I decided to drive to what I thought would be a warehouse or even place of business and arrived at a house. The phone number doesnt work and when knocking on any public access door, theres no response. For being a place that advertises the sale of objects they arent very open to customers.

Have bought few things from them over all ok, gave three stars because if you need repairs they r always weeks out before they can come, and when they cant make it for a appointment they set up they dont always call to let you know ahead .A full washer w wet clothes and the door wont unlock on washer stops mid cycle, a wk before someone can come look isnt pleasant. somethings are not worth buying second hand .third time something has gone wrong w unit and is the second unit because first unit didnt work properly, company doesnt have enough staff to keep up .

I purchased a part from them they assured me it would fit my model, it did not fit. The refused to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
