Beautiful home decor! My husband and I stopped by the pop-up shop in Fashion Place Mall to buy a few decorative items for our home. The prices were decent for the quality of products, and the decor was beautiful and hard to choose from! In the end, we are very happy with our purchase! Thank you, Osmond Design! Cute store with lots of cute things inside. I love how they style the different areas. They also have some clothing and shoes for sale, which was a fun surprise!

Heather has been a joy to work with as she has guided us through every design decision in our home build. We have every confidence in her as a designer. She has noticed things that we had never considered and has tactfully guided us towards the best decisions. Heather helped make the challenges of custom home construction much less stressful. The store is also filled with interesting interior design ideas to help stimulate anyones creativity.

I have driven past Osmond Designs probably 1000 times and finally decided to go in and check it out. I don’t know why I never have before but I’m so glad I did. They have so many cute unique pieces in there. I found these and fell in love and just had to have them for my office.

I went in today looking for a couple little pieces to complete my family room bookshelves. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly! They have a cute little play area for my girls to play in, which was so great to keep my girls distracted. They have so many great options to choose from and great quality!

My parents and I are currently out looking at furniture and we stopped at Osmond Designs. It was great and we were very impressed but are still out looking at furniture at other stores. But I really enjoyed Osmond Designs!

This is my favorite store for all of my home decorating needs! Everything goes together so well. Its warm and welcoming and creates the perfect environment for my family, friends and guests. Really it feels like a room from a magazine but it also feels like home, too. And as a real estate agent this is where I look for my clients staging needs as well! If you want your home to show well and feel wonderful when you walk in...this is the place!

Stunning furniture and decor! Everything was beautifully put together. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm hello. The employees were very helpful. They also have a fun kids playhouse that helped keep our little boy occupied while we shopped! Great experience and will definitely be shopping here in the future.

Found some furniture we liked but the prices are rather steep. Found similar pieces at other furniture stores for less, but ultimately ended up buying from Osmond Designs.

I used to love Osmond Designs and my family has bought a lot of furniture from them over the years. We recently bought a couch from them and they scratched up our hardwoods as they delivered it. Rather than make it right and claim responsibility, they put the blame on us. It has taken us months to even get them to consider fixing it and we will probably not even be able to fix it with them. I am very disappointed on how we have been treated and will likely never buy furniture from them again.

Had an awesome experience buying furniture for our living room! The staff greeted us when we arrived and took the time to help us choose fabric that went well with our room. I never felt rushed or sales pitched. We will definitely be coming back!

I would strongly suggest using Osmond Designs design consulting. I had Theresa come and help me around my house with a design consultation. She was honest and very straight to the point! I loved that she gave her opinion while also giving suggestions about different options for certain areas! I have already started to implement some of the changes she suggested and things are starting to look great!I stopped by the Lehi location last night and picked out a few items that would work great with my house. I enjoyed the overall look of Osmond Designs. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk and while I was looking around the store I was helped by another employee. She helped me to find different items that would work with the space I was trying to decorate. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, style and ultimately my purchase! I cannot wait to go back and see what else I can find that will fit my style

I entered this location with my beautiful wife and was never greeted. No hello, no we will be right with you, not even “we’d be glad to help you spend your money”! After touring the entire showroom we still had to wait close to 15 minutes until they got someone to help “from the back”. This person didn’t know what the were doing and we were passed off to another girl. She didn’t know her job either. Planning to spend at least $10-15K, we left. Happily spent our money elsewhere. Do yourself a favor, get the service you pay for!

I absolutely love browsing through these stores! It is a calm atmosphere with the most beautiful furniture and decor. Whether I’m there for large purchases or simply to get some design inspiration, the staff is always warm and welcoming! Wonderful company!!

I loved my experience at the Lehi store today. Their designer was very helpful in guiding me to a combination of throw pillows for my room. Lots of options to choose from and I felt like there was a large variety of on trend items to enjoy.

We bought a beautiful sectional from OD a couple years ago. It, by far, our most favorite piece of furniture. They were great to work with and offered a 5 year cleaning service for just $100. We have used it a couple times and its been wonderful. I would recommend OD to anyone and cant wait to purchase from them again.

Over the many years we’ve lived in Lehi, we’ve purchased many pieces of furniture and decor from Osmond Designs, always at a great value and with excellent service. Most recently we’ve used Heather Osmond as our designer for our custom home project. She’s been excellent at helping us make difficult choices on this large project and has delivered on her promise to save us money due to her many connections with various contractors. Overall, she provides an excellent service (very responsive, available and helpful). We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a designer!

This showroom is huge and gorgeous and has so much to browse. I could wander for a long time here! I will say that the products are high quality and so are the prices. I was slightly disappointed in the variety of styles offered. I feel like there was a lot of glass and crystal and gold (lamps, tables, etc). They are beautiful but not for everyone’s taste, and especially households with small children. I was hoping for a little more “shiplap”/Joanna Gaines farmhouse style pieces and I felt like it was lacking in that area. I loved the selection of lamps and I will definitely be back when I’m ready to order a couch!

Here is my story: I bought 5 bar stools that were quite expensive. I told them I only wanted real leather because I know faux leather can crack and flake. I was told these were real leather. Very soon I noticed one chair was wobbly and one chair was starting to crack and flake. They were good and replaced these. Then several months later a third one started flaking (these are obviously not real leather like I was told). The vendor gave me a very hard time about replacing this third one, accusing me of using harsh chemicals and having them in the sun. Nothing but water is used to clean them and there is no sun getting on them. He very reluctantly replaced the third and said he would not replace another. Problem is since these are such poor quality and not real leather another one is now doing this and the vendor refuses to help. Osmond Design should be responsible for selling me a lie. They said the leather was real when it was not. They should either pay to recover these in the real leather they claimed these were or offer to replace them with something else. As each of these keep cracking and flaking I am now out a lot of money. I cant have this crap in my home. If these were 10 Years old I might be able to understand, but these are only 1-2 years (the oldest ones being ones that I hadnt replaced yet but newer ones being ones I had them replace). I have bought other high ticket items there but seeing they lied to me I will no longer shop there unless they decide to fix this situation.

It looked like they have a good selection and prices seemed fair from the price tags. The customer service was joke though. They hardly even glanced at us. There were 3 people in the store and not one of them even said hello or what are you looking for. Very strange for a furniture store not to come ask you if they can help. We were turned off to buy anything there. Terrible first experience.

Have been all over the valley trying to furnish 5 rooms, but customer service was far worse here than anywhere else we went. We really liked a lot of their items, but lack of help and unwillingness to take a return (even though it never left their store!) has me committed to looking elsewhere for the rest of my design budget.

I visited the store while here in town. The store has a beautiful layout and some really unique items. The clearance definitely had some great items as well. Totally worth the stop.

Terrible return policy. They have some very beautiful furniture but just make sure you want it before you get it, because you will not be able to return it without paying fees. They charges us a restocking fee after one day of the furniture sitting in their store- it had never left their store as we were planning on having it delivered. We were never told their return policy and when we told the manager this, she said it was on the receipt…. Well, maybe they should tell you BEFORE you buy the products? We will not be shopping at Osmond Designs in the future because of this.

The buying was easy and fairly friendly. We purchased a custome sectional and spent close to 5k along with other items. We (usually) always get the spill protection warranties and thought we had with this couch (its only $49 so we were told). They looked at our receipt and said its not on our receipt so they wouldnt cover cleaning of the spill. They were less than helpful from this point on. We have more furniture to buy and would not buy or recommend buying from Osmond Designs. Jennifer C.

My first impression is not a good customer service. I called them to find out about the prices, but Heather was not really nice especially towards the end. I understand the store can be very busy. They hung up on me without saying anything. Im not sure if I really want to go to Lehi store. The staff represents they store and I think they are not going a good job at this.

I looove this store!! My husband Sam and I visit the Osmond Design locations at least once a week. The have great furniture, blankets, decorations and they even have a little play room for our 4 children, theres Legos, toys and even a T.V!!! If I could I would rate this store 95 out of 10.

I always find something that will enhance my home every time my husband and I visit the store in Lehi. I love that they have themes throughout the store it help put ideas in your head. The ladies at the front always greet me and make sure we are finding what we need.

My experience was a crappy one. Im at RC Willey now buying the same couch for almost half of the price. But the main reason im leaving the review is that i found the couch i wanted, had zero help navigating the store and no one to answer my questions. 4 people saw me, but nonone even said hello. I held my credit card for 5 minutes and walked away.

I will never buy anything from this store again. After waiting long past our furniture delivery date, I was thrilled when the sofa and chair finally arrived. However, within two months, my brand new sofa was covered in pills. The girl in charge of damages told me there was nothing they could do and suggested I buy a sweater shaver for it. Seriously?? I called the manager of the store who sweetly assured me that all fabric was warrantied for a year and she put me back in touch with their damages girl, who had me take off a cushion cover to send to the manufacturer so they could inspect it. Ive been without a cushion cover for over two months now; last I heard, the manufacturers were supposed to send an update after the holiday weekend, but that was three weeks ago and I have not had any response to my emails. This is among the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I really like Osmond Designs! My mom loves it and my husband even likes it so we go in every so often, but not every person or business is perfect so here are the pros and cons:I tend to go to the Orem store more often since its closer to my house, but Ive been to the Lehi store a few times as well because the design center is awesome to look through. So for at least the Orem store, it used to be more traditional, but they have been bringing in pieces that are more transitional and modern which is sooo much better! Even when I cant buy furniture, its more fun now to go in and just see what they have put together. Every time I go into the Orem store, the ladies up front are always so sweet and welcome me. They always offer to answer any questions or offer to help me put accessories together - there are two ladies, one with long blonde hair and one with long dark hair - theyre awesome, look for them to help you. There is one lady with dark curly hair that Ive seen there a few times that can be a little overbearing, but still helpful. Everyone else is nice and helpful too. On the other hand, the few times that Ive walked into the Lehi store over the last couple months Ive gotten a quiet welcome if any. Still nice girls, but some of them dont seem to know much about things on the floor or they dont really know how to put transitional/modern pieces or accessories together. I still like the Lehi store though and its worth going in there because I love the old vintage feel of the building!Osmond Designs prices are pretty much unbeatable in the Utah Valley area, Gatehouse and Alice Lane have amazing things, but its not that amazing if you need to spend your life savings on it! Osmonds still has good prices for furniture that might not be as high end as others, but still really good. I have noticed that there are a lot of yellow tag items on the floor that have been sitting there for months and that they send emails about for yellow tag sale items, yet no one has bought them even when they have those sales. Theyre lower prices, but the pieces look a bit outdated which is probably why they havent sold.Overall, Osmond Designs is a great place to shop for furniture and accessories.
