We went in anticipating that the nail in our tire was outside of the tread and we’d have to replace all 4 on our all wheel drive vehicle, and the front desk worker even starting writing it up as such. However, the technicians were able to repair it free of charge. We’ve had other tire companies in town write off a tire without even trying to save it. So impressed by Discount Tire- great work ethic, impressive and honest service, and genuine kindness. Thank you!

Came in last week to inquire about replacing an aged spare tire. Spoke with Lucas about it. Was told they didn’t have one in stock. Other area locations had it. He took my number and said he’d call me back later with a date this location could get it in. Never got a call back. So I called back next day. Talked to Lucas again. Said he had my info and was still working on it. Never heard back. This location is usually good, not sure why I got the run-around on this seemingly routine request. Maybe it was too small of a job.

Stopped because I’ve had a slow leak in one tire! Although there was a wait they made sure to greet everyone to let them know they’d be with them as soon as possible. Found a screw in my tire and repaired free of charge!! And finished 20 minutes before the expected time! Highly recommend the store in Lewisville!!

Worst experence ever first they tried to rotate my tires in the parking lot, second they did a terrible job with the balance. Very disappointed with the service.

This place is my favorite tire shop. The guys are well trained as very nice.

Such friendly and helpful techs. Was greeted and pulled into the tire bay within minutes. I loved that I had the option to stay in my car or wait in the waiting area. Turns out, I had a screw in my right left tire, which they were able to fix quickly. This is within minutes of my home, so will be back for all my vehicle needs.

Service was very quick. Staff was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. I believe I dealt with Patrick. The tire prices are very reasonable. Installation charges are a bit on the high side, but considering the price of the tires, it works out. Road hazard price is fair also. Just an overall good combination of fast and accurate service, and really good personal customer service. I was in the auto service business for 30 years, and this place is doing it right, Im not a pushover when it comes to giving auto service places good ratings, but they earned it.

I purchased two tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. I showed up for my noon appointment at 12:01 and walked out at 12:13. That is incredible!!! When I pulled up I was greeted by a friendly technician who pulled my car in. I walked inside to check in where I was greeted by another awesome employee and before our conversation ended he told me my car was ready to go!!This was definitely worth the drive from Denton to Lewisville! I drive a 2003 Saturn L200. Not the prettiest car but its mine. After getting new tires at this store I noticed I was missing a hub cap. Not the biggest problem in the world just annoying because Id have to go out and spend 20-40 bucks on a new set. Called up to the store to see if they might have just forgot to put it on. Got ahold of Lucus and he told me they did not find anything but he would be willing to buy me a whole new set to make up for the missing hub cap. Awesome. 5 stars because it wasnt that big of a deal to me but he still treated it like it was and offered to fix the problem.

Always got service done here since almost 7 years about 3-4 times for all my cars. Never had any issues and got wonderful quick service and support. I dont remember other technicians who helped me in past, but this time Benjamin handled my order. They all did wonderful in providing required service. Price is also unbeatable for the tire, installation and additional warranty. I would say better than Toyota and Costco.

Came to Discount Tire in a bad mood. Dillion was the person that helped me. He is so nice, professional and helpful. He looked at my tire, that was cut on the side wall from hitting a curb, and suggested that I call the dealership to replace it. The dealership did not replace it so he suggested a tire and added a warranty on all four for a good price. He is the opposite of pushy. I wish more people were like Dillion.

We took my mothers car here for new tires. It helped to make an appointment, because they were busy, but they took my mothers car right away. They were very polite and kind to my elderly mother, and I felt she was in good hands.

Always great service at this discount tire store. This morning i dropped off my truck for a tire rotation, which they do at no charge. I walked over to IHOP and my truck was ready before I got my food. Ive been coming here for years and highly recommend it for great prices and service.

Peter helped me setup my tire purchases with old tire credits to be installed next day. Transaction was very smooth and tires were installed, next day, within 30 minutes with the assistance of the branch Manger named Lucas. All staff and personnel were prompt and courteous. Lastly, kudos to the sales reps folks who stand outside, greet customers and addresses their queries and concerns.

The service was good, the thing I was displeased with was the wait. I was only told an hour and a half wait. I said that was fine. I watched my car get worked on and out of the shop. Not once did anyone come in and tell me my car was ready not even a phone call. I sat in the waiting room not leaving since I arrived and it took someone over 45 minutes to tell me my car was ready after I saw it leave the bay. No sorry or apology. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.

Came in with a nail in my sidewall right before the start of the weekend. Dylan took care of me and realized they didn’t have the tires in stock at his location. He found a store close by that had them available and went ahead and scheduled an appointment for me and they got it done within 2 hours of noticing the nail. Discount Tire is the best place to get news tires. They have great financing deals and great warranties on the tires. Theyll fill up your tires with air for free in a station outside so you dont even have to get out of your car. Theyre also really good if you get a nail in your tire or something like that.

The new tires are great. The issue is that 3-4 days after I changed the tires I started hearing weird sound from the tires on the drivers side and found out that one of the tires has its lug nuts loose which might have caused serious damage if i didnt check them and tighten them.

Had my truck tires rotated and balanced and Lucas, the manager, took care of me as usual. They found a broken stud and fixed it with no problems. Can’t say anything bad about Lucas and his team.

Typical Discount Tire with a tire and wheel selection. They are usually able to fit you in quickly and complete work within a couple of hours. As with most Discount Tires, the lobby has a waiting area and not much else. If it is busy, be prepared to stand. This one did not have complimentary water or soft drinks at the time I went in although I was told that they might be replacing the guest mini fridge. I hope they do or they at least need to add a water fountain. Restrooms are located in the main part of the shop. I didnt see them myself but if you want to avoid what are probably unclean restrooms, there are plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Staff was courteous and quick.

Went to get a tire repair. I didnt have an appointment. They were so courteous, just like always. Worked me in and tire was repaired at no cost. They apologized for taking a while to get it done. I thought they were exceptional and I always go back to them for my tires.

AMAZING Service! You can always rely on excellent service from Discount Tires. This was my first time at the Lewisville location. Peter assisted me with my van and I got 4 new tires. Was in and out in 10-15 minutes even though I was expecting to be there 45 mins. I went home and got my sons car and brought it to Discount Tires. Once again Peter assisted me. My sons car only needed rotation but we didnt have the wheel lock. Peter took the time to explain to me very patiently what I had to do. I was able to buy a wheel lock at Toyota and returned to Discount Tires for them to install the lug nuts. Dylan quickly assisted me. He works out in the bay area. I was out of there in 5 mins. Dylan and Peter are true examples of what customer service should be. Thank you.
