I hesitantly decided to get my bridal bouquet from this Giants floral department and I am so glad I did!!! Bernice is absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to ensure that I got something that would fit my wedding colors and style while including any specifics that I wanted. I feel like I received top level service for a lovely budget price that fit what I needed. I highly recommend using Bernice for any floral needs you may have!!

My number one super market is and forever will be Giant of Levittown! From Floral, Produce, Deli, Sushi, Seafood, Meat, Dairy, Pharmacy, Baker, or Grocery they have it all. From six am to midnight seven days a week youll be able to find your desires and whims. Best of all with a moral boosting group of employees that far surpass other locations of the same name why go anywhere else?

It has everything you could need plus its cheaper than NY. I would recommend this shopping place.

Hands down my favorite grocery store in the area. Good selection. average to good prices. Its usually always clean. That stupid robot needs to go but it really doesnt impede the experience.

No registers open, everything was self checkout. I used to shop here later at night years ago and I stopped because of that and then I forgot about it I started to come back recently and they had cashiers and theyre back to having no registers open later at night and everyone has to do self checkout. Grocery stores thrive during the pandemic so it cannot be that they cannot afford people to work at night. I tried to scan my items and I was buying a dozen of something so every time I would scan four or five the machine made it that a worker had to come and say that that was okay, it would not just allow me to continue scanning my items, so with the seven? other self checkout lines needing that one workers attention you have to stand there and wait. I had grabbed a small shopping cart for this trip so there was nowhere to put my items back into the cart as we scanned so as my boyfriend is taking the items and putting them in a bag and holding it as the machine is telling me to wait, put the item back in the bag, take the item out of the bag, it was ridiculous and one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. This is the ONLY one star review I have ever given out of hundreds that I can recall. The only reason I can think that there are not workers for the night is that theyre struggling to hire. Well Im sure theres plenty of people working the day shift maybe you could throw a couple on it night. Im sure theres people in management that only work during the day that maybe they could do a couple night shifts. I come from food service I come from customer service this was and is unacceptable. Do better Giant, though I will not be a customer there to see it. In fields of necessity, such as grocery, you dont only lose a customer you give one to your competitor. Also if I had to guess this was probably around 10:30 at night which I do not see as the dead of night where you might not have cashiers on. And judging by the other people in self-checkout, I am correct in that. This was the day after the 4th of July when everyones refrigerators are full of food and you were still that busy at that time of night. Again do better.

I was looking for a new place so today I went to this giant for the first time, I did self checkout and I must admit I am not computer smart. The machine got stuck and I called the guy in charge and boy not only did he gimme a look but was really rude. Then I went to pay and the machine said chip malfunction call manager so I looked at him and of course he gave me the rolling of the eyes and treated me as if am dumb, my point is, I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN, and neither will anyone I know

Well stocked even through the pandemic there is beef. Chicken. Vegetables. All the necesaties.

Shelves typically stocked well, even on a Sunday evening. Digital coupons loaded regularly each week on my Giant card. I’ve used Giant Direct plenty of times which is their best feature and saves a bunch of time. Giant gas station located just next door. Each week, groceries then gas. PLENTY of alcoholic choices too.

Lots of products arent in stock and sometimes the stuff I buy on sale doesnt go on the receipt so I dont get the sale.

Just needed to use the ATM. Boy do citizens bank charge alot 3.50 for just 60.00 cash I needed. I guess chase is not popular in PA

Usually a great experience but not today. I went in this morning and wanted to pick uo some cheese at the deli. I get there when the deli opened. There is one person in front of me. The lady at the deli proceeds to tell me that it will take a long time to get to my order because she is the only one there. Ok, I could understand if it was slammed and had a lot of orders. There was one person ahead of me. She was all but telling me not to place an order. After that, I walked away. As Im walking away, I could hear her complaining about me wanting an order to the customer. Very unprofessional and will be calling corporate.

This is absolutely the worst Giant in the area. They absolutely never ever have the sale items that are in there flier. And they dont care. If you go to customer service it is an absolute ghost town.....no one to find, no help. Nobody that works there cares about the market.I have just visited this so called supermarket. Again they did not have a single thing in their flier available, and the employeesdontgive an F (hate to say it.) I will never visit this supposed supermarket anymore. They will respond and say they are sorry but it means absolutely nothing! PROPAGANDA

Out of white onions it seems thay run out of stock on some items

I wanted to go see how the store looked. When I went in I saw that a lot of the shelves were empty. I also saw some rust on few of the shelves and I took a picture of that for example. Next I actually found a few pieces of produce that should be refrigerated on a dry good Shelf. That is pictured below as well as all the empty shelves that I had to walk by. Not to mention that this location also have mold in the mens restroom at one point. My advice go to Redners

Extremely shady! They have sales with tons of fine print! Please read carefully or you will be in for a big surprise at the register. The cashier already expects to explain the fine print, because no one reads the fine print. Why should I have to jump through hoops to save 50 cents, but at giant food stores you have to do be a lawyer to take advantage of their sales. The cashiers are super nasty because they work for such a corrupt organization! Avoid this food store if you can.

Ive been shopping here for years. The prices are pretty good and the sales are even better. The time I go there they always have what I want and need I really like going through the self check out too

Good fresh produce and lunch meat, prices are a little high, but they are everywhere.

Whoever is in charge of the salad section and the section with the sour cream needs to get a new job. The salads are old/nasty lately and every other time i buy sour cream its moldy when i open it a month before its supposed to even expire. Same with the cheese section and sometimes the milk. Meat has been looking great though

They’re alright sometimes whenever I go to get seafood and ask the people are rude but other than that it’s pretty nice going in for the drinks every once and awhile. Everything is pretty easy to find too, and there’s even a robot that rolls around that you’ll think about punching but you won’t.

The meat department here makes some great bacon cheddar burgers... I cant think of anything else that sets this store apart from any other grocery store. They do have an OGP program, but I havent used it.

This store is dirty! They need to do some deep cleaning! sweep under shelves, move all floor stacks in produce section and get that dust and tissues up! Clean off the self-checkout screens! Disgusting!

Giants grocery store is great great food great people great prices prices could always be lower and be greater but it is what it is the only thing I had to say about Giants is the shopping carts when you put your hands on the handle your finger gets stuck in where the cups holders are and it hurts like a son of a gun so be careful with them shopping carts have a merry merry Christmas happy Hanukkah and Happy Kwanzaa and any other when I dont know of be safe God bless and where youre mask

Giant definitely handled the covid crisis as best they could. Under normal circumstances they are a great place to shop. You have to know your prices, but most of their sale prices are great. Bakery items are the best! Always fresh fruits and veggies. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. They are only human and do have bad days sometimes.

This is my usual grocery store. Clean, well organized and for the most part, have what I need. Sometimes they are out of stock, but nowadays, that seems likely everywhere.

With covid going on theres a new employee at the beer register. Who insists on touching my ID i tell please dont touch my id all the others scan it..

The self check out is annoying. Constantly stopping to say put things in the bagging area. They were already in the bagging area. Girl behind the service desk had very dirty finger nails and a mask below her nose. Took her 5 minutes to get her phone to multiply 12x12 even though I told her 2x that 12x12 was 144.

Nice visit. We couldnt find what we wanted in the display case. Asked a worker, he knew what we wanted and that they had some in the freezer. Promptly went back and found what we needed.Were having it for dinner tonight....

Giant Food stores throughout Pennsylvania are fairly good. With comparatively lower prices on healthful food products & generally a more varied selection than other mainstream grocery stores vincluding olive oil, frozen/canned vegetables, organic & specialty products such as nutritional yeast & meat substitutes.

Do you enjoy crowded grocery stores filled with people in a rush to get nowhere... How about the saddest excuse for a robot youve ever seen? if you said yes to any or every one of these questions then this is your premier grocery shopping destination.

Service was great. But not handicapp friendly they lock an entrance at night no signs posted. Parked left the walker in the car. And hobbled to the entrance to find it locked. Got back in the car parked by the other entrance to limp my way to the locked entrance to purchase items at that securwd area. Manager was rude at the srart when i complained. Then straightened his act when i told him he was unprofessional.

Disaster of an order. Used the wrong name. Called the wrong number with updates. Out of half the stuff I ordered, pickup was an entire hour and a half late past the time it should have been ready..sat in the cold waiting the entire time.The saving grace was the woman who was running the groceries out. She told me she ran the whole thing so im assuming she was a supervisor or something... Managed to take me down from wanting to tell them where to stick the whole order, to being calm, surprisingly quickly.. and she remained polite and professional throughout the entire (ill admit, not so nice on my part, exchange) Thats some really good customer service and de escalation...Impressive. The one and only reason this wasnt a 1 star was because of her.That being said, ill still probably never use their pickup again. Store manager needs to get it together.

Convenient and there were so many sales. Very friendly cashiers as well. Self checkout has very patient attendants as well.

As a person who is handicaped, I appreciate how they hold my Walker behind the service desk as I use the go-kart to do my shopping. All employees are kind and gracious. I am thankful for them helping me put my bags in my car. The employees are all very helpful and pleasant.

This Giant is pretty good. It is a larger more roomy Giant...it had what I needed so its a good Giant.

They never get the lunch-meat sliced right. Very thin sometimes is thick and sometimes its so thin you can even pull it apart. I also have bought ground beef and the next day it smelled like I pulled it out of sewage

Its not as good as the Giant on Street Road in Bensalem PA. They dont even have sliced apples. Their bagels are small and more expensive. I could go on but I wont. Very disappointing.

Giant is always clean and the staff are very friendly. It’s expensive, but it’s close to home, so I continue to shop there.

Out of sheer need I had to stop at this Giant on my way home from work later in the evening. The WORST in the area! Messy shelves, Invasive robot, rotten produce and rude customers. Staff however, have always been pleasant. There are much better Giant locations and grocery stores in general. They should be ashamed at the appearance of their store. That ridiculous rolling phallic symbol with eyes, which monitors spills named Marty is awful and according to an employee, cost $21,000 each. He is a GIANT fail.

Since we moved to Bristol this has been our food store. Decent prices and pretty much always have everything were looking for. The associates are friendly and polite.

A bit pricey but otherwise nice. Their new robot thing creeps me out though.

I must say the gas station is kept immaculate. Since its opening, it has always been clean, well lit, the signage is clear & not confusing, the trash cans are never overflowing, the washer fluid to clean your windshields is always full & clean & there are always paper towels to check your oil. I think thats phenomenal! Also, the prices are similar to the other gas stations in the neighborhood- not outrageously higher, maybe just by $.01 - $.02, fluctuating daily like the other stations in the area, worth it for a clean, well stocked, well lit, safe environment to get gas! By far, the cleanest gas station in the area!I like that purchasing groceries can earn you a discount on fuel. However, on more than one occasion, 2 to be exact, I left the supermarket where I was told I had $.20 - $.30 off fuel & went directly to fill my tank, only to be told I had no points. I showed the attendant my receipt from not more than 15 minutes ago & their reply not my problem.Going directly back to Cust Service inside Giant, I was accused of using the points, although when they pulled up my card, they said no one used it...just like I said. I asked how to get my points back & was told once theyre gone, theres nothing to do. Wow! Thats a lot of money I spend to accumulate points to have a computer glitch make them disappear in a few minutes. If this happens again, I will be looking for another supermarket- even if it is further away. I should be awarded for my continued patronage, not accused of being a liar.

Store brand maple honey Turkey lunch meat is better than any brand Ive ever had. They got 4 star because the salad bar is $6.99 instead of $6.49 like the other Giants in the area. Also its not as organized or fresh (salad bar). Service is good and the deli staff are quick and polite.

I would like to thank the Staff an Management for their hard work this past weekend with the crisis that our nation and neighborhood is facing. Their hard work and dedication is obvious by our ability to get what we need and the patience of the staff is amazing. THANK YOU !
