered a new Range Rover Sport from Jenny and Kandice who were both amazing and tolerant (I had 1,000 questions as this was my first Land Rover).Everything was a breeze from negotiating price to picking options. Walked inside and around their lot for 10 minutes looking at new and used. No one talked to me, (10 am on a tuesday, maybe 1 other customer on the lot). Times have changed since the last time I bought a Range Rover from here.Service, slipped.Still love there products, maybe a different dealer would be better?
The only place I will take my LR3 to be serviced if it needs something I cant do myself.. Service is always great, and everything is done in a timely manner.. They also helped my brother sort out his abundance of problems when he bought a lemon LR4 from Draper Auto so he could actually enjoy driving his new car. I highly recommend bringing your Rover to them for your service needs.

While we did not end up buying the used Subaru they had on the lot, the sales people were extremely helpful. This dealership truly treats their customers like family. Its common to write a negative review when you dont get what you want. The dealership world is tough with everyone trying to out sell each other. You will never please someone who feels price justifies customer service. I have owned 4 Range Rovers and they are very strict on not discounting or selling out of their market from a first hand experience in many states. I have owned Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, and have never been treated as well as Jeremiah treated me. He volunteered to come to my house twice and showed up with a smile on his face every time. I knew he truly was glad to help me program my garage door opener to my Range. The second time he drove an hour to my house just cause I un-programmed my Blue tooth by accident and couldnt remember how to re-pair it. Thanks again for the great experience.

Best place to go to in Utah to get your landrover serviced. I get my maintenance done here regularly and they always go above and beyond expectations. Good to know that owning a luxury vehicle also comes with amazing customer service. Profoundly disappointing service. Brought my 2011 LR4 in for transmission service, coolant leak, and bluetooth problem. Transmission problem was not fixed and information provided was incorrect, tools were left in the back seat (seriously?!), bolts were left sloppy loose, and dashboard was re-assembled incorrectly after bluetooth service. Multiple follow-up emails were ignored.After driving 6 hours from Bozeman for service, I expect better. In the end I simply fixed the transmission myself.

We just bought a 2005 Land Rover LR3 and it was the best car buying experience that we have had because of the salespeople. They were really laid back and easy to talk to.
Staff is super friendly, even though I didnt purchase a car the few times I had visited looking at cars they were super friendly got us water bottles and answered all the questions we just decided to go with a different car choice at the time but have always liked rang rovers.
After previously going to the Salt Lake dealership and being very frustrated with my sales person, we went to the Centerville dealership. The difference in our experience was enormous. And all of it was because of Jeremiah Johnson. He treated us so well, helped us find the exact car we were looking for in a very timely manner, and gave us exceptional customer service. While I was very disappointed and discouraged with the Salt Lake dealership I am extremely happy with my experience at the Centerville dealership. I am happy that we made the trip up to Centerville.
Devon!!!! I called him on Wednesday to see if I could come take a look at an LR4. He was so gracious and excited to say yes. When I got there he greeted me and answered all of the questions I had on the phone. We went for a very short... very funny..... test drive! I knew the car he had described and posted for sale was what I was getting and then some. So then started the dreaded “financing wait”. I thought I was going to be here for hours upon hours but no, the finance manager came and talked with me about politics and different things to help pass the time while the loan officer was working on my file. As soon as she was ready I was in her office. Now to Star Zorn... pretty easy name to remember :) she was phenominal!!!!! As a finance guy myself I understand how difficult some clients and days can be, she didn’t seem stressed, anxious to get me out of her office and onto the next one. She was clear and talked to me about every option and helped me decide what was right for me. THEN!! Devon followed me back to ogden in my own car that I took there while I drove my new car home and a porter followed to take Devon back to the dealer.... how many people would honestly do that?? Land Rover Centerville has earned my business for LIFE!!! Thanks again guys you were awesome!!!!!!

My fiancé and I stepped out of our vehicle there today, ready to buy or lease a new vehicle. We spent 2 hours there and didnt have a single price given and they were dragging their feet hard core. Extremely dissatisfied with the sales department. I really felt like they judged the book by its cover and didnt think we were serious about buying. Little do they know weve been looking for a year. Gladly will be taking my business elsewhere to buy.

The quality of the product sold me; but the customer service made me a customer for life! When I had to replace an expensive part on my Range Rover, Jeremiah in Sales and Kent in Service went to bat for me with the Extended Warranty company and made sure the service was paid for. That kind of customer service is rare....and so very appreciated!!!!
Just left there this afternoon with an escalade for my wife. Jeremiah and the rest of the staff treated us great, like old friends, and they gave us a fair deal. We knew we were upside down in our trade but they worked to get the numbers up where it wasnt so hard to swallow. They also told us everything they knew about the vehicle, even a few minor fixes that I may have missed myself. Between them lowering the asking price without me needing to ask, and their efforts on the trade, Id give them 10 stars if I could. As long as the simple fixes stay simple we will be good but I believe them when they say they will work with you even after the fact. That is rare when buying a used car.
