Street Dreamz is the one shop that knows their stuff ! They are the first shop that never tries to up sale you on Unnecessary parts and just get the job done and right ! My husband and I have taken all of our trucks/ cars to street dreamz for years from led bulb to suspension. They never fail us .

The salesperson, Robert, was very knowledgeable and honest about what I really needed and what I could do without. He was able to speak on every transformation my car underwent as if he had worked on it himself. I was very pleased with the outcome of my New ride!

I took my F-250 in to get wheels, tires, suspension lift, audio/navigation system and headlights. I gotta say the customer service was excellent and showed the utmost respect. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and their pricing couldnt be beat. Highly recommended to anyone quality work done on their vehicle. Keep up the good work guys!

Salesperson was great explaining detailed information about my suspension lift as he also has experience installing them too!! I ended up getting a bundled package (wheels, tires, lift and audio system)as they offer discounts when purchased together. The best part was the price that I was quoted was the price I paid, definitely made me a repeat customer.

I love Street Dreamz and to be honest, this store is one of the most professional I’ve seen whether I do an online order or an in-store order they are never pushy, they know what they are talking about and they are just there to help. Pleasantly surprised. I’ll be back again.

I brought in my 2 door wrangler last week and let’s just say it had quite a few problems. Street dreamz kept it real and told me what was wrong and what needed replacing. Overall it was not pricey. Roberto is very nice and explains what’s wrong and why a certain part is needed. I was a walk-in client but I felt that they work on my jeep pretty fast even when they had a lot of trucks with appointments. I would still recommend to make a appointment. The only thing I believe Street Dreamz should improve on is greeting their clients as soon as they walk in the door. The 2 times my father and I went it was kind of awkward because no one acknowledged us (even when only one client was in the lobby) until my dad spoke to the workers, but overall they know what they’re doing when it comes to trucks and jeeps. I recommend asking for Roberto. Also, I will be recommending everyone I know to come toStreet Dreamz.

But I will keep posting it as many times as I need to.So DO NOT REMOVE IT!First of all, I think you’re getting confused because my truck is a 2010 F-150.Second of all, if you take complaints so “seriously” why haven’t you fixed the issues then? I’ve gone 3 different times to get the issues fixed and nothing. You couldn’t even balance the tires right until I wrote the review. And if you want to be a serious shop, fix my issues and don’t act like I am lying on here. And yes, you fixed the balance and you took a video and I hope that in that video you show how the traction control light flashes when you turn left or right and how when I press the brakes the steering wheel shakes like crazy or when you turn left or right something pops and sounds horrible as you’re driving.Finally, If you take complaints SERIOUSLY you should know that you need to fix ANY AND ALL problems until the customer is satisfied with your work instead of arguing with customers online. So I will wait for you to respond and get my issues fixed.

Paid $130 to get some headlight wiring fixed.. I will say that they did fix one issue I was having with the headlights beforehand, but the work was just terrible. There is exposed wire on both negative and positive battery terminals with electrical tape around them. I asked if they had resealed the headlight (there was a rubber cap on the back to keep out moisture) they said they had but when I went to look the caps weren’t there. It seems like they are just trying to get a job done but it doesn’t matter how well it’s done.. The employees don’t seem to have any pride in what they do and the management seems to just let it slide. I don’t think I will be using this shop anymore.

Horrible, just horrible .They just want your money. Kept blaming my car for them unable to their job right.And all I keep hearing is that I have 15 years of experience bla bla bla. Then step up and get dirty to do the job

The staggered Asanti wheels and custom headlights on my 750i look incredible. They did a really awesome job, keep up the good work guys.

I waited for 4hrs to have my coilovers adjusted, Not a problem) but they just took my money cause they didnt lift them as we agreed, Im sure there is better place around there.

Went there for a hard to find part. They had exactly what I needed. Ill definitely be going back to them in the future.

My husband took his Jeep to have his remote start installed but could not do a complete job on it AND they did not tell me this until AFTER they did the work. When he got the car the steering column was not put back together and they said they could not do it. They still charged $ 280 for the incomplete job.On top of this he left and realized the rear camera was disabled. They never told him that was necessary. Then if he wanted it put back together it would cost more money. WHAT. This is f’d up

I started working at street dreamz knowing nothing at all about cars and trucks. Rob started me off small and moved me up pretty quick. Not only is Robert a good teacher but he’s a good person. I loved working for rob he made the tough dead lines and hot days worth it. I still come back every now and then for little stuff I’m too lazy to do. I 110% recommend doing business with robert. All the negative reviews aren’t even the actual customers just a friend or relative going off of what they said. I know because I was there when certain incidents happened. Anytime something was our fault Robert made it right. There’s a difference between us making a mistake and someone being cheap.💯-BigBootyMatt

Great customer service and price. Staff was honest and did not try to up sell me, they did an awesome job on my lift and earned my repeat business.

I bought HId Kit Headlights for my Cadillac, a month after they go out, i go back to get them replaced and they made a big ass deal about my receit because i did not have it with me but they had me in the system, finally they decided to fixed it wich was a good decision to treat a customer like BUT Come two months later maybe a month in a half later and my headlights go out again. I go back to ask for a refund or store credit and they just put my factory headlights back on and told me sorry there is nothing much i can do now.Owner And Manager Robert i believe is his name did not even come out to talk to me the “customer” who just lost $120.00. I also bought expensive woofers and had them connect it and did not do a good job at all.I do not reccomend this place. Seems like they only want to work on big jobs and not simple small jobs like mine. Wich i think all customers should be treated equal.Thats my opinion about this place.

Spent a great amount of time searching for what we needed. And found it.

This shop is horrible. The employees are even worst.I went there for a wheel/tire balance and these guys completely butchered it! First, it took them about 1.5 hours for a balance job on one wheel. I am almost positive they did not have the equipment for it and were in the back prying the tire on/off the wheel (look on YouTube to see how that is done). A month after they balanced the large wheels, the numerous weights they put on flew off on the highway. This time I went back to Discount Tire where they did the job right and mentioned that not only did Street Dreamz use way too much weight to balance the wheel/tire, but they also counterbalanced the wheel and more than likely have horrible tire changing.balancing machines to do such a bad job.Not to mention, before the tire balancing visit, I called and asked for quote on an upholstery job. The guy on the phone (the normal guy up front when you walk in there) said that he knows exactly what I am talking about and has done it a few times, then said it will be $300. When I got there the price doubled. He saw me and the expensive customized car I had and tried the notorious look and price technique. Then he showed me the material he was going to use, which was supposed to be real suede. It was low quality nubuck material at best. I simply walked out and have not gone back ever since. A few other people I have meant have also complained about the lousy installs and low quality service these guys provide.This place is a complete ghetto, unprofessional shop. Take your car to Jrs Auto Custom in Irving, Moonshadow Custom in Dallas, or Branded Customs. These guys may be cheaper than all those place, but the work they do cannot hold a candle to the work the 3 above shops do.

Dont even deserve one starWalked in their asking for a four gauge amp-kit and employe said cant show you it unless you buy it!!!And whats more unprofessional is when I first walked in a blond girl came out from the back closing her shirt than the salesman came out after a minute ......!

ATTENTION My People .... Do not come here at all. They did a terrible job for me. Those who work here just want to steal your money, but they dont care about the quality of the work. Employees are very rude and disrespectful to you. Go find another place to do business.WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Their absolute lack of respect for the customer is atrocious. Spend your money elsewhere. Would give zero stars if possible. You give them your business, you will be sorry.

A month ago, I went to this place recommended by Facebook, to install 3 inches lift kit for $ 425, the first impression was good until I bought new wheels and tires to my jeep and realized that they were only 2 inches, When I was the first time the installer told me he would take the whole day to do it, but it took 2 hours and I confirmed with the owner that if they were 3 inches and he said yes ... but they really were 2 For my part, it was my fault that I did not first review the installation kit that is worth $ 75 and they charged me 350 labor for 2 hours, if they go to this place I recommend you check the kit before they put it on.
