Wow are they fast and reliable in their service! Pulled in for an oil change and they had me out of there in under 45min total. They also did a full tire rotation in like 30min! Having a work done on my BMW at Acute Auto Care reminded me of a parable in the Bible in which a woman with a bleeding problem suffered under various physicians for 12 years without getting cured until she met Jesus. I have been suffering under various auto mechanics in the DFW area who tried to fool me into doing unnecessary repairs/replacements, who quoted outrageous prices, and who charged me for a tuneup ($450) that was never done. I took my 2017 Infiniti to Acute Auto Care for an oil change and tire rotation. I also requested that they check the brakes. Very impressed with their service and timely communication. I had an Infiniti dealer recently provide me with several things that supposedly needed to be done including new rear brakes and I was assured that I didn’t need brakes at this time nor the other suggested items. Definitely will be going back for non-warranty work. Chris was great!

Best mechanics i have ever worked with. Chris and Brandon have always guided me right, and charged a very fair price. These guys never fail to take the time to explain the problem in a way you can understand, and tell you if its critical or can wait. I enjoy that they are concious of my budget. The quality of work and their knowledge is outstanding. If you havent tried them you are missing out.

So far theyre been reasonable and honest, which is probably my main concern with any mechanics shop. Theyve been very friendly as well which is a plus. If there is a downside, it would be the fact that theyre not open late during the week or on Saturday at all which I have found to be an issue for us as we both have jobs. I hate taking our vehicles anywhere else but find I have to on occasion given their normal business hours.

Trustworthy and dependable. After bad experiences with some chain places, as long as I live in this area I will be coming here for all my car maintenence needs.

My Honda Civic was up for oil change in another Auto Center but they did not continue stating my engine Timing Cover had a massive leak. They fixed the leak which wasnt anywhere near massive AND had done my oil change for a total of only $260! At Acute Auto Care, I receive information, needed repairs and maintenance at a decent cost, an explanation of work done, and I am treated with respect. Being dropped off/picked up at work is pretty sweet, too!

Chris and the gang always take care of my vehicle needs. I don’t feel like they are trying to meet a sales quota. They let me know what needs to be fixed and they get it done quickly and for a good price. My father always told me that when moving into a new town you need to find two things. These guys are super friendly, good customer service and HONEST! They will tell you if you need something, and if you dont, they wont sell you something you dont need. Absolutely zero pressure!EXAMPLE - Went in today because we are going out of town. My 2016 car has a little over 50K miles on it, so I scheduled a 50K mile checkup. But when I got there, they gave me education - said that newer vehicles no longer have a specified mileage check. There is a little code that pops up when my oil light comes on that is a reminder to check a specific thing. I had no idea!! He could have sold me a 50K checkup that I didnt need, but he didnt. Also told me my tires were wearing down--but said what I had would get me to my destination and back. Again, he could have sold me a new set of tires, but he didnt. He also gave my car a once-over to make sure it would be fine for my road trip...AT NO COST. In and out in 20-ish minutes and didnt pay a dime!Ive been coming here for at least 8 years now (back when they were called Honda Doctor). You wont find a better auto repair shop anywhere! And I wont go anywhere else with my vehicles!

A friend recommended this place. I tookMy car in for inspection but failed due to tires. I got the tires replaced the same day and they had me back in and out within 5 minutes! Chris was awesome as was the other person. Both very accommodating and helpful.

Ive been to this shop twice, once for my 2004 Accord and the other for 2006 Pathfinder which have been repaired. I explained to the owner that I never take my car in for repairs as I do all my work myself. However when it comes to diagnosing and troubleshooting MIL codes if its a sensor issue, a short or actually a different sensor, they have a great technician that can find the problem. Great place to go!

Can’t thank all of you enough at Acute Auto Care. For anyone considering using this business, I’ve been using them for approximately 10 years. I recently took my car to the dealer because it was suppose to be under warranty. I had an oil leak at 63,000 miles that wasn’t covered. The dealer cost to fix was $420...and that was at a discount because they sent me home without oil in the car and supposedly felt bad about it. I smelled a rat at the dealership. I took the car to Acute Auto Care and they looked at it....Cost...$155. Look...it’s a no brainer. Everyone just wants to be treated fairly. This place is phenomenal! I honestly try to avoid getting my car serviced at all cost, because of, well, the cost and you never really know who can trust. But let me tell you, this place is family owned and operated and you can feel it.
