Where to start?? Tony and Imi were absolutely fantastic in their abilities to get my old Mercedes 560 back on the road. I have a 2008 3series which came with a whirlwind of problems and took me going from shop to shop and spending thousands to find a honest mechanic like Tony. Once i took my bimmer to Tony at European Auto Care in Lewisville, i magically had no more problems and had every leak under the hood sealed up on the first visit. Something other shops couldn’t accomplish. Next, I’m doing engine mounts and breaks. Thank Tony!!!

I walked in slightly disheartened because once again my little Jetta needed some work and i had gotten some quotes from other local shops for around 2x what I ended up paying, not to mention Tony was absolutely fantastic and even drove me the short distance home himself. Will be taking many many more repairs to them and recommending them to my friends who drive European cars.

I I paid $770 which took for the 125 fee that it was just to check my things like OReilly does they fixed it for $770 a week later my check engine light comes back on and they make me pay another $125 for diagnostic because they missed it I thought they were good but they really just money hungry thank you for letting me share because I would have not have if I would have got text on my phone

When it come to solving cars and the headaches they can be. Tony is the person to see, the staff are great and continues to keep my Audi running like the first day I got it.Expertise and quality service does not come cheap. at European you will both get both for the right price.

I had an A/C issue where my car was reading an error code A/C off due to high engine temp I was told on the phone that it was the thermostat sticking out and the valve cover gasket thing was leaking onto it so I needed to get both parts replaced to prevent THIS issue from happening again and he also recommended an A/C recharge. So I paid for all 3 services. And the manager assured me it was fixed and wouldnt happen again because I asked before I left. A few weeks later, Im having the same A/C issue so I went back. Another man looked at my car and told me it was the thermostat. I said well I thought the man who fixed my car did replace that part. But turns out he didnt. He replaced the temp sensor which I told him I had already replaced when I brought my car the first time. So, I was told that it would be another $360 to replace a part I was told was going to be replaced initially but never was. I asked well why wouldnt this be included in my warranty fix? I came to get an A/C issue fixed, I already paid THIS amount of money to fix what you said would fix it and it did not. And now you want me to pay another $360 for a part you were supposed to replace anyway. The MANAGER got rude and said well Im not arguing back and forth. Im also not paying for you to get your car fixed and Ive been doing this for 13 years and so on. He then said well you pay 180 and Ill pay 180. And told me to come back tomorrow morning because now theyre booked up. I called the next morning(Thursday) and asked for a good time to come and he said theyre line was out the door with customers and I need to come in Monday. But I decided to not give this place another dime of my money. Because I was completely ripped off and paid THIS amount of money to get an issue fixed that didnt get fixed and I was not about to get ripped off again. And I hate to make this a race thing, but I feel like they did it because I was a black woman who they thought knew little because Im from a whole nother state. And money was never the issue, it was the service I received. I have never experienced distasteful service from a MANAGER. No paying customer should ever be treated the way he treated me. And I pray that God touches his heart.

These guys are awesome. Very professional. Tony gets the cars in and out in a timely manner. From my Mercedes to the Mini Cooper, these mechanics are great. They always keep us informed and do their best to keep the prices reasonable.

For a while I had been searching for a place to service my Benz C300. I came across European auto care via Google search and dropped in for an Oil change. They are really professional and know how to get the job done right and on time, their prices are affordable too. This place offers a fair price and fast services. Tony is very helpful during my A/C recharge service, he not only lists down the issues that my A/C run into but also explains to me what is broken and what repairing priorities are. First time at European Auto Care. Tony went above and beyond. I mentioned I was hungry and wanted something to eat. He offered to drive me. He wasnt being creepy but is such a gentleman. He finished my Mercedes 10K check up at 70% less cost than what my dealer quoted. Also, they finished my car earlier than promised. I do not live close but will bring all our cars to European Auto Care.

They are honest and wont try to nickel-and-dime you.For an example: I took my car to Lord of the Rings (Audi/VW) for an oil leak and quoted me $1500. They said my car needed new gaskets and timing belt. I took my car to this place and they fixed my leak for $700. They fixed what was necessary and no more. Leak was fixed.I am glad I found this place. They are good people and fair. They know cars and the prices are better than the competition. If you bring your car here you are getting a great deal and great service. Shout out to Tony!

The team at European Auto Care did what and when they said they would do it. This was our first time to use EAC in Lewisville and I met several other patrons while in and out of their business and many had used them for years. Everyone highly rated them and the trust factor was off the charts.

I had these guys working on my cars almost ever since they opened the shop in Lewisville. My first car was Audi S4, then my VW Passat, M3 E36 and my wife’s’ BMW 328. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! I brought them my 92 Nissan Twin Turbo Z after visiting 3 other mechanic shops and this was the only place that knew how to work on this car. Now, my idle is perfect, the turbos boost correctly, and the engine has more power than ever! European Auto Care is the only place I will take my cars from now on. Period.

Had my 2013 Jaguar XF in for a front brake job and a 31K mile service. They were advised prior that the passenger side front wheel had a broken lug nut and they said that they would have to evaluate before committing to remove the broken lug nut. So after some time in the shop I got a call stating that it would be no problem. They absolutely destroyed the wheel in the process, numerous gouges and scratches. Tool oil covered the wheel, no attempt to clean at all. Greasy finger and hand prints all over the exterior paint. And now the front end shakes when the brakes are applied! I wouldnt take a 20 year old Honda to these guys let alone a $ 60k sports car. So Ill have to eat the price of a new wheel and am looking for a shop to a dress the shaking as the owner will not accept responsibility. Dont waste your time or money here.

Was in the area visiting family when I broke my Porsche Cayenne. Needed to find someone close and chose European Auto Care. Great decision on my part! Tony, Emi, Dreni (hope I got close to correct spelling) took great care of me and my Cayenne. They took time during the Christmas/New Years rush to source the best parts at the best prices, rather than piece things together just to get the job out the door. Highly recommend them and will be my first call should a need arise.

We brought our Mercedes to him for a second opinion, and he was able to find the correct issue for 1/3 of the cost from other shops. We like to do business with people who are smart and honest.

I have been here several times and somethings they have done was good. But other work has been very shabby and unprofessional. In a hurry to get your money and get out. Always get a detailed estimate in person in writing, not over the phone, before agreeing to anything.

I have had great customer service experience with my service advisor . We love to keep our vehicles maintained and these guys know how to keep a european car running like new.

I had been having trouble with my car for about a month, something was draining the power on my battery, I changed out the alternator, battery, serpentine belt, and terminals on my car and it was still turning off, it was very frustrating for me. I was very skeptical about taking my car to mechanics because I had very bad experiences in the past, a co-worker of mine recommended me to them. I have to say that I am very impressed with their service and honesty. They also worked with me on the price since I had so many bills to pay that week I came up short with the cost of fixing my car, they had my car ready sooner than they said they would. This is why I am willing to take a few minutes and recommend people to give these guys a chance. Talk to Tony, He will take good care of you.

Cheating experience. I had oil pan gasket leaking issue, said was fixed once, only to take it back in within a year, said was a different issue, spent around two grand together, now only to learn from another service center the gasket issue was never fixed or an intentional screwed up job. I do not recommend them at all. Please be careful. I just gave a 1-star rating to these guys, wish I could give a zero or a NO rating. I learned from a friend that he had similar experience with service work on his BMW

Met a loyal customer of European Auto Care. He referred me to see tony. Tony wasnt available. I spoke with his brother Emmi. He quickly addressed my issue. He made a few calls and 30 minutes later I was on my way. Presto. He and the young technician were of great help. Thanks to these guys at European Auto Care. Im very happy now. I brought in my 2002 BMW 530i. These guys are very thorough and extremely honest. They bend over backwards to do the right thing. I came in with a coolant leak and a few worn out bushings on the front control arms. I was unaware that the coolant leak was as bad as it was. Imi begged me not to leave with the coolant leak the way it was, he even offered me a ride home and I took him up on it. Everyone on the staff and ownership is great and accepting of the fact that you are on a budget; something basically every other auto shop doesnt care about. My coolant leak is fixed flawlessly after it was pressure tested.

Ive known the guys before opening their family owned shop and they are former Mercedes Benz technicians and they use to work for a Mercedes Benz dealership/service . Their philosophy is really simple in fixing your car in terms that they replace only parts that need to be replaced and theyre not trying to rip you off like the dealership does sometimes or most of the times . Theyre proving high quality repairs in timely manner and theyre extremely honest, professional and affordable . After your car is inspected they tell you what the issues are and they present you the options . I love going to European Auto Care because I feel like Im treated with respect and I know that Im in good hands.Highly recommended . Thank you !

My guys!!! Great service and experience.Every company has its ctitics and customers who no matter what you do, you will never be able to please them because their life is totally messsed up and their attitude is a reflection of their life.

So this is what it is meant when people say shade tree mechanics. I took my car in 3x and they still never got it right.1st time spent $800 only to find out the my check engine light was still on. I took it back a 2nd time this time they informed me that what they fixed the first time was not the issue and that there was something else wrong with my car quoting me about $500. I explained that I was very uncomfortable with them proceeding because now there have 2x they didnt quite know what was wrong with my car and I didnt TRUST that after I had spent $1200 (after I had taken it the first time they advised I should get spark plugs and some kind of valve replaced) I alsol told him as a single woman I felt they were taking advantage of me. Tony called me a few weeks later and said that he felt bad my car wasnt fixed and that if I agreed to bring it back for the 3rd time he would fix it FREE of charge. I agreed and took my car back a 3rd time!! I received a call from Tony stating that now there was something different wrong with my car (not the same issues as I was told the 1st and 2nd time) He then got upset with me when I pointed this out and once again told him I was confused as to why I have been told now 3x different issues with my car. He further informed me that the part was $2400 and he would NOT fix it for free. I replied that I never asked him to fix it for free he offered. I just wanted to be sure what ever was being fixed was the correct thing because I had already spent $1200. He then became irate with me and started yelling at me. He also said that he would give me the initial $800 back because money didnt mean a thing to him. I agreed that it would be acceptable knowing well that he was not going to honor that. I went to pick up my car and of course Tony was not there. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS ESPECIALLY IF TONY IS THE OWNER.

I found European Auto Care while I was searching Craigslist. I needed to find a auto shop that could do an oil change the same day. I called and spoke with Tony, and I showed up a few hours later. Tony, Dreni and the rest of the team at European Auto Care took the time to explain what needed to be done to my car, gave me a fair price on a full synthetic oil change for my BMW, and I was out in no time. They also saw that I needed two tires, and highly recommended that I get it done within 24 hrs. They recommended a place right across the street, and I got that done too. If they had not told me about my tires, there could have been a blowout on my way home. And since I live 25miles from the shop I took their advice. Thank you guys for caring enough to get me home fast and safe! I highly recommend this knowledgeable, reasonable and family owned business! Great Job, guys!!
