My truck was involved in an accident, I had to decide which body shop I was going to take my truck to have it repaired that they will do an excellent work and I can trust. I was considering going to a different body shop, but two of my friends suggested that I take my truck to Magic Touch as they had great experience in the past.I went to check out Magic Touch and met Chuck in the office. After talking to him I found out Chuck started this business more than 30 years ago. Its family owned and operated. I decided to take my truck there to have it repaired.Now Im so glad that I did, they did an Excellent job !! All the people I met Chuck, Brodie,Roger and Gracie were very professional and courteous.I would highly recommend Magic Touch to all my family members and friends !!!

An honest business that will lay out all the options for you. I had a dent and scratch on my front fender and bumper and they were the only shop to kneel downl, touch and inspect the area and then provide me all the options available. All the other places I went for an estimate took pictures from afar and spit out a quote without even inspecting the damage.They did great work and were responsive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Magic Touch Paint and Body if you ever get into a minor fender bender.

These guys did a awesome job on the restoration job on my 07 GT Torch Red Mustang. It looks amazing and they did it far cheaper then I expected. Very impressive work..My car looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. Not like its 13 years old.I would definitely recommend these guys for restoration work as well as collusion repair.

This is a major operation loaded with pros and these guys had the challenge of matching my motorcycle paint color for a fairing Id purchased.Matte Pearl White with a clear coat is not an easy color to match but they used their Magic Touch and it turned out perfect with a factory finish.Unfortunately the fairing was broken when I had to lay the bike down to keep from getting hit but Ill definitely let them paint my new one when it comes in.I highly recommend.

Took a car in for an estimate on what we thought was a minor repair but we consistently received high quotes for the repair. Magic Touch was the last place I went for a quote and guess what ... 20 minutes later I was on my way home with what felt like a new car - no markings and the area buffed out! Roger warned me that if they replaced the panel and painted it, the car would then have to go back to the dealership for recalibration of the blind spot side mirror because the sensor is right under the panel we scratched up. Only a dealership can do the recalibration. No one else told us about this. I guess we would have spent a lot to get it repaired and then found out afterwards it still had to go back to the dealership for another $500-$600 calibration. So impressed with Magic Touch! Definitely our go to place for any future auto body work needed.

Top notch Body Work! I had a rear bumper a door ding repair from previous location and several Nicks and scratches to repair. Pearl coat paint made this difficult, on a 23 year old car.As seen in these photos, the results were perfect. Seams and Gaps were perfectly aligned, paintwork looked fabulously smooth, and all damages are completely gone.All staff members were extremely friendly, and genuinely seemed to help each other.This was only my first visit to this shop, but so far I would highly recommend them.

Alex Perez did an amazing job! He went out of his way to help me twice- I didn’t even need an appointment either times. I called him, told him what i needed, and he worked around my schedule. My door was bent on my drivers side door and every time it rained, my drivers seat would get soaked- he fixed it for free when other people wanted over 100$.Then my light went out on my car, he fixed that as well. I 100% recommend this place.All the workers were welcoming, intelligent, and they made sure I got what I needed. So 10/10.

We had our car towed to Magic Touch after a collision. We didn’t end up using their services again, because our insurance company totaled the vehicle, but it sat at the shop for a few days until processing was complete. They repaired both my doors and now the doors make a squeaking noise everytime I open and close the doors. This problem didnt exist until they repaired the doors. They didnt cover the door hinges while painting it which is causing the squeaky noise.

These guys did a terrific detailing job. They were up front and honest about what they could do and what might be a little bit iffy and they still managed to come through in a big way. Exceeded my expectations for sure. They are even honest about what they charge as the billed price was lower than my quoted price due to them not needing one of the services they thought they might. When my vehicle was initially finished, there were a few small issues with some panels not lining back up, but Brodie took the vehicle back and figured out what the issue was and made sure it was taken care of. He listened to my concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the final result. The best place to go for body work. I literally dragged my car here from the Huffines Collision Center in Lewisville after seeing the reviews on Yelp and Google. Not only was the staff knowledgeable but they were sympathetic to my $1000 deductible. I absolutely LOVE the job they did. Im very detailed and a bit OCD when it comes to cars. I brought in my 2020 BMW M5 to fix some unfortunate rock chips. Being an expensive car I did plenty of research and came across Magic Touch. The reviews were extremely high so I stopped by. They took their time explaining the process, I spoke to the estimators, the head paint person, the owner and they even took me in the back to show me their workshop. I ended up painting the hood and one of the doors. Even with additional work that I had requested their price was more than fair. They take their time and ensure that each and every customer is fully satisfied. When I came to get the car, Brody was honest and told me they had accidentally scratched one of my tinted windows which they had already replaced at no charge. I will for sure be coming here for all future auto-body needs and have already recommended to all of my coworkers. Thank you Magic Touch!

****This is possibly the TOP body shop you could take your car to in DFW area.I stopped by once to get a quote, the person that helped me not only gave me a reasonable price, but also helped me clean up my car with acetone (had some paint transferring on the bumper) which he did not have to do. In addition, I did not even end up repairing my car here. They really went above and beyond to make you feel like you are treated as a customer.In the end, they were not one of those body shop that makes you feel like you are wasting their time.If you are looking for a body shop, look no further, just take your car here and you would not regret it.

Even though the project was pretty detailed and delicate, Brodie helped me out and made sure everything was perfect. When they had questions about my preferences in the work they would call and ask. I can not brag enough on MAGIC TOUCH PAINT AND BODY SHOP!!!! I was devastated from the damage that occurred to my vehicle. I took a quick break from work and called the shop and spoke with Alex. Alex could immediately hear the devastation in my voice. He said, Do not worry, take care of your patients and well take care of it tomorrow. I took my vehicle to Magic Touch and an estimate was given for the damage. No technician was available for the repair on this particular day (which was totally fine), so Alex told me to return tomorrow with the vehicle and there would be someone available for the repair. I returned the next day, I was greeted by name and was welcomed to a nice comfy sofa and coffee. After 30 minutes of sitting and admiring the beautiful saltwater aquarium my car was ready. I walked outside with Alex and was ecstatic with the finished product. The staff at Magic Touch Paint and Body are absolutely amazing. Alex told me not to worry they would take care of it; they did exactly as promised.

Very polite and appeared to be knowledgeable. Needed a door replaced and they estimated to purchase the new door, swap hardware from old door to the new door, paint, and blend. The estimate was very accurate but considering it was a replacement and not a repair I expected to pay the estimate. They werent the most expensive estimate I received but not the least expensive. Decided to use them because of the good reviews I found.My only issue is they never called me. I had to call them to ask if the job was finished. This was not a big deal and they appeared to be busy so I can understand. When I called they offered to have it ready in about 30 minutes but it was late in the day so I decided to pick it up the next day. The other issue was the manufacturer stickers had to be replaced. Originally they told me 3 or 4 days to receive the new stickers but when I arrived they told me weeks. Still not a big deal but worth mentioning to explain 4 stars.When I picked it up they asked me to ispect the vehicle and it looked very nice. Once I arrived home I inspected really good and cant find any issues so I think the quality is excellent. They explained that they would warranty the work as long as I owned the vehicle which I think is great.I would definitely use them again and probably wont shop around if I need more work.

If I could give more stars I would. Owner Brody is a rare customer service rockstar. I had a small bumper repair. I received an estimate that was $161 over what the insurance paid me. I didnt notice this till I went to pay. Brody accepted what the insurance paid, even though he didnt have to. Communication and every aspect of my experience was top notch. Added bonus: they buffed out scratches on my doors and a guy came through while I was paying and offered sausage biscuits. You will not be disappointed with Magic Touch!

I cannot stress enough how great of a job these people performed. Alex and Chris made my whole week. I want to start this review saying I dont really trust car places, but Alex and Chris are clearly professionals who know exactly what they are doing. I am so pleased to finally find a shop I can trust when it comes to my car.I was holding too many things yesterday when I tripped and scraped the left passenger door of my car. It was a light scratch in the clear coat, but long and in a pretty noticeable place. It was definitely a preventable mistake, and I was pretty upset with myself. When I called, Alex told me not to worry or be so hard on myself. When I finally brought it in, both Alex and Chris made me feel so much better. They fixed the scratch within minutes and sent me on my way - you couldnt even tell there had been a scratch in the first place! I am DEFINITELY bringing my car back here if I ever have any issues with paint or body again (especially since I have a Mazda and they have a pretty difficult red to fix). Overall, I am so grateful for their kindness and trustworthiness. If you ever have an issue, I definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much!!

I took my brand new Tesla to Magic touch after reading great reviews about Brodie and crew. The car had got deep scratch while I was taking out of narrow parking area. All other body shops that I went, would give me outrageous options which did not make sense. As expected, Brodie did not disappoint me. He was very honest and professional and gave me all possible options. His sister Charlotte created a perfect color match and they fixed the scratch within an hour. The repair is near perfect to original color and is not visible to others. I was very satisfied with overall experience and end product. Thank you, Brodie and Charlotte!

Excellent customer service! I got off late from work and dropped my car off after they closed no problem. They even let me wait in the waiting room till my ride came until 8pm. I would recommend anyone that needs body or paint work to go check them out. I was given three option on how to fix my bumper and was not pressured into any of them. They simple explained all my option and let me choose how I wanted to fix it. I cannot thank this shop enough for what they did for me. It hard to find business that really care about their customer and this is one of them. I dont want anything to happen to my car again but if it does I know where to take it. Brody makes his personal touch the magic touch at this shop. I’ve had two vehicles in his care and was not disappointed. When I had a issue when one car was reported to be finished but needed further detailing, Brody himself went out and finished the job. He has used the ssr, their custom scratch repair on my black truck and also used paint less dent repair on my wife’s vehicle. Very pleased with this business. A+++ Brody. They will also work with the insurance companies directly for anything outside of the estimate. They also give you a warranty on the paint job. They make sure the paint job is done perfectly. They repaired the hail damage on my 2018 Nissan frontier and did an amazing job. I cant recommend them enough. My little bottom of the line, base model truck came out looking as good as it did the day I drove it home from the dealership. There were a few of the dents that I was really concerned about but they got them out. My baby looks good again!If you have any kind of body damage RUN to Magic Touch. When I brought my car to Magic Touch I had pretty low expectations. Someone had vandalized the car with scratches on nearly every body panel, and someone else had tried to buff out the scratches. Neither person named somebody was me in this scenario - I was just the angry owner who looked at his Challenger with sadness every time he saw the scratches.Upon recommendation from a good friend, I came out to Lewisville to visit Alex and the crew at Magic Touch. I had been told they were miracle workers, and I think in my case I definitely needed a miracle. Alex was able to point out where someone had tried to repair the damage and was skeptical, but still positive, that he could get rid of most of the damage.What I didnt know is that Alex likes to under-promise and over-deliver ... which means in this case he gave me back a car that I couldnt find a single scratch on, and that looked as though it was practically new again. Their scratch removal process is like painless dent removal but for scratches - and it works like an absolute charm!Not only that, but the entire team at Magic Touch is friendly, responsive, and true to their word. The car was ready on time, and on budget - not something we always see from body shops these days.
