I was so concerned about the situation of my vehicle and my budget as well... I thought the entire work would bankrupt me but thanks to lord that I found untied hail pros....These guys didnt only help me through my insurance to manage budget but also get my car back in the original state.... This place was AMAZING!!. A couple of their representatives came by and talked me through the whole process of repairing the hail damage on my vehicle step by step very professionally so I tried them out. They did everything the reps explained to me. They Met me at a rental car facility, where they got me into a rental on the date promised, which they also covered for me and that was awesome. Then we went over my vehicles damages and they took it to their shop and said they would do all the headache work with the insurance. About 2 weeks later they met back with me at the rental facility and swapped keys again. When I saw how good of a job that was done I was so happy ! You could not even tell my car has been through a hail storm. I would 100 percent go with these guys if you have any hail damage. They do all the work for you and they are very professional! I’ll surely see them again if I get stuck in another storm . Thanks guys !!!

This was a first time experience for me, and I could not be more pleased. I checked out a number of different sources for the parts I needed. There was a couple reasons leading me to purchase from them. First, how clearly the vehicle information and part numbers are listed on their website, especially important when shopping for auto parts. Second was that they ship from Canada, meaning a short delivery time without surprises or customs fees. Third was the quality of the replacement parts. Lastly, the price was fair, not the lowest around, but also not the most expensive. If my car is in needs for replacement parts, I know where I will be purchasing it.

Then Justin came to the rescue and told me they could fix my car for zero out-of-pocket. Let me just say that this was the best repair job I’ve ever seen.

Scam business. Im a hard-working parent of few kids. These guys did me dirty. They convince me to let them look at my truck. I let them diagnosis it. When he told me the problem I told him I did not have money for that at the time. They ripped my engine apart and left the pieces lying all over my truck and charged me 400 to get it out of their shop. Really bad business.

Let me first mention two amazing people here, DEAN and KAY, you two made the process a breeze for us. Our car was hail damaged badly fortunately we found this company and got our car fixed in a very smooth way. Customer service is amazing. All my questions were answered all my doubts were cleared infact there was a slight thing left to fix in my car which was unnoticeable otherwise but they came back gave it a whole day and fixed it.

I recently conducted business with United hail pros for recent body/hail damage. After over a month of waiting, my car was back in my hands in good condition. I must say, it wasn’t the best/most professional experience. The front desk associate stated that they only have one number to get in contact with anyone. With that being said, it was like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to answer or follow up with me AND the insurance adjuster alike. On top of that, this process took a lot longer than expected- in part if not entirely, due to the lack of professionalism and organization in their communication process. If you don’t mind not being able to speak to anyone when things are urgent and/or the process taking at least double the time they quote you- then this is the place to go. For me, I’d not recommend this place as they failed to keep my trust throughout this process. They were very communicative and nice up front, but once they get your vehicle in at their location that all took a 180.

Worst experience ever! Got my oil change here and absolutely the worst place to go to, they recommend me the most expensive oil change when I didnt even need it and they started yelling at us because we didnt want to change the filter.

Its been almost 5 months since Ive seen my truck they were supposed to repair the dents and the hood and on top and on the body and I still havent seen the truck or any pictures of it. I also have to call them every week to find out what the update is nobody calls me text me or anything else Danielles theyre really not that professional cant talk to anybody whos in charge either

I would not recommend this place. I was given and estimates which were supposed to be 50% off, but were a higher price than any other brake shop around the area. I was not impressed!

I went twice for two different works but both times I was disappointed. The first time I went to fix a sound coming from the right rear wheel, the head of the workshop took a drive and asked to change routers of both rear wheels which I did spending $550 but the sound is still coming. The second time I went when I felt sounds and vibrations coming from the engine while turning, they asked for a diagnostic test for which I agreed after checking hey said the car is ok nothing wrong with it, and charged the diagnostic fee. On the same day, my car stopped on the highway being the Transmission system completely broke down.

We took in a vehicle to get a dent out and fix the paint. When we got it back, there was a dent in the tailgate and now, it doesnt even come down. There are so many issues with this. The truck that we didnt have till we got it back from this place.
