They’re usually pretty good but any time they’re even mildly busy it will take forever and they always forget half the stuff in my coffee, though it’s only when they’re busy.I guess they need to work on time management because this place falls apart when there’s more than 3 cars in the drive through.

Their service is okay. Seems a little bit robotic. Feel coffee prices anywhere is high. My daughter swears by drive through service. I myself have a 150 Bunn coffee maker thats awesome. However if my daughter wants to buy a 7 to 10 dollar 16 Oz coffee. Well shes buying. So I naturally dont refuse. The coffee there is ok by the way.

Went in for 2 breakfast sandwiches. There were 5 baristas about 5 customers inside but about 7 cars in drive up. They obviously cater more to the drive up and appear to have quotas timing that perf. Unfortunately walk up suffers immensely. Waited 20 minutes for my 2 sandwiches. Poor job!

Went in twice in 2 weeks. The first time the staff took my order and shoved finished drink at me. I ordered a flat white. No changes just straight off the menu. I felt like making my drink was an inconvince for staff. Week later went through another flatwhite headed home and tasted like spoiled milk.

I ordered two drinks and ask for light ice and I got a cup of ice and a sip of my drink. I complained inside Starbucks and all they did is say ok. Very poor service

Im a regular...so fast and easy to order especially via the app. Staff is always willing to help occomodate. Knocked 1 star for 2 reasons...first because, occassionally, they run out of basic things and have been inexplicably closed on normal business hours (not a lot but it has happened enough). The other reason is for a company that prides itself with inclusion, its unfortunate they have zero hot food options for keto/low carb and only 2 flavors of sugar free syrups but that is clearly a corporate thing not a local Starbucks issue.

As expected from Starbuck, standard store, limited parking, drive through is ok.

So the only thing Starbucks does right is they have very inpersonable service. They don’t ask you how your day is going or anything along those lines. Which is great. But they constantly mess up your order. Don’t hear you when you say no. And warm up your coffee cake when you said twice not too. The Starbucks experience is a trash experience

I am never disappointed with Starbucks. We visit any one of the three locations in the valley when we are in town and they all have a great staff. My daughter looks forward to stopping in for a drink any and every time we can .

Try a Venti Toffeenut White Mocha and do 3 pumps of Toffeenut and 3 pumps white mocha. Thats half the pumps of each flavoring. I dont like all the sweetness

They are very accommodating. Helpful and friendly. My hot drink was not correct and they not only remade it but gave me 4$ off my next drink. That was very nice of them, although I didnt expect them to. 😀

Great service! Im not from Lewiston, but on the day I went only the drive-thru was open...not sure if that is due to COVID or the fact that it was the day after Thanksgiving. Either way, the drive-thru line moved quickly!

8/18/2019Stopped in here in the morning on our way back to Reno.The lady at the counter was friendly and patient while we figured out what we wanted to order.Once ordered the drinks were served pretty quickly.My wife said that her drink wasnt as sweet as it is from other locations, but felt that it didnt warrant a remake.

It is good if you order the right thing in economical if you do not drink straight espresso and want mochas and other lattes it is too high price you have to know what to order to be cost-effective but very good service

The staff are always friendly. Plenty of fresh baked goods if you are hungry. Best of all is the coffee always the perfect temperature and they pay attention to the details of your order. Also, clean bathrooms and outdoor seating.

You all may be young, friendly however you may need your ears examined and have the drive Thur speaker repaired also, when we place our orders inside the outside must be aware that our modulation is sufficient for us to hear your announcement our orders are ready....its the little things that are ignored that send us elsewhere ...also we dont care how you like your brownies,

I ordered a mango dragonfruit drink and it turned out to be the wrong thing, It tasted like cough syrup to me and could tell it was a totally different drink. I was scared to go back because I didn’t want them to get mad and think I was coming back just to get a free drink since starbucks can’t take them back. I came back and they were so nice about it and even gave me a size bigger. Thank you!

Very nice relaxing place, the drinks and goodies were wonderful and the staff was patient and kind. The kids loved the samples and we really enjoyed having a break here.One thing to work in is staff appearance wild hair colors can look unprofessional.

They made me the most refreshing drink and it was exactly what I was craving and the taste was delicious!! Order the peach n mango smoothie, you will not be disappointed!

We were 3 cents short today drive thru...it didnt matter how much extra quarters, dimes, nickles weve left behind at this drive thru previously...if you r not savin our change for times we r 3 cents short...no more extra change 4 u!

Coffee is always great. The customer service is sometimes iffy, but I give them 5*s because I certainly couldnt do their job.

I usually go through the drive through and it’s great! I love good coffee, and majority of the time the girls are so friendly. BUT, this past time one of the baristas was ridiculously rude, probably to the point where if I came in and saw that she was the one who’d take my order, I’d leave.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They need more staff they are working so hard, but way understaffed. Waiting half hour for a mobile order that should have been only a couple minutes. Yesterday I went through the drive through and took a half hour. It’s insane! Get this Starbucks some help ASAP

Ive been coming to this location for 3 years or more, the past 4 months the customer service has gone way down and dont count on them being open when they say they are. I get alarm clocks not goin off or just being late but when it happens regularly it starts to become a hassle point being go somewhere else thats sad to say as I said Id been coming here for awhile.

Stopped here out of necessity after a trip to the ER. My coffee was made very well by a very personable batista but I found out EVEN THOUGH THEY ACCEPT TIPS NOW, THE BATISTAS ARE FORCED TO SHARE THEM EQUALLY AMONG EVERY EMPLOYEE. This means people who dont offer great service get just as much gratuity as people who display excellent skill and demeanor. It means people that only work a few hours get the same cut as a full time worker. And theyre not allowed to accept personal tips to ensure they get what you want to give. This is ABSURD. Just another reason I cannot stand Starbucks.

Good atmosphere, clean bathroom. Friendly baristas. Unfortunately, drinks are frequently made wrong or are rung in incorrectly, so pay very close attention before you take your drink off the counter. Be prepared to ask for reorders.

Went to Starbucks tonight, and the girl who helped us was fantastic. I ordered a java chip frappuccino and a vanilla bean frappuccino. I had to wait forever for my email to load to show a free drink, but she was very patient and helpful. Amazing service!

The Lewiston Idaho location is terrible. The female working the drive through today was SO incredibly rude to us when we got the wrong drink. She said Well I repeated it several times when you ordered. Which actually she repeated it once correctly and we still got the wrong drink. She gave us attitude and said well I replace it anyway like it was an inconvenience or something. We didnt bother. SB is expensive and I dont need such attitude with my overpriced coffee. We drove to the SB in Clarkston, WA where they made us the right drink and were incredibly nice.
