Be careful when you do business here. Very Shady. My original lock was taken off and replaced with some thing they put in and didnt bother telling me. I had to pay by having their lock drilled out and a new one put in.

I just moved all my items out of my 2 spaces and tyronda was no nice and sweet I love this place am moving away very easy going place.

I would recommend finding another business to store your stuff. I rented out a 10 x 20 and twice they raised my rates. They raised it to $110 above what they currently rented for. They said it was risk due to the demand in the area. However, if you call around, you will find that you can find the same space freely available at 50% the rate they will price gouge you too after you rent the space. I never had this issue with uHaul or Public Storage. Trust me, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, they will PRICE GOUGE YOU!!!

Recently moved down to Florida from up north, and had absolutely no idea what my family and I were going to do with all our storage, but we found life storage and all our problems were solved. Debbie introduced herself to us and got everything set up quick and easy, and all at a great price! Super satisfied with all the customer service.

She helped me uncover my needs to find the perfect space for me and now I finally have a space thanks to her not to mention it is the cheapest storage in Lehigh acres I definitely recommend this place !

She was able to answer all my questions about the security of the property, payment options, size of the storage, and even assist me with my uncertainty of not knowing how large of storage I should use. Let me start with this place is clean and customer service rep on the phone was so nice. When we got to the storage place Mark shower us 2 different sizes so we can be sure we get the size we need. He was so polite and professional. He gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions we had. I would highly recommend this place! Top notch

Safe, secure, affordable place to store “stuff “. They were formerly known as Uncle Bob’s. The new owners offer move in specials often with a truck rental and/or a free month of rent. It’s a chain so transferring storage units is simple from area to area. You’re able to book a unit online; however I have found that calling the actual location is better and the information is not lost in translation. They have 24 hour security with staff on premises. You can pay online for convenience. My only complaint is the hours of operation. I don’t work regular hours and prefer access anytime. They do not want people in and out all hours. Makes sense yet in reality it limits time for the consumer experience. I have to plan and schedule time specifically to get to the unit. This is truly an inconvenience for my storage purpose. I’m stuck with this for now. Oh, you’re asked to carry insurance,not a bad idea considering theft from storage units even with security. It does make a person think about the cost, convenience, and overall service.

I just moved from Fort Myers to Lehigh Acres. Had my stuff in the Soloman blvd location and moved it to this location until the closing on my house was complete. Spoke to Debbie regarding my situation and she worked with me. Never had any complaints about Life Storage, highly recommend. Better rates than other storage places in area. Life Storage also offers very affordable moving vehicle rentals and merchandise like boxes and locks.This particular branch in Lehigh Acres seems to be perhaps the largest and yet the best run facility in Lee County and all of southwestern Florida. I would highly recommend doing business with this particular branch if at all possible.The branch manager Angela is very pleasant and personable in her approach, very complete and thorough in the information she provides, very competent and efficient in the service she delivers, and very helpful in any way possible. She is also a very beautiful young woman. Many of the customers rave about her and request her!

The people that work here were very nice and helpful. They made sure I got the right size storage for the items I have on top of that they gave me a free truck rental and 25 miles for free. If I ever need storage space again life storage in Lehigh acres FL is where I will be .

Guy driving their company vehicle almost hit us tonight turning from Lee Blvd onto Leeland heights! Thank goodness my husband reacted quickly or we would have been killed! Then the jerk had the nerve to beep at us like we did something wrong. He took the turn in the inside lane and couldn’t keep the truck in the lane!
