I love this store! The hand sanitizers are not only the best smelling but so many options w/scents and textures from quick drying sprays to gels in various sizes . Im pretty sure my daughter is now in love with this place as well.

There is a gentleman that works at this store that is SO helpful!!! I cannot even explain how much he tried to help me do a return when I had a ton of stuff and the system would not allow me to (oops i did too many returns during the semi annual sale but i get overwhelmed and my sense of smell gets all messed up and i just start grabbing stuff then i hate it when i get home) anyway he tried really really hard to help me and went above and beyond he always remembers me and bath and body works is very lucky to have him working for them! Mariah (I think thats her name) as well!

The staff have been super patient with me as I am PICKY and if I get something home and dont like it it is going back to the store their return policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! Someone on here saying they were a retail manager calling the staff pushy. So wrong. They greet you walk in very friendly. Ask if u need help. If u say no they say ok let me know if u need help. They are always friendly and professional. Love the store and the people.

Amazing customer service but the prices were a little high Ill only go there maybe 2 to 3 times a yr with those prices. But over all it was great

As a previous retail manager I can say the staff is pushy. The manager is rude & thinks or makes you feel as though she is superior to others. I shopped at the Moscow store on a weekly basis. I would rather drive there than shop at her store.
