My agent is Joseph Pataskie and I’ve been trying to contact him and the facility since June 2021. Since he signed me up I’ve had nothing but issues and had to cal other AAA facilities to assist me. I have zero clue if he even works at AAA anymore, however, not even the branch district has bothered to call me back. I need assistance immediately! This is ridiculous and if I could give -1,000 stars I most definitely would.
Did you know you can get your car renewal tag for your winshield at AAA? And they never run out of tags like Tom Thumb or Krogers and i wasnt bombarded to get a membership either. They were so nice. Will definitely go back next year too.
My first time calling for service due to a ded battery, waited for 2 hours they never showed up. Ended calling a relative to come and jump start.

I had a great experience obtaining coverage from Eileen Ledgerwood and Nathan Smith today!! The customer experience I received from this AAA was the best I have ever had! I highly recommend them to anyone looking obtain coverage they go above and beyond to explain all the benefits they provide!
They send you an email you right away after you input your info online to get a quote.Then they are impossible to reach and when you finally request another quote the person who contacted you quotes a MUCH higher quote🙄

Horribly managed! I was set up to auto-pay my monthly premium, and they charged my Visa for another customers ANNUAL premium, over $1300. Took 3 weeks to get money back and they never admitted they were at fault. Dont waste your time or hard-earned money here. Go elsewhere ! No ethics or integrity here....moving on!
Insurance company is good but agent that I have fails to inform me of any changes so the communication is not so good. Outside of that, the prices are competitive as well affordable.

Awesome!!!!! My car stalled in a not so ideal location and with Triple A’s service I was able to have it towed in less than an hour. I was even offered cold water and Joe, the driver, was very personable. Great!!!
Clear, concise answers and amazing service! Insurance is a highly complex business... for me, anyway. The rep who helped me was super patient and answered all my questions in a way that I could actually figure out whats best for me! Not only that, but she recommended options I hadnt thought of - both to save me money AND protect me. Thank you, AAA!!!!
Absolutely rude and irresponsible, as I was talking on the phone with a lady named Shantel or something, instead of trying to help out with the situation, she just burst out and hung up the phone. I have had great service until this lady, who has no manners and not willing to listen to what the situation was. Why work here if hate your job and not want to do what you are supposed to do.

Visited this place a couple of times to obtain International Drivers License. This is must come place, if you plan to travel outside US and plan to drive. Costs $20+picture. Only takes 10 min or less.

The People who work here are so dumb and stupid, they do not give you enough information. I was told that receipt the ring should be good enough to add the ring to the insurance. When my wife takes the time to go there she is informed that she has to get an appraisal. My wife got the appraisal and paid for that and goes to the AAA office second time, now these idiots tell my wife that it needs a stamp on the appraisal and it has to be from a certified gemologist, AAA b***ches were you sleeping why did not tell that earlier. PEOPLE WHO WORK in this AAA LOCATION are apparently lunatics incompetent and do not know how to do their job. Though my wife said no to AAA, i asked her to try them based on my experience, i realize it was mistake to ask her to try AAA. I am done with you AAA. I am going with GEICO or Liberty mutual at-least they do not provide half information and make their customers give hard time.
Monday morning. 11 am. I walking distance in... ONE other customer working with an agent. Three other employees... no service. I walked out... I guess they were too busy. When I told them I was leaving they told me they would give me a call. Dont bother kid...Inferior service seems normal. At least they try to upsell you insurance and credit cards while you wait....
