This was hands down the best service and quality of work / experience Ive ever had. They fixed multiple body parts on my Jeep. The manager Dan is personable, he prioritizes your time as well as takes pride in the quality of work, and the Collison center will go out of there way to take care of you whatever the reason is. highly recommend this place, and 100% coming back for all my work moving forward.

Amy Hustead and her team at Huffines collision are the best ever! a few weeks ago we had a fender bender in our 2008 Silverado. We went and Amy gave us an estimate and we setup to take our truck in on Monday. once her team had the truck apart, they found additional damage. Even with having to order additional parts Amy and the team were still able to finish and return our truck in the original time frame that we were told. Truck looks better than brand new. A huge thanks to Amy and the rest of her team for taking such great care of our truck.

The service was excellent and the work made my vehicle look like new. I was informed daily where the repair was in process and it was completed a day early. It does not even look like my car was ever deeply scratched down the side. I would definitely recommend and use them again. What a wonderful experience I had with Huffines Collision! My Jeep Grand Cherokee had some front-end damage that needed to be repaired. I bought it at Huffines so I figured it would be best to have it repaired there, as well. I made the right choice!! Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so friendly and professional. Josh Garza was my advisor through the process and took great care of me and my Jeep. I needed a rental car, too. Enterprise met me at the Collision Center and drove me to their location to get me set up. Josh updated me daily on the progress of my repair and not only did they have it completed on time but it was early!! When I picked it up (on a Saturday, no less!!), it couldnt have been easier. The very friendly, front office advisor took care of my paperwork and Josh got me back in my perfectly repaired, fresh out of detail, Jeep. It was spotless, inside and out. And my rental car? I simply parked it outside the center and handed over the keys. That was all that had to be done. I cant recommend Huffines enough for repair, paint and detail. It made what could have been a real nuisance anything but that. Im a customer for life.

Not giving 5 stars just because I had to call to find out status of vehicle after waiting time given for repairs. Other than that, the Service is great and the body work and paint job look great. Car doesnt even look like it was hit.

In late November of 2020 I had an accident with my truck. I was referred to Huffines Collision Center by a family member of mine that works with dealerships and was told that they are the number one Collison Center around North Texas for not only the services that they provide but also the customer service that they provide. I was not let down. I had my truck towed to Huffines and met with the Collison Center Director Dan Hufford. I told him about everything I could see that was wrong with the truck along with the temporary repair I had made. Dan Hufford was very professional and understanding the whole time, he took notes and documented everything that I had told him and about the concerns that I had. Dan Hufford kept in communication with me the whole time that they had my truck and let me know the progress while they were working on truck. The Collision center preformed body work, paint work, axle, brakes and wheel and tire services that incurred due to my wreck. The Collison center did a great job at completing this work in a timely matter. I would like to thank and highly recommend Huffines Collision Center and their Collison Service Director Dan Hufford. Dan Hufford made the experience great and would recommend dealing with Dan Hufford.Thank You.

After being in an accident in June and originally giving this location 2 stars. Dan and Sam have gone above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle is back to the condition Prior to my accident. It has been many long hours and visits to the shop to diagnose but we have finally identified the problem and are getting it rectified. This would not have happened if Dan and Sam had put in time, patience and understanding to help me. While it did take awhile it was at no fault of the service department. The issues with customer service were addressed. And my vehicle is being finished. If your in an accident and want a repair shop that is going to negotiate with the insurance to ensure you are SAFE Huffines is the way to go. Thank you again!

Josh Garza was very helpful and courteous. The repair on my car was fast and no charge. I would give Huffines and Josh a five star rating.

One star for the repair work that was done was actually fine. But I had probably a rare but awful claim with them.My car hit a large rock in highway and caused enough damage to have me file an insurance claim. Had to replace full front end, radiator etc. Car overheated when radiator failed, driving to shop for repairs right after accident. How did I know the radiator failed? The temperature on the dash spiked rapidly! I immediately pulled over, shut the car down and had it towed to the shop. Radiator fluid spewing everywhere.Everything was fixed in a timely manner 2-3 weeks. I expressed my concern that there could be engine damage from overheating. It was quickly shrugged off by a service advisor as not an issue. I again persisted to please have the engine checked. The service provider told me it would not be covered under my claim. I called my insurance and they said they would cover my engine check. (Oil and gaskets). Called service advisor. At the end of the day Quote We pulled the dipstick and checked the oil everything looked ok.Well 3-4 months down the road my car has been starting to grumble and now the check engine light is on. Turns out Ive been driving around with a bad head gasket. (Just google what overheating does to head gaskets). Its going to cost thousands to fix...I tried to give this shop money to fix my car with an insurance claim and they wouldnt even check everything I asked... Dont let this be you!

The GM reached out to me and said he wanted to make things right and he did. It has been a long time since I felt a corporation gave a rats but about me or my business. I feel Huffines really does want my business and I will start using them to service my Ram 1500. Im still not happy about owing a Dodge, but thats not their fault, I own that one. But it will be easier I hope having a good repair shop I can trust.

Came in for some front end body repair on my chevy truck, Dan was able to help me out quickly and get me out the office. They provided a Lyft to my next destination as well. A few days later and Im rollin in my truck, all looks good and rides good as of now. Definitely recommend the good work and quick service

The best experience I’ve ever had with Auto Collision repairs has been with Huffines Collison Center in Lewisville, Tx. My Challenger R/T had some serious dents and paint damage all down the side of the vehicle. I was very torn up about this, thinking it would never look right again! Dan Hufford took the time to fix this so well that my friends with experience in paint and bodywork could not tell where the car had been repaired,repainted,and restricted. I specified I wanted a really good repair for my brand new Jeep from Michael. He assured me he would stay on top of it, which was a lie because they installed a dented tailgate.! They must have got it for cheaper than a new one which I was told is what I would receive. Then they filled the dent with bondo and repainted it so it looked even worse than the first time. I refused to take it and had them repaint it for a third time. I live in Frisco, so this was a big hassle for me to wait and drive each time to see this poor of work. I now have a tailgate that is painted well, but has three coats of paint with bondo on it and the color doesnt even match! Do yourself a favor and take it to a better shop!

Upon picking up my repaired vehicle after one week in the shop (was originally told 2 weeks), I observed that not only were the dent and scratches repaired to perfection, but the entire vehicle had been detailed inside and out - it was definitely cleaner than when I left it. Also, they took the time to replace a missing part inside the vehicle that wasnt even a part of the scope of work! I was AMAZED and THRILLED. Carl Hale kept me informed, was responsive, and professional. Im extremely happy that I took my vehicle here for repairs instead of another collision repair place Id visited. We are extremely pleased with the results of our recent collision repair. We were in the process of moving several hundred miles away but decided it was best to have our vehicle repaired at Huffines. Things seemed to move slowly but we found out that there was more damage than was first identified - sort of 2 steps forward then one step backwards. As he knew that I lived in Carrollton, he suggested that Huffines Collision Center would be the best in the area. That day I drove over to Huffines Collision Center and talked to Lee (the Advisor) and he was very thorough regarding the details of what it takes to complete repairs and time schedule. He made it very easy to deal with the insurance company, plus the Huffines staff arranged to have Enterprise come and pick me up as I would not get my car back for at least two weeks while they were repairing it.I would Highly Recommend Lee (the Advisor) and entire Huffines Collision Center staff if you need any collision repair. My car was messed up from hitting a huge crate in the road. Huffines fixed my car and did a great paint job. My Rav 4 is like new.

The body work on my car was satisfactory. Having been in the business though, I was a little disappointed that therewas compound left behind in joints and the interior did not seem to be cleaned at all.

Place went from a joke to a nightmare!!!!! Now stuff is fixing to come off my truck..Picked it up Friday here it is following Wednesday. So now either take it back let them fix it? Scewed it up first time whos to say they can get right second time?Try to find another shop to double check? Well isnt that what Dodge Collision got paid for do it right first time?Well guess Im stuck double checking everything they did myself or didnt do!!!!No worth your headache find another shop!!

The absolute worst please do not take your car to this place my car has been there since September adjuster had to come out three times because they couldnt determine the damage the first two times....they lie and tell you, your car is being worked on and its not then you call and speak to management and then they tell you, they have one mechanic and are behind and even if you took your vehicle elsewhere it still wouldnt be done in time because they are behind... I dont receive weekly update calls although I was told I would receive them got a call two weeks ago saying the motor was being put back in the vehicle two weeks pass no call then I finally get a call yesterday saying guess what.... the vehicle is in line motor for the motor to be put back in. This is absolutely ridiculous you all are the worst and Huffines has definitely lost a customer I will never ever in my life deal with you all again

Ive had two vehicles repaired at Huffines. One as a result of a rear-end accident and one just doing a touchup paint on an old farm truck. Both were handled with the same great care. I especially loved the electronic messages sent to me keeping me uptodate on the repairs. Sure did keep me in the loop without having to stop and call for follow-up.

I chose this shop and my insurance paid for the repairs yet I received substandard service. YOU could POSSIBLY have a better experience than I did but I would research other shops first. Unprofessional service.Im sorry; but its the truth.

The work was excellent....but the people were even better. They kept me up to date on every step in the process with emails, texts, and phone calls when needed. My car was finished ahead of schedule.

So glad I went there before deciding to take my vehicle for repair. As most people my car is very important for me and my family. Lots depends on it so when it comes to repairing it, I want it done right so I research a few shops. I went to huffines and explained I was there to take a look at the shop and see final work and decide whether or not to take my car there. Off the bat they say that they dont show their shop around to customers and that theyve been around for 30+ years so I either trust them or not.Me - NO, I DONT TRUST YOU! because Ive never done business with you and off the bat I dont like what you say to me a potential customer. The agent got conflicted and then try to show me a few cars and walked outside the shop then made me talked to the inside guy who deals with my insurance who after I explaining what my concerns for after market parts and cutting corners are say WE HAVE TO DO WHAT THEY SAY, Wed love to earn your business. To what I responded My business?? Looks like youre already in business with the insurance agency and can care less for what I care and my car Sorry but these guys are order takers and I would caution you about taking your car there. They are at best Mass Patchers. Anyone can do good paint job, it is whats underneath that paint and the honesty with which they do it that counts

I was in a hit and run and had a claim opened for the repairs. Im having my car repaired here and havent experienced a ton of professionalism. I was referred here by the Kia dealership where I purchased my vehicle and theyve always been super helpful but when I contacted the person who handles ordering of parts at this collision center (Tom) he wasnt super friendly. I sent him the info that he requested and he never responded. When I followed up on the email he then let me know that the parts had been ordered based on my claim info.- Why would he not contact me to let me know that they can work with me, or that the parts have been ordered?Anyway, I go to drop by car off and Im sitting waiting for them to track down, call and page Tom but no one can find him. When they do track him down maybe 20 mins later he apologizes and says he was on lunch. Fine. He said it would only be a week or so unless they find additional damage. Thats fine. I ask that they keep me up to date with the process incase i need to get a rental etc (I was working that week from home since i would not have a vehicle) - so i opt in for text updates which are a total joke and they never called to give me an update so I call to get an update and they let me know that they have found additional damage, (AGAIN - WHY DID NO ON LET ME KNOW) and that they were going to supplement for some additional screws that are needed. Okay. So I let them know Thanksgiving is coming up and I need to get my car back before them so to please follow up with the insurance (this is on a Monday) and they said they would. The holidays go by and the following Monday (today) we still have no update so my father goes with the insurance checks to the Huffines Collision Center to speak with someone and see whats going on. He met Tom when he arrived and explained that he was frustrated because Tom had not been updating anyone on the process and that he had tried to contact him this morning but did not get a call back. Tom insisted that he had not missed a call but when they went to check his voicemail, confirmed that he had missed a call around 11am that morning and that again, he must have been on lunch. We tried to give him the insurance check but Tom explained that they did not handle getting the check approved there. My dad mentioned that we had taken to elsewhere for a prior repair and that the repair shop had handled that portion for us. Tom then spat well why didnt you take it there then, and what is it that you have against Huffines?! - this is where we are at in the process, I am still without a car and unsure how the repairs on my vehicle look at this point, but I just would like to express my frustration with the level of professionalism that they follow here so far.

Waste of time. Run, dont walk away. After lack of communication for days with the representative that performed my estimate, I chose to pick up my car and take it to another shop. Ironically, my bumper was already removed although I was left a message indicating work would not begin until I followed up. Kind of hard to accomplish this feat when my go-to person would not return my calls. I took my car to the new shop only to see an employee with Huffines dropping off a car in full uniform. Their own employees have no faith in their work. Go figure!

I cannot say enough wonderful great things ! Huffines repaired my car after my car was hit ! Was almost totaled but they were thankfully able to save my car and repaired it tovtip top shape !!! Professional but friendly ! I felt like part of the family ! Honest awesome guys ! Did me right on my repairs ! Looks beautiful and even detailed my Town & Country inside and out and my car was just back from a Florida beach trip when I was hit and they did an awesome job of repairs and detail !! Huffines Collision Center is amazing! My husband got his truck fixed there last year and said wonderful things so when I had the unfortunate event of having my car rear-ended it was a no-brainer! I took my car in within hours of my accident and they kept me updated every step of the way. Bill Devine was incredibly helpful start to finish and even went out of his way to help me retrieve the rest of my items even after my car was deemed a total loss. Without making a dime off of my car, they were still considerate, respectful and provided excellent customer service. Should I need help with a damaged vehicle in the future I will absolutely return to them. I highly recommend these guys, they are top-notch!

If I could give negative stars I would. Brought my 2016 Subaru STI here for an accident long story short it took 3 months for them to not fix my car right now Im dealing with an oil leak and a lot more problems with my car. If you can avoid this place please do because the problems will never stop

I had an accident and being a women I dont like having my car repaired because I think I am being taken advantage of but NOT the case at Huffines Collision in Lewisville. Carl went over everything in great detail and kept me informed with the progress on my 2016 Jeep. I had to rent a car to drive while repairs were being made and I had to pay upfront for rental so Carl suggested to ordered my parts first and then bring my car to be repaired. Again Carl saving me money and time. I was very impressed with my whole experience. I picked up my car and it looked brand new.. I am extremely pleased. I recently took my F-250 4x in for some serious damage repair. I was informed over the phone that a Mr. Perez would be my repair estimator. When I went in to the shop I was introduced to Isaac Perez, a very nice young man who promised to take care of me and said he would make sure everything was right and too my satisfaction. If I had any problems I could just ask for him.After Mr. Perez completed my estimate we went over it to make sure everything was written down. He said it would be a while, asked me to sit down and offered me a cold drink. After taking my truck back for inspection and returning he complete my estimate and told me my truck would take about three weeks (depending on parts availability) and he would have it completed.He promised to keep me updated and he did a great job in doing so. I never had to call and bug him, (even though I did a few times just because I was curious and impatient) he called me back every time he said he would and then some and kept me well informed.Less than three weeks later I received a call letting me know my vehicle was ready.Once again, we reviewed the truck and verified all the repairs had been completed.He and his entire staff did a great job!I would also like to recognize several people that were invloved in the process.Rita, the final inspection and det5ail lady knows her stuff and you can tell its a passion of hers. Not many people enjoy their work as much s she does and it shows. She went over several spots that I caught that would have been otherwise missed. This was due to the color of paint and the available lighting we had at the time. She not only took care of it she did it with pride (you could see it in her face and actions). She did not just go over the very few spots I caught, in my opinion she went over and above to make sure it was all just exactly like I wanted it. You dont find that kind of pride in this line of work and she does it all day long in a male dominate work place. Rita is one3 of the best and by far the best Ive ever seen in a woman doing this line of work. Work is not strange word to her, you can tell she really enjoys what she does!Jose, the body repair tech did an excellent job as well. I post something seperate for each of them as I beleive they both deserve their own recognition.Thanks to all of the Huffins Collision Center, Lewisville Texas for all their hard work. They are all excelletn at what they do!When I got my truck home and drove it around for a few days I found out one of my windows was not working (it was when I took it in). Mr. Perez told me not to worry, he would send someone to my hosue to take care of it.The third party glass company came by and was also very curtious. They checked everything out and found a bad wire or switch, not in the window itself. So they contacted Mr. Perez and informed him. He called me back in and said he woukld get it out as fast as possible. They called an electronics firm, one who specilaizes in tracing out faulty wiring and switiches. He said it would take about two days. A day later they had it done. Turns out a bad wire connector was the culprit.Its been several weeks now and I am still very happy with my Ford and the work they Huffins Collision did. I honestly dont think Ford could have come close to doing that good of a job.For these reasons, I will remain a longt term customer of Huffins collision Center, 360 bennett Lane, Lewisville TX.The only thing I left out is that I think they should put Mr. Perez through a Managers training program to groom him for perhaps his own shop somewhere else in the Huffines family someday!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I initially gave two stars. I worked with Cameron at the collision center. My 2015 challenger scat pack had hail damage and the follow up was horrible. Long story short, I will never bring my vehicle back unless I absolutely had to for some reason. Im giving 1 star because after 3 times, providing the place to order my trunk emblem that came off at the shop, Cameron decided not to use the information I provided and ordered the wrong emblem!!!! So, this just ads to the nightmare. Definitely using Caliber or Service King next time.

Customer Service was ok, body work was terrible. They had my car for over a month and after receiving my car back I had to take it back twice for them to fix my car CORRECTLY.

Very unethical business. I scheduled an estimate for hail damage. Was told me after waiting they were unable to tell me how much it would cost to repair without an insurance estimate. Is that not what the appointment was FOR. They guaranteed I will never use them for anything or purchase another vehicle there. I will be spreading the word to all who are looking for a vehicle or services.

They are unable to realign the hood and front bumper of newer model Dodge chargers. Three attempts at mine and did they had to others they couldnt line up either.
