Came in on Sunday around 1:30pm looking for a camshaft oil seal for a 96 4Runner that every other parts store had to order and would be there on Monday. The gentleman behind the counter looked at his watch, and said, Its still before 2pm so we can get it here from the warehouse in about an hour. And I picked it up about an hour later. Awesome service!

Great store but not enough counter help.

Staff is knowledgeable and so far they have been able to get special items we need very quickly.

Very happy with my experience here. I came in for a state inspection, and was greeted by a very nice staff. I was told it would be about an hour because there were a couple of vehicles ahead of me.

Fast friendly & helpful. Same day parts from warehouse if they have them. I forgot to get parts kit for parking brake shoes and he had them brought from warehouse too.

Always has the parts I need at a moments notice. I used to go to another Oh Oh Oh Oh company for my stuff but they always wanted to know if I had a 2wd or 4wd when I bought wiper blades?!?No nonsense parts people - this store is my go to.

The employees there are some of the friendliest people. I went to 4 different auto parts stores looking for a coolant temperature sensor. 3 did not have the part and one said they can order it and itll be here in a week. Napa had the part at their Dallas location. They had it shipped to the store in less than 2 hours.

Took them 2 minutes to find the correct belts for an 80s Volvo Penta inboard. Nice going to a place where the staff have mechanical knowledge!!

Parts are readily available, but pricing needs some work. Prices in the store are 10% above the website prices and we are always having to haggle prices with our shop account. It seems even as a business buying in volume, we dont even receive better rates than the website prices. In the end, this location really needs to work things out internally.. however, overall I enjoy and trust NAPA parts over many of the Oreillys or AutoZone parts.

Very helpful with the return of an item I bought online. Much better than Denton and Coppell. If I use NAPA again I will drive to Lewisville to use them.

We drove 35 miles to this location to purchased a part and was well worth it!! The two gentlemen working exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Highly recommend this location!!!

Horrid. Bought an alternator from them and was never told I needed to keep the actual paper receipt because apparently their computer system doesnt track their customers purchases, because hey its 2017 and that would be way too much to ask.when I called in to get it warrantied after about six months because alternator had already died I asked if there was a way for them to look up my purchase, melinda told me not without the paper receipt I mentioned OReilly has a way of tracking customer purchases and Melinda told me that I should go to OReillys.Horrible customer service, employee has the attitude as though she is being inconvenienced.I do not recommend this place of business at all . Pay the extra few bucks and go to OReillys

If looking for knowledge and quality parts this is your right place. When others dont have it, Napa always do and the people are great always with nice attitude.

Jeramie went out of his way to assist us with an issue we were having while we were traveling through the Dallas area. Really appreciated his help and know how, have not received better customer service at any other parts shop.

Close for parts and truck cleaning products and the customer is old school for advice and product information!
