I stopped by on a Saturday because it was close to work. I was only expecting a quote for damage to my bumper. I was asked if I could spare about 20 minutes. ERIC had my bumper fixed in that 20 minutes. The cost was more than reasonable ;) and way less than expected. I am grateful and fully satisfied with not only the work that ERIC did but also the customer service and of course the free pizza!!!! This place is amazing and I am planning on using them for all of my automotive needs. You have earned a long term customer. When my car was in collision, I didnt know which body shop to take it to. The insurance company was telling me to take it to their preferred shop but Kral Bros was recommended to me by a friend who told me about them. Jeremy worked with me and gave me several different options with aftermarket vs. Original parts. They even shuttled me with and Uber and helped me arrange a rental car. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. In the end, my car looks really good and I love how they even sanitized and disinfected my car with this active antimicrobial spray when they were done. Definitely will recommend this shop. Last April of this year a hail storm happened and caused massive damage on our 2017 Ford Escape. In the aftermath, finding a reliable hail repair shop was so challenging and risky I should say. Fortunately a friend referred me to Kral Bros. Garage in Lewisville and there I dropped by to inquire and instantly decided to let them do the task. Great professionalism and utmost honesty/ transparency with the deal were my initial impressions. We dont have rental car insurance coverage during repair duration but even if I did not ask.. they offered a brand new 2021 car for free with unlimited mileage. The repair was very amazing as the car came out dent free and smooth as new which really attested their quality/excellent workmanship. I was also impressed how they value customers by constantly giving updates and keeping the promised time to get the job done and surprisingly with free deductible.For various car repair and needs I will always recommend this place to anybody at anytime as the management and staff are very friendly and capable . Garage today on the recommendation of a friend, after someone chipped the paint on my passenger side door when they were getting out of the car next to mine. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there! Its a family-owned business, and they pretty much treat you like family. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They turned around the paint touch-up really quickly and did an exceptional job. And their rates are super affordable. I also learned that if you bring a car in for hail damage, it wont cause your insurance premiums to go up, because carriers dont charge extra due to acts of God. So, if youve got any dents, dings, or scratches, definitely head to Kral Bros. Highly recommend!

Our 2012 Camry needed a detailed wash and wax. Several different options were discussed and the pricing options were competitive withthe full service car wash facilities located in Allen. We chose an option that is not offered by most car wash facilities and the extra dollars spent was well worth the outcome.

Wow, I just picked them out from the phone book at random to fix some dinks in my Miata. They were amazing, not only in quality but prices. They fixed the dinks fast without an appointment while i waited. The waiting area is impressive, great decor and coffee. Nathan is the man to see he will make you car as good as new. When I called over the phone customer service was top notch very good! Then I arrived to drop off my truck and again customer service was on point, very informative and was advised that tech was sick and they would possibly take an extra day to finish installing my grille, and black chrome accents. Which I was fine with. The rep advised would give me a call the following to let me know. Next day comes around and I have to call them to get an update around the end of day to see if my truck would be ready. He advised me would end up needing an extra day, which again I was fine with I was more upset I had to call to get that update. Next day I get a text pretty early that the vehicle is ready. I go up there to pick up my vehicle and installation itself is solid very good work, good installation but I didnt appreciate the truck had dirty water stains around where work had been done. I didnt expect them to wash the whole vehicle, but I would at least expect them to clean what they caused. I also had advised the rep if he could save the box for me so I could store the original grille since its pretty big. He didnt do that either. I just felt as an after thought once the work was actually done. Drove from far away because of all the excellent reviews, but not sure if I would use their services again.

Top notch in paintless dent repair. If you want your vehicle to look like how it did when you first drove it out of the dealership the first time you bought it, this is the place. Their attention to detail will give you the warm and fuzzies. And now they are doing custom leather and interiors too just to perfectly wrap up in a pretty little bow everything you would need in restoring you car under one roof. Saw the headliners and fiber optic work they did, and I drooled.

I was working with a friend of mine that works there to repair some body damage on our 2018 Audi SQ5 from a hit and run. Not only did they expedite everything with the insurance but one of the owners, Kent, also helped me by taking to Enterprise with his own personal truck! Upon picking it up, there was a couple things that weren’t communicated well enough from me to the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the owners assured me that they would do whatever it took to get it handled, they would have it done within 24 hours and they would also cover the extra day for the rental since insurance wasn’t going to cover it. Less than 24 hours later, they called and said the car was ready. When we arrived, the car looked better than new, Kent showed me around the shop to see some of their more unique cars in the shop since he knew I was into cars, wrote me a check on the spot for the rental and shook my hand. Lastly, for a man that seems to be doing well, he still insisted on thanking me a number of times for bringing them our business. 10000% will be going back and sending all of my friends and family there, as well! The only reason I rated them 5 stars, is because there isn’t more. The guys are absolutely incredible and believe in old school customer service!! 👍🏼 Great job, Kral Bro’s!! They did the body work on our work truck body wise they did good but the disconnect a lot of wiring and didnt put any back together then they didnt put a kick panel Said they order it and 2 months later still dont have it

Kral brothers did fix the hail damage and door dings on my new truck in a timely manner. They even got a rental car for me. But I cannot give them a 5 star review. They returned my truck full of microscratches that are on every surface of the paint and are very noticeable in direct sunlight especially because of the jet black paint my truck has. They deny having caused this property damage. I have a brand new truck and have been baby-ing it since I got it especially when it comes to the paint. Now Im left with damage that they caused and I have to come out of pocket to fix. If I would of known this was going to happen I would of definitely gone somewhere else.

After repairs were completed faster than expected, Lenny dropped my truck off and picked up the rental car at my house. After I inspected the truck, I couldn’t believe there were no traces of hail damage, or repairs. Kral Bros did an outstanding job, and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Ford Freestyle from one of the top FORD dealers in Plano for my mother. Prior to purchase the vehicle was found to have a major impact to the lift gate that would require replacement and several door dings all around the vehicle. Having been in the auto collision shop for over 40 years I decided to negotiate the sale price and have Kral Bros do the repairs. Nate and Todd were able to PDR the lift gate rather than a costly replacement, which would require painting as well as all the door dings. I get calls all the time from friends, associates and family when their vehicles get damaged. I used to refer them to Craigs Collision or Dent Empire but since those family owned shops are no longer family owned due to selling to other shops. I now refer everyone to Nate and Todd at Kral brothers. They now do all my personal cars as well.

Hail Valet did a splendid job on my Honda Civic . Provide a rental and they even fixed some stuff on the back and front of it that was not related to Hail. Most importantly the service was superb not even a single hail spot visible any where. I am highly recommended.

Im am working out of town from Tennessee. My car got hit by hail and was damaged significantly. Devin from hail valet noticed the damage and did all the foot work . Devin brought me the rental car right to the hotel and took my car for repairs. I was amazed at how fast the work was done and how amazing my car looked when it was done . My car looks like it did when I bought it . Devin was awesome, I didnt have to do anything and no deductible out of pocket . My insurance paid for everything . I am super pleased and would definatly reccomend hail valet . Thank you Devin and hail valet !!

Oh my, all I kan say is Im GLAD I googled Hail Repair on July 13th. I was undecided as to what I wanted to do. Never having to deal with this kind of situation, I was so lost. I had recently gotten an estimate from a friend from a guy he knew in Desoto TX, I walked in and felt like I was in a JUNK yard. It was not tidy and when I asked to use the rest room I was hit with You many not want to use the rest room here, its a guys rest room AHHHHH!! REALLY!! I was not offered water or anything upon arriving. #BadService.I left text the gentleman and told him I will not be koming back because I just dont know what I want to do. In reality I did, I just didnt want to do business there.Went home google Hail repair in my area.. I got Kral Brothers.. not sure how because Im in Dallas and they are in Lewisville 23 miles away from me. I kalled briefly spoke to Nate, explained what I needed and he was all to happy to explain the process. I said OK, Ill be in touch. A few days passed. I get a kall from Nate, he was eager to help in any way possible without being AGGRESSIVE ^_^. I AGREED to meet with him.I went into the shop and was very pleased at how KLEAN, & KOOL the shop was. I was offered kold water or koffee. Very Nice Krew over there. I asked to use the restroom and was shocked to see a KLEAN rest room with a shop full of men, I was like you guys rock, this is a first.. It was nice and stocked with good tissue not that 1 ply cheap tissue.Nate and his team took really good kare of me. Nate took me to Enterprise to get the rental, they took kare of all that with the insurance kompany. I was so grateful for them helping me because I had no idea of what to do. (smile),The insurance Kompany was slow and dropping the ball, I was frustrated and snapped at Nate a few times. (Oh I felt awful, too) Nate NEVER lost his kool with me, He remained kalm and PROFESSIONAL the entire time. Long story short.. hehe.. This Kompany Rocks.. I RECOMMEND Kral Bros especially if youre looking for great service with a smile, please kall on these Bros. Im so glad I had the opportunity to deal with a great group of guys.(Please excuse the Ks in all the C words, I can spell. I used it because the business name begins with a K)😉.Thank God for such a great bunch of kind PROFESSIONAL Men! #OneSatisfiedKustomer!!!

I wish I knew this body shop, this people is very professional and accurate.i took my car in with rear damage and they got it fix with in a week.. went to couple collision repairs and they told me that was going to take two to three weeks...so I really recommend this collision center...
