I cannot say enough just yet about this location, between manager Dino & John that works front desk sometimes, this is my first time getting a storage unit, I’m glad I chose them, they were soo so helpful, & Dino held one for me & called to tell me there was a better one available!!! The staff was very helpful to us considering it was on such short notice!! We got the perfect size storage for the amount of furniture we had, it was also a very clean space. It was very organized and secure as well. The price was also *chefs kiss* excellent!!

Got a great deal on a 10x30 unit here. Rafael was very helpful and nice. They offer push carts to bring your stuff to your unit. It’s very new and clean inside, and the entire place is air conditioned. Would recommend!

Their prices are better than most facilities around Lee County. This is one of the only places that have all their units inside and out of the elements. All the units are in a climate controlled environment and access is fairly easy. If you have a budget and you want high class service this is your place to go for all your storage needs.

I am always amazed at how clean the entire facility is and very happy with storing my belongings here. The facility is always secure and that makes it a great comfort knowing that security is also a top priority. Rafael is always so helpful, friendly and goes out of his way to make sure the needs are met. I cant help but to look at other storage facilities when I drive by them and see they are not close to the standards that Rafael keeps Extra Space. Most affordable storage facility in the area. Process for moving in and out is so easy. Manager, Rafael, has been so incredibly helpful to my sister who suffers from dementia My sister had been renting a unit for about one year. Very professional, courteous and kind. They go out of their way to assist in any way they can, especially the manager. My first experience with extra space storage. I must say they exceeded my expectations. Extremely nice, clean, no stinky smell, and great climate control. The staff at this location are always friendly, helpful, and professional. I had to cancel my unit due to moving out of the area, but they made the move-in and move-out process very easy. The building is very clean and its nice to have an air conditioned option, as I have seen friends belongings ruined in outdoor storage units. My monthly bill went from paying 99$ From July-November then it went to 125$ in December and now In January they want me to pay 189$. I’ve never had a late payment or anything. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place. They will rip you off!

Extra Space storage in Lehigh Acres is one of the nicer and newer storage places around. The building is conveniently located just off of Lee Blvd. The place is clean inside out. Service is great and prices are very reasonable. Glad I chose them!!

This has been a super easy process. From the online reservation, to signing the lease on the unit. Both, Rapheal the onsite manager and Bob, who was helping out, were knowledgeable and helped me in picking the right size unit, explained the lease and made sure I was comfortable and confident in the whole process. They also went above and beyond and waited for me after normal business hours due to being stuck in traffic.
