I specifically looked for an auto body repair shop that could fix damage on the lower half of my passenger door and fender. I drove to 5 different auto body repair shops who told me they could only replace the door but not actually do the body work to fix it. I was shocked that such a skill is so hard to find. Alex said he could fix it by hand. He did a great job. The work and paint Job was perfect. On time and on budget. Very easy to work with and even gave me a ride back to my house. I highly recommend Quality Auto Body!

100 Stars all around!!! There is so much I can say about this place. I recently had my bumper damaged on my dodge charger scat pack by the transportation company who claim they didnt cause it which they attempted to fix it with spray paint. I literally went to 8 body shops for estimates and trying to see about getting it repaired. Other body shops told me the bumper is not repairable and wont look the same and require a new bumper. All my estimates were $680 and up. I stopped by Quality Auto Body for a estimate. I started to speak to Alex and showed him the damaged. Alex gave me a quote that was reasonable and actually lower than everyone else. This guy is truly a hard worker and actually wants to earn people business. Its like I was part of the family. My car was in safe hands with him and I tell you he did an amazing job. It doesnt have to be a fancy shop to assure you that your car will be prefect. I read his reviews and knew Im in good hands. Right when I got home, I scraped under my bumper from these high Texas driveways. At least, its not noticeable and underneath because Im pretty sure it will occur again but if it gets to that point where its noticeable, you definitely will see me again Alex. The owner, Alex, was so helpful and professional during the entire process of repainting and replacing parts for my car after a fender bender. Other shops would not provide me a quote or were trying to up-charge me, but Alex was very honest about his prices and was able to get things done faster than I expected. I had damaged my fender and a little bit on my door. After emailing many places Quality Auto Body was one of the few that actually responded to me, and Alex did it first thing the next morning, leaving me voice and emails. The price I was quoted was VERY EASILY much better than all the other places. Took 5 days to get my car back and it looked good as new! I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat

Amazing family owned business, did a perfect job on my 2008 BMW 525i. Had a front bumper added on and a spoiler, the final result was professional grade work. The paint matched perfectly with the car and had a seamless finish. Had no problem with time, and helped step by step perfectly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Excellent work! I messed up drivers side door and it now looks brand new. They also did some touch up and buffing of some minor scratches in other areas at no additional charge. Quality auto body has seriously gone above and beyond to help me and accommodate my needs when I had my accident. Customer service at its best. I was very pleased to know I had options and every request was handled with care and diligence. I would definitely pick it over other shops for any type of car or issue. I truly felt that Alex, the owner, discussed with me the best options for me and not necessarily the shop. Its very rare that shops take the time to explain things thoroughly and give you all options, not just whats best for them.

I would rate higher if I could.My car was terribly messed up by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. ( not this shop) A simple alternator fix lead to me not having my car for over a week.Right before his vacation, Alex, the owner of Quality Auto Body, squeezed me in and redid the whole job for 1/3 of the price the initial shop did for me, he even made sure I knew it was working by educating me on my car. Something no mechanic has ever done.Being that I’m not from Texas with no family down here.. car repairs are terrifying. This shop was so personable, it’s like they not only leave you with a working car, but at the same time a more educated car owner.I’m truly grateful for this experience. My parents are also grateful knowing I have a dependable service option at my home away from home .

The front bumper of my 2017 brand new X5 was damaged. I found out Alex and his shop from a neighborhood friend and decided to give him a try. Dont be fooled by the average look of the store front and location. I was hesitant for a while but am glad I went in. Beauty inside. Alex was friendly and direct to the point. I left my car on Saturday and was told to expect to get it back on the following Monday. Indeed I got a call Monday morning and was told my car was ready. If I could give this Auto Body 0 zero stars I would. The only reason Im posting this review is to keep people from experiencing what I did. Alex, the owner is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL and GREEDY people I have ever met. I took my car to get its oil changed months after Alex worked on my car and the mechanic could not even open my hood because Alex hadnt aligned it properly. I not only had cosmetic issues with my car, but VERY BASIC THINGS. After I brought my car back to show the owner, he was nothing but condescending and of course wanted more money. Do not trust this company. Save yourself the trouble and take it to a person that has even a sliver of integrity.

If you want to pay a lot less money for a quality repair that is always completed when promised…go to QAB. Been driving cars for years and years, so have seen my share of accidents and body shops. For the past few years, I have been taking all my repairs to QAB, and never been disappointed, especially when it comes to those repairs that I would rather not deal with insurance. And I also don’t hesitate to take my repairs to QAB when covered by insurance. The quality of their work is as good or better than the shops the insurers will guide you to (note that these relationships are based on convenience and volume pricing for the insurer, not necessarily quality). Does QAB have the most glamorous shop on the block? Nope. But I would rather pay a lot less money for a quality repair than pay for big marketing campaigns and granite countertops in the waiting area.

The owner of this place is the best guy in the world, super friendly, professional and straight, the guy wont come with BS, he will talk to you the way how things are, no jokes. Very recommended.

Not properly prepped or masked off on two-tone paint job led to overspray and paint chipping. Where two colors of paint meet the paint chips off easily with my fingernail. Didnt use a coat of primer sealer and sprayed base coat over primer they had sanded through which shows work underneath primer. Areas that didnt get enough base coat or clear coat. Debris in the paint that cant be buffed out. I was given an estimate instead of a receipt when I asked for one. I brought my car back two days after picking it up and he refused to fix the work.
