Unprofessional,lack of customer service.They lost the order that I drove 2 hours one way with my confermation number in hand.I was there a hour and a half trying to get someone to tell me if they Had founded or if it needed to be reordered. For them to only look at me and say, well, were looking into it. So when I finally left. I told them just reorder it. I speak with them today. And theyre telling me somebody else picked up our order. They wont be able to bring it in. That it would take up to 12 to 14 days to reorder it. When I asked if we could have it from a different store. She said. They tried calling my phone, but the voicemail was not set up. Thats Is also a lie.... I asked to speak with the manager. A specific manager. Well, I think shes gone for the day. Let me put you on hold. She put me on hold for 35 minutes. No one came back on the line. I cant believe how Home depot has turned out so poorly from a year ago...

A really good store but really a 4.5 star store. But seeing how we dont have that choice,Ill go 5 since theyve saved my butt quite a few times by having what I needed. Really decent selection of low to higher priced items,so that if its something that you might only need once or twice,your not forced to buy the higher quality item. The reverse is also true. Overall,I really like the store.

Really bad and unprofessional service. Received a call that our shower was in & “ready at the door” for us. Upon arrival, the online order line was stuck due to the online order check out clerk picking out flooring with a couple. Not checking out an online order…picking out flooring…Our order then had to be retrieved, only to be given the wrong order, followed by having to move our vehicle multiple times, and lastly having the second associate drop the pallet off and bid us adieu assuming he was not going to be loading this up with us. Ultimately we did get help loading the shower/pieces…but the process took an HOUR…they already have our money, picking up an order should NOT take an HOUR.

Water heater hose started leaking. It was easy to find 3/4 steel braided replacement. Spent approx $14. BTW FYI I tried Flex Seal paste & it didnt work as a temporary fix. Leak was pin hole size. I coated entire hose but no luck, just made a mess of my manicure. Under different circumstances, ( heaters barely accessible location, holding the flashlight with my teeth, 2am ) it may have performed better.

No matter how far in advance or how much money is paid, this store has messed up delivery on every purchase I have made and paid for delivery. Trucks breaking down repeatedly with no backup delivery options, items ordered that are in stock but by time delivery is attempted they dont have the stock any more, the employees cant process refunds, exchanges, or cancelations without errors. I have lost more time and money going through home Depot than its been worth and yet another delivery I made, paid for, and scheduled two weeks ago is now no longer in stock. Its the absolute worst store operations ever!

The employees are always helpful, usually find every thing pretty quickly.

Love this store. They have a lot. Rebuilding a home. If you need something they got it. I use Habitat for Humanity, Opportunities Unlimited, Harbor Freight, Gateway, and yes Home Depot. Theyre all awesome here in the valley.

Surprisingly Home Depot has become our go to store for appliances. Their pricing is as good or better than Costco and Best Buy. They also include free delivery and setup. Love our latest appliance an LG refrigerator.

It would be nice if they had more options for patio furniture, or at least for ostio furniture being delivered...this year 2021 they had no watermelon plants to buy but still a great selection. Their plants are more healthy than a couple other places I have looked this year.

Called 3 times to get assistance with a 2k purchase of a washer/dryer. Transferred to the appliance department and no one answered. Called back twice and no answer at all. Unable to pick up or ship to store or home zip thats 50 miles from the store. Experienced multiple disappointments and taking my business elsewhere.

Went to your Lewiston Idaho location to possibly buy a shed. I walked up to customer service, and nobody took any initiative to acknowledge me. Standing there, and nobody wants to make eye contact, in fear that they may have to do something besides answer phones. Decided to buy a shed at a local dealer. Guess Home Depot doesnt need my money bad enough.

The store in Lewiston Idaho. Until today I have been amazed how helpful and friendly the staff are here. Grant was very rude to a lady with a small dog in her shopping cart, she needed help buying a door. One of his first comments to her was I dont dog sit., Then he informed her she needed a different cart to carry the door. Then said, no guess I could postpone my break, referring to helping her.

Andrew was great help in finding us some mini blinds..The salesman that works with the doors and windows saved us alot of money. Found a door that would fit, rather than custom build one. 5 stars to both of these guys.

Joe in the lumber department was helpful beyond words last week. My order was not ready (as promised) when I came to pick it up. Joe gave me his undivided attention to to getting the order ready. This consisted of picking out the best pieces of lumber to eventually loading my trailer with the order. His courtesy and kindness went way above my highest expectations. His superior service was uncommon.

Its hard sometimes to find an employee who will help you find what your looking for/or your 5k order you paid for online and went to pick up.

Drove to the store, just to interrupt the two associates watching videos on their phones, to have one of them tell to go to the website for parts and hand me a business card with the web address on it. Then quickly go back to their videos...Super frustrating, so I bought the part from another local business that actually cares about customer service.

Its ok. I really wish Lowes would come here. The store does not drive to get new products that arent everywhere else. Ive noticed that Home depot has really stepped up their customer help, at least in the Lewiston, Id. location. They have a large selection of merchandise in all departments and a good online presents for browsing products from home.

My favorite place to shop. They have a little bit of everything you need to fix your house or complete a project. I always end up their to get light bulbs or a new light fixture. There service plans are excellent as I have used them a few times with out problems.

You can always find it at Home Depot. Just use the app and find what you need. Either the app or the website will tell you exactly where the item is, quantity and price.

Many product displays were empty, or very poorly stocked and messy. Several items had signs to not remove the display and simply refill from overstock. Even with that the displays were empty.

Some times the workers have no idea where things are. And dont want to be very helpful. Act like your a pain if you ask for help.

The staff has no knowledge of the things there selling . And also very rude at times . I interpret a kitchen cabinets specialist playing on her phone at first she just ignored me and then was so rude I just walked away .

Love shopping there for flowers.
