I absolutely love the unique items found here! I recently bought a clock online and was so sad that the glass broke during shipping. I reached out to their customer service and they were so nice and so quick! They had a new one ordered that day and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition! I am so happy with my new clock and with the service I received!

This place is so nice. I love the old building. Whenever my wife asks to go there I do not object because I just like to look at the structure. My wife often finds spectacular decorations for the house as well and great prices!

The have revamped this store and it is much better laid out and nicer now. The prices are still a little high for what it is, but Id you go with a coupon or but it on sale, then its not too bad. They do have cute unique stuff.

Any time I go into this store I am treated like family and helped out in anyway possible. I absolutely love the employees who work very hard to make customers happy as much as humanly possible. The designs and ideas and beautiful decor here is not only inspiring, but they take a toll on my wallet because I cant just go in and get what I need, because I find out I need more than I had originally thought. PS Kerri and Kathy and Belinda are sooo amazing at their job and are always ready to assist you redo a room or your whole house. Love it! Thanks for the great shopping trips ladies!

Rodworks is my new favorite store. Whenever I am struggling to find the right decor for a space, I head to Rodworks and they never fail to have something that fulfills my vision for a space. Their items are made to mix and match to make a stylish, unique look that chain stores can’t even come close to doing. The staff are very happy to help you pull together the look you’re going for - or to come up with something if you can’t figure out what you need. The items are high quality and their prices are much lower than Pottery Barn. I’m so glad I discovered this little gem of a store.

What a beautiful store. The storefront is gorgeous, the inside is clean and organized. I went there on Saturday 12/20/2014, in hopes of finding a gift for my Mother. I saw lots of potential. However, as my family walked in the door, the lady at the counter, in a not so nice tone, said you have five minutes. I didnt realize that they closed at six. At about 5:58, another not so nice person opened the door, and stood there waiting for customers to exit, so she could lock the door. As we were leaving, I said thank you, and have a great night. To which I received a humph.Love your store, strongly dislike your employees that are there for a paycheck only...

Way too slow at the cash registers. But what do you expect with all the ladies there, not a man store for sure. Women changing their mind right and left what they want, when they got to the register.

This store seemed overpriced with cheap foreign made stuff. When I visited no one bothered to clean the snow. Also there credit card machine was broken so they only accepted cash. Left without buying anything.

My teenage daughter and I went to use the coupons we had on our phones. Very frustrated to hear the cashier say to a couple walking in that they could use the 30% off coupon on the wifes phone for 2 people and then 2 seconds later the lady wouldnt honor the coupon for my teenager. I asked why not and she said, its only for adults, and I said that my daughter should count (my husband has passed away and we dont have the same advantage as the lady who walked in with a living husband). So hurtful. My daughter walked out hurt and said, Im still a person, Im not a dog. Nowhere on the text message coupons does it indicate you have to an adult or married to use the coupon. I was about to purchase a table for a several hundred dollars, but walked out instead. We have shopped there for years, we will NOT be returning.
