Had to call to get a tow tonight through my insurance, we were sent Junior to tow our car. Professional, polite, early and so understanding. So nice on the phone when the insurance sent him to the wrong place. I would choose them 100% of the time. Junior was a great guy!

Great company ! Local owned and family service . They do great work . My car was wrecked and had to be towed while I was taken to the hospital. The driver was nice and very helpful. His name was Dave . He was trying to keep me calm while I was trying to get my stuff out of my passenger seat before I headed to the hospital . They did an amazing job fixing my car . I highly recommend them .

Well I took my truck there for repairs after an accident because a friend recommended.To make the story short When I went to pick the truck, it was a mess, the check engine light was on, the high bean did not worked and did not show on the dash board, the lights was not properly align, the bumper was not replaced or even aligned and I can go on and on and I have the truck here at home to prove it?I usually do not make any reviews but I felt I needed to do it in this case because my really bad experience and since it is the the only body shop in the area?

I dont understand how this body shop has great reviews. My car was in an accident, the front bumper was gone, the front headlight and my grill was gone too. I took it here to get it repaired. Horrible decision! None of the parts put on my car are authentic, there are gaps by my door and fender. The bumper is still hanging even after I paid another $400 to get a new headlight, which was claimed to have been the problem causing the bumper to hang based on the companys professional assumption. I regret doing business with this company..They scratched all the parts being put on while they put them on too. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the quality of their work they the owner had the the audacity to say, I can take it apart and put it how you had it and then you wont have to pay. I am a very patient and understanding person however, I expected quality work, this business has been around for a while and you would expect the quality of work to be efficient. Do not throw away $3,000 of you money like I did here, go to auto collision up the block even if they will cost $1000 more. I am screwed with my fianced car now. I cant even trade it in because its not worth the retail price with these parts put on my vechical and the poor service it received from this company. I didnt even recieve any recipes and the lady at the front desk had told me it wasnt an appropriate time to tell her she was charging me $12 more then the price j was expected to pay. I wish good for all but it may be time for this company to hang up their hat. I even met the guy that worked on my car he couldnt have shown he cared less then he did when I was asking questions and showing concern. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IT WILL BE A TOTAL LOSS

Never done any buisness with them and after my experience with one of there drivers id push my car home before I gave them any money. I stopped on my rd to take a quick pic and this driver began honking his horn while ideas getting in my truck, then began taking pictures of my car while he was driving and chasing me down.

Brought my 93 trans am with a mangled driver side door.Gave them an iffy beat up different color door and they fixed all the giant dents on the frame near the door and made that iffy door into a professional matching door that looked better than my old one before it was mangled!Great bodywork. Will come here again for all future bodywork.

I brought my car here after I was rear ended. After they had my car for entire month it still wasnt fixed properly. They cut my parking break cable. Broke among other things as well. Worst part is they never test drove my car afterwards because if they did they would have known it was fish tailing after hitting minor groves in the road ALSO 1 minute after picking up my car the exhaust fell off!!!! . I called and spoke with Sherry who didnt seem to care about any of my concerns . Any real mechanical shops guarantee their work. And would offer you to bring your car back to look at it again. After I called the insurance company & explained the situation, they said things werent adding up and eventually called me to bring the car back to them!! I was hesitate, who wants to bring your car back to a place where they were rude?!? They tried to say the tires were bad upfront which is the reason of the fish tailing (eyeroll) . I had to bring it to a real body shop who figured out all the issues. Turns out my car was a totaled out. The entire suspension was a lost. Please do your research before bringing your car to be fixed here !! This was just my experience

I was told that the tow truck would be there in 45 minutes or less. After about an hour of waiting I called and was told that the driver was on the way. Shortly after that the driver called and said that he had another car to pick up and would be there in about 20 minutes, he asked was this ok but at this point I had no choice. When the drive got there he was very pleasant but then took me to the wrong firestone location because it was closer and told his company and my insurance company that I requested to be taken to this location. Because of me being taken to the wrong location, I was not eligible for the discount that my insurance company told me that I would receive. If you use this company please ask questions because Im sure if they lied about this then I would hate to deal with them in a more costly situation.

Jerk left me and my sick daughter on the side of the road after collecting 50$ to change a tire from my rsa, that he wouldnt even attempt to change cause he said it needed air, there was a gas station right near! I am new in town, broke and he knew I had noone to come help me and would be walking seven miles home crying with a coughing feverish kid and dog! He was a fat pig and had the nerve to ask me to pull over off the road a bit before I left for when the cops called him to impound it! The cops came, and offered to take me to get air in the tire! Never never use this company! No heart, Im not a welfare case just down on my luck till I start my 30$ an hour job next week, and will never use them,and will tell everyone I know about them! I hope karma visits him!

The service was awful and I felt threaten by the manner in which the LARGE MAN was talking to me. Let without me signing the paperwork and put the car on the side of the road instead in the driveway. Tried to talk to a manager or supervisor and calls where blocked. I normally dont rate a company by was so devastated that I have too. Use any one them.
