This is the best storage place in Lee County so far the cheapest the cleanest the most affordable convenient storage unit I I have found and I do a lot of comparing prices and I m very observant and this place is very very nice air conditioning units available as well which is very convenient

I contacted Storage Rentals of America last week for information. Then again today to do the rental. I dont have the ladys name on me right now. But she talked me thru the application online. Took all of my information and payment. She explained how things worked and what kind of lock I needed. Since I needed the unit ASAP. I asked if I could purchase a lock from them. Yeah...I could. We hung up and a few minutes later I received a call from Michael. Made arrangements to meet with him to finish up the paperwork, only to find that the computer lease was messed up. He fixed it very quickly. And by the time I got there had the seal off and the lock on. All I had to do was pay for it. I signed the copy of the corrected lease. Michael handed me the keys and information I needed to access my unit. Showed me where it was. And had me on my way in about 15 minutes. I had told him that I needed to leave for work at 1. He had me out of there at 12:45. Excellent customer service, all the way around. From start to finish. Thank you all!!!

Picked up items that were here and it was climate controlled so the cool air made it nice to come into after loading the van. It was hot outside. Very clean inside and the staff was very helpful!!!!!

This storage place is the worst they do not explain anything at all and dont even stick to their word .. plus its full of roches and as well looks like they have people living in this place ewww and their office is always closed and no one working..

Beware!!! Bait and Switch!! They ate now raising g my rent for the 2nd time in a year. $50.00 per month more since I first rented the unit. Got a 30 day notice of a rent increase for the first of April on March 9th, but if i want to vacate i must give them 30 days si i will have to pay a month at the increased rate. Cannot get the property manager on the phone. It rings straight to Corporate, who informs me that I must speak with the property manager to discuss my predicament.

Not only was she knowledgeable her professionalism and friendliness is a prime example of of someone who truly cares for the customer. Also, this is the cleanest storage facility Ive ever visited. I have been looking for some long term storage units and after reading some of the reviews Ive noticed a pattern of this company only responding to the good reviews which to me looks like you could care less about your renters unless theyre patting you on the back! Thats a very bad business plan to employ. Im just saying this in hopes of helping you change how you perceive your clients in the future.My search continues

Very professional & friendly. When we arrived with our trailer on a Sunday morning to park in our assigned space. It was taken by a large other vehicle. Naturally closed Sundays only recording. Finally after 20 min I was able to find a # & reach someone to actually tell. She was helpful in finding an empty space in their lot not taken that we needed for one month. As we had paid for 1. 1/2 mo. We live 5 hours away and did not plan on returning for weeks. Good service thank u

Nice storage facility. Average price, security gate, security cameras, plenty of space for unloading, clean site, and lots of storage units, with many sizes to choose from.

I had a little trouble with the online reservation, but it was quickly and easily addressed with a phone call. At the storage facility, Amanda was genuinely friendly and very helpful.

This facility was in very poor condition when I moved in many years ago. Today is much different. I noticed a big change starting approximately 3-4 months. The junk laying around was horrible. Cars rusting away many with flat tires Boats of junk trailers with flat tires and people parking in wrong areas. Many times I have been blocked from my unit. I don’t know who is managing this place now but you need to give them a performer monetary bonus Thanks for listening.

I moved out and they were still trying to charge me rent for two months. They were sending me emails, calling me, and even so much as sent me a letter with a past-due notice. I contacted the office many times and I was told that if I had moved out then I should sign the paper that they were going to email me I agreed with the manager at the office to sign the papers. When I open my email the paper that they sent me to sign still stated that I owed them two months. I then called them back and told them the same thing I had already moved out which then they told me that I hadnt signed the paper. I told him I wasnt going to sign a paper with a balance of 2 months rent owed.

So I pulled up to the office today at 1:58pm on the dot to pay a bill and the young lady that was there seen me get out of my car, acknowledged me walking towards the door and decided to shut the blinds and lock the door so that I couldn’t enter. I knocked several times and she did not open the door. I have to say I’ve never in my life experience such disrespect. I mean to be looking right at me walking towards the door and to lock the office right in my face. There need to be some kind of action taking with this young lady.

The new manager of the facility seems to really try to make a difference! Its a much more pleasing appearance of the property, clean and she is always around and very friendly! The U-Hauls were a mess before creating an obstacle course to get into the storage facility. Please keep it going that way...:-)

Prompt and nice customer service, we rented a 26 U-haul.

The staff was very friendly and the storage room was clean and convenient to get to. In the storage office they had many moving materials and are also a uhaul station. They have a few choices for truck sizes and are ultimately a one stop shop for moving necessities.

This is an awesome place! The facility is clean and very secure. I have sent many friend there and they all say how great it is. I will always store my things there.

They could be alot better! There prices went up since new owners took over Unfortunatly their customer service is lacking. They need to figure out whats going on with the front gate when you put in your code and wants to deny you access to your unit. A unit that is paid $250 a month for? And youre going to deny access no I dont think so. My only other complaint is maybe fixing some things around there like the restroom that you have available for customers to use. I would appreciate not getting locked in there again because you have a shity door and door knob. I had to beat on door and scream to be heard then finally someone open the other door that was in the bathroom that led him to the main office but it was locked from the other side so I couldnt get in there. All in all Im really not impressed with this company on I probably would never use them again I would go to a different facility. I do like the location thats why it was chosen but I look at more than just the location. Hopefully I wont be needing their services for much longer

Ever since they have took over the service has gotten worse.They went from 24 hr gate access to closing at 10 pm which the 24 hr access was one of the reasons I chose to go with them. Also they are constantly raising prices on us and their cheap prices was another reason we went with them before Elite Stor took over and ruined them. As soon as I get a shed big enough to fit everything I am gone. I also use to be able to pay online but they did away with that too. The whole experience is junk.

I guess place to store your stuff sorges as low as $40 they will try to work with you but they dont like to be told a story and theyre neat and clean and the staff are awesome

Long term or for a short while, I would recommend Elite to anyone. Its clean, secure and convenient. Customer service is always important to me and I have always received great customer service.

I have had a locker there for about 3 years. I was quite happy with the service when Rob owned the facility. It was easy to pay my bill, phone calls were promptly answered and returned and the e-mailed reminders for payments actually worked efficiently (they have been sporadic ever since the ownership change). I looked forward to my monthly call to pay my bill, as the phone call was always pleasant.The inconsistent e-mail reminders have caused several late payment additional charges for me. I relied on the e-mail reminders, but no longer feel confident to do so. My track record for timely payments prior was 100%. When I discussed this with the person who I spoke with when I called in, I got the impression they had no concern for me or my request to have the late fee waived. Im sure it was thrown in the trash as soon as I hung up. There was no follow up contact, or explanation as promised. It left me with the impression of this being just another business maximizing their bottom line with the late fee. My additional expense was simply more gain for them, so why put any effort into helping out a loyal client?I agree with the other poster, as soon as the ownership changed, the prices went up. You do expect a small increase, but the increase was significant. Your pricing was better then other storage facilities making it more attractive, even though your facility is kind of remote in relation to other storage facilities. Your location, is further from Fort Myers making it a longer drive coming from the west so keeping your pricing lower then your competitors is really in your own best interest to attract more clients.I do like to be fair with my comments and also point out the positives. The facility itself is clean and well kept. I feel safe there when I am the only person in there moving my possessions. Aside from my above points the facility does the job its designed for. I feel that a little more understanding for the client would make this facility one that could be reviewed much more positively.

THEY STOLE MY THINGS FROM MY STORAGE!!!!!!!kept my things at this facility for over a year. After I closed out the storage I noticed a huge hockey bag containing clothes and jewelry was stolen from my storage. I spoke the the manager Patricia who completed seemed uninterested in resolving an issue at her facility. I asked to get copies of the video surveillance and she said they were only of the outside and could not give copies of those. She directed me to corporate. When I spoke to them they tell me the facility has to handle it. I also sent an email and they never even had the decency to respond. YOURE PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE AT THIS FACILITY...I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

After 3 years of renting I called in March to notify I would be vacating. I vacated on April 8th and was assured my autopay would be prorated and refunded... now Im getting the run around from management and corporate!

Very helpful with the moving process. You can do everything at one facility! Rent a moving truck and have a place to store my belongings.

The property managers there at storage of America one by the name of Pat (lady) that looks like Pat or that and another skinny property manager that I did not get a name for but these 2 characters have no personality or have no kind of courtesy and experience to deal with customer and need training in customer service. Customers come there to give storage of America and uhaul business and these 2 are going to run them out of business treating customers like there nothing. Did not get a greeting when we walked in or a thank you when we paid. Will not be going there again.
