I brought my Toyota Tundra in to fix damage that was done when someone did a hit and run on me. They pay attention to detail and have over the top customer service. They said my vehicle was going to take 7-10 days to fix and they got it done when they said it would be done. When they delivered it I was like WOW! One off the employees cleaned my vehicle after the body work was done and he did a awesome job delivering my truck! I gave him a tip and drove out of there happy as could be.

Easy location to find. Plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly, and easy to reach by telephone. They gave us a good price, which was handled by the other peoples insurance company. When we got our car back, you couldnt even tell that the vehicle was backed into. The damage was fixed, and the colors matched perfectly.

Found myself in a bit of a situation last month when a careless driver hit me at a red light. Thankfully I was ok. Nicole is super nice on the phone, and I understand the problem isnt her fault. I havent had my car for 2 months now. Between the insurance company and repairs that are still popping up when Im supposed to have my car already, its getting extremely frustrating. I need my car to get to work and back.

TAKE BEFORE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. When my husband went to pick up my vehicle, he noticed damage on the interior door (Caliber Collision had repaired the exterior). When he brought it to their attention, the young man in the lot drove it back to the shop. He came back with the shop supervisor, Mike I believe, who stated - the damage was already there when you brought it, someone had been tinkering with that door beforehand - which was just not true. He lied right to my husbands face. My husband disagreed but what could we do? Luckily the insurance company had the before pictures that were sent to them by CALIBER COLLISION and the insurance agent helped to rectify the situation. A few days after picking the vehicle up, Caliber Collisions office called, apologized (as they said they had just learned what had happened), and said they would order the trim piece to replace what they had damaged. I wanted to write the review to let you all know that SOME of the staff is lacking integrity and its a good idea to take pictures of EVERYTHING they might touch in doing your repair.The actual repair job was wonderful, the color matched the car and the repairs looked 100%. I would consider the work we took it in for to be 5-star. However, I wouldnt consider this an overall 5-star experience.

Had a small encounter with a garbage can. Lovely shop staff reviewed right sideview mirror. Super fella said he would check with another colleague in the shop who reassured me not to worry. They checked that the operation of mirror was fine and said a bit of buffing would make cap of side view mirror almost as good as new!!! No charge, big smile and an invitation to visit again. I brought my car to Caliber for repairs earlier this summer. Within a timely fashion all repairs were completed and the car looked like it just rolled out of the showroom when it was done. Chip, the manager, was a pleasure to work with and addressed all of my concerns. He has great interpersonal skills and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the body shop process. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to have body work done quickly and smoothly.

Very rude. The girl estimator just sits on her phone, lazy and wouldn’t write an estimate because “she didn’t feel like it” I heard her loudly say. As she sits and just takes pictures of herself. She actually told me to go somewhere else and get it done. That’s the type of business you run? Giving business else where? No problem, will do. Next time I’ll take pictures and send to coperate. They removed me review before but I’ll continue to post until this is fixed.

Went for an estimate in my vehicle. Mike was very rude and refused because I was going through insurance. He said he would not give an estimate. Take your business elsewhere, they are much more helpful and have a better attitude toward paying customers.

If you are black please don’t take your car here especially if you’re a black women. I 8 white peoples cars who they have done and their car was excellent. I brought my 2011 Benz and the job was terrible they over sprayed my headlights. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy

We just picked up our 2006 Lincoln from Caliber in Lehigh. The car looks amazing and new!The staff was personable, professional and exceeded our expectations. My meticulous retired husband who worked in the auto industry for over 30 years stated the workmanship was excellent!We will return to this Lehigh Caliber!

Recently went to Caliber Collision to get an estimate. Kathleen W. looked at some minor damage to the read bumper. She said give me a few minutesand returned approximately 5 minutes later. The paint on the bumper was cleaned up. Also gave me advice on my auto lease. Well appreciated and hopeful will not be charged as Kathleen suggested. You cant beat that great customer service!! Horrible! They barely put the truck back together messed up the internals on one of the doors. Nothing lines up and caused more damage to the front steering had to goto their sister shop in fort Myers and still displeased with the quality of both shops! Stay away!

One of the worst places I have ever been to for a car repair. NO communication from staff and they tried to take 2 days to fix a problem that should have taken 15 minutes. Will gladly drive further to the Bonita location for MUCH better service.

They were friendly and fast. They made all of the rental accommodations for me. I came in with 2 small kids and they offered to help take the car seats out and even watched my kids while I took care of the rental. I couldnt be happier with them.

Overall my experience with Caliber Collision in Lehigh Acres was good. Chip was open and honest about all the ins and outs of what was happening.

My car needs some substantial body repair done that was caused by an accident. My insurance company wants an estimate for the work. I contacted Caliber Collision, and we did set up a tentative date for the estimate to be done. I asked for an email confirmation, and was promised to receive that shortly before the appointment.Well, the appointment would have been today, but I never received a confirmation for it!I certainly will not have them work on my car, if they are not organized enough to confirm any appointment!This is simply a disgusting business attitude!

Very disappointed in Calibers. We took our 2013 Nissan in for work after an accident and we didnt get the work we were promised. They did body work but didnt fix the pulling and knocking sound. Since it wasnt corrected we are now stuck fighting them to do the work they were paid to do.. Manager Chip lied and employee Matt were dishonest and unprofessional. Not a good company its bad business.

The shop did not do a proper repair. When I told them they installed a bent condenser the employee told me They come like that so that the air hits it better working at a parts store I have never seen a bent condenser but he continued to insist that they come bent. I took my concerns to the GM which did nothing to resolve the issue. Im also missing a bracket and along with bolts. The key was covered in grease when it was returned which is very unprofessional in the mechanic world. Bottom line is that these people do not car about your car and want to only want to receive money from the insurance company. Dishonest and unethical!

Our insurance(statefarm) had us booked with them,and even though we had to drive from Montura it was well worth it when we got there they had already set up the rental car and was there waiting for us, everytime we called for info it was well given to us we dropped it off late Wednesday and it ready within days. To job itself came out good,My husband was glad to get his truck back.

The staff there are great at keeping in touch. I was in an accident about 2 months ago. I have been going through hard time, lossing my job right after the accident and they have been working with me to hold my car until o get the deductible together (damn IRS). They are understanding.
