Hit a deer on the way to work about two weeks ago today. Called my insurance same day (the general) and was referred to service king by my girlfriends mother. Boy Im glad I came here. Next day they grabbed the car. Totaled about 4000 in damage. And today I picked up my ride ready to rip. They even pulled a few extra strings for me on a mirror issue I had. I included 2 pics from before and 1 from today picking it up. All around Im satisfied with the work and my car looks as if i never hit a thing. I would most certainly do business here again as I also got prompt text message updates of where they were at on my car. I recommend these guys if your looking for a quick job done right with kind words and a fight for you attitude.- ps thank you tons MATT if your reading this. I appreciate you man.
I have used Service King twice for automotive repairs following a car accident. Each time they exceeded my expectations. The staff is professional and kept me well-informed. The quality of the work was exceptional and the car was always ready in a timely fashion. I highly recommend.

10/10 from start to finish.Anyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. The job was done perfectly. On top of that, they went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was my car very clean inside and out(from them cleaning it, it was a mess on drop off) but it looks brand new again and you wouldnt know it was ever hit. I highly recommend these guys.

Repairs were done very quickly and I was able to get my car back in the same day I dropped it off. The repairs were wonderful and the whole process was professionally handled. Staff were very personable and kind.One thing that you may need to watch out for is how long it takes them to process your payment. It took them about 6 weeks to process mine. Make sure youre prepared for that as it was a shock to me.
Absolutely amazing work and customer service!! My car was ready 3-4 days before anticipated date. Calls and texts for frequent updating. I won’t take our vehicles anywhere else now!!!

Repaired our car much quicker than we expected. Our car had less than 7,000 miles before the accident. Made it look like new again. Very nice and professional staff. We would definitely recommend Service King!

In late December I was parked at my bank and when I came out I found that someone had run their vehicle into the passenger side door and left the scene. The car is only a year old and in great condition. I made a police report and contacted my insurance company regarding the damage to the door. I was apprehensive as to who I was going to choose to repair the damage. Nationwide told me that I could choose where ever I wanted to repair the damage. They recommended I choose Service King Collision in Lehigh Acres. I Took my car to Service King Collision. The personnel that I delt with there were friendly and made me feel comfortable with the choice. My chief concerns were that the repair would return this car to a new look again. The repair was excellent. There is no trace of damage and the color match was perfect. Great shop to do business with. At all times during my interaction with their staff I felt that they wanted me to be completely satisfied on completion of the repair.
The service may be good. But a personally had a TERRIBLE experience with the branch of Lehigh Acres. The general manager was so rude at the first contact when i was just trying to hep him to get the VIN number of my vehicle. I would definitely not take my car to this place again.
Bad experience at this service king especially with the general manager Kevin smith but the director of operations promises to make it all better.
My daughter car was involved in a front crash I took it and with all this pandemic going on Service King went above and beyond by being courteous and having the car before the estimated day. The quality of the work was amazing the car looks so nice. Thankful

If I could give this place 0 stars I would; the entire service was distasteful. Went in to get my car repaired after a minor fender bender. They called me 5 days later telling me that my car was a total loss and to come remove my items from it. I disputed this with a Geico representative which was confused at me wanting to take my car back and made it seem like I had no choice in the matter. When I went back to pick up my vehicle the entire atmosphere was sour. Upon retrieval I noticed they detached certain things from under the hood of my car; which was unnecessary for being that I came in for a fender bender.
Rude Receptionist/Inept Service PersonnelWhether on the phone or at the desk, the receptionist is too busy for anything but her nails.The service personnel looked at my approved insurance claim and told me that the insurance would not cover the damage. In writing, he told me that they (Service King) would not be authorized to do a repair that was already approved. When I showed him where it was covered, he says he didnt see it the first time.I want a company that sees everything including things I dont see... basic customer service. I definitely dont want a company that has to be reminded of an entire side of a car repair.Steer clear, my friends.Customer service is that extra 10% above expectation that provides customer retention.
WORST experience ever!!! Dropped vehicle off first week of January 2019. Received frequent text “updating” status of repair. Even given a completion date ofJanuary 31,2019 at 5:00 pm. Received call January 29, 2019 stating car wouldn’t be ready 29th would need ANOTHER month. Repair had NOT even begun. Received another call TWO weeks later requesting permission to send car to TAMPA as worker “had fallen off frame machine. Car sent to Tampa. After TWO more weeks passed I called Nicole at Lehigh shop for phone # & address of TAMPA shop. Talked to Sergio & was informed repair had STILL NOT begun. Got Insurance Company officials involved and issue was settled in less then a week. A whopping TWO and a half months later. EXTREMELY frustrating experience we hope NEVER happens to anyone else.
