Was in HR working under Tracy the HR Director! Very toxic place to work. If I were you or anyone thinking about working here I wouldnt accept the position with the company. The owner Becky is a whole other issue! Dont waste your time because they will not value you. I left the company do that and how toxic it was.. the upper management is the issue and HR!.

I would give a zero star if I could!!! WORST COMPANY EVER! they sent me 2 oversized wrong products (seat cushions) spoked with several different people and, yes, THEY MADE ME PAY FOR RETURN!!!!! I ended paying almost 200.00 to return parts they messed up... Not to mention a bought all my parts to renovate my truck with then, almost $8.000. One would think they would at least try to accommodate a client... customer service was rude and so no willing to help! Very disappointed, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

My company has spent over $8,000.00 in parts for a project build from these guys.We have had doors that dont fit, fenders that dont dimensionally come close to manufactured specs, or other custom add-on that they have on clue on how they mount or fit. I took pictures of the problem and it took over 3 weeks to get a reply which they still had no answer for.Can not get any type of customer service. All they want to do is sell you parts without any idea of what they sell. They always blame the their supplier, but will not do anything to have the supplier contact you or pass on suggestions.The owner and other representatives of LMC get on TV and brag how great there service to the customer is. WOW !!!!Our next build will be supplied by someone that knows their product and has a knowledgeable customer service.

Pay for two day shipping only to get it four days later... Customer service is horrible and they dont care at all. Update: They refunded my money for two day shipping so I added two stars. Once they change the website as promised to address shipping, not processing but shipping options for Saturday delivery I will update again.

The worst company to ever work for. All management walk around with there noses in the air all management walk around like we are beneth them. They fired me over points that I did not ocurr. The manager came up to me and said, U have a miss punch Im going to consider u tardy I think she put extra this is the same lead who been coming at me with problem everyday. Worst experience of my life. Training began on a Wednesday so I worked 10:30-7pm until Saturday. had Sunday and Monday off. Tuesday I was sick and had a fever. I was still in training so I came in or I’d get points, and had to go to the doctor, my temp was 102.2, that Wednesday I left at 2pm right after I left I went straight to my doctors office. Found out I had a flu virus dr recommended I rest two days but I couldn’t, instead I went in and had to make up time loss by working 8am-7pm Thursday and Friday I came in at 830 am and was was terminated for not finishing my test and I had a temp of 102.1 . Management and training is a joke, but I look at it as a thank you. I have a full time salaried career as a senior editor for a major publishing house. This lame job only paid 11.50 an hr with “maybe” raises. Ppl were ok but the HR supervisor is as phony and fake as plastic fruit. Don’t work there if you want to be treated fairly

Terrible experiance ordered my parts on a thursday and 2 weeks later still have not shipped sitting on their loading dock in line they say, oh but sorry for the inconvenience. something about moving the ford parts to a new location, maybe they need better leadership to plan for things so no disruption in service. Ill never order here again. Not even 1 star

I dont have a car but the bus is right at my apartment it takes one bus to work and back home. I get to work on time.
