This is my marina. Have had our boat here for many years and have always enjoyed it. I ran into a problem with my boats engine that I couldnt figure it. I called on the marina to help me and they did. Thanks Allison for the great customer service and Steve who is a brilliant mechanic, who found and fixed my problem and even consulted with Mercruiser to diagnose the weird problem. I couldnt ask for a better crew and enjoyable place for our boat. The slips are in good repair and the neighbors all keep they stuff organized. As an example my boat was not sitting on its lift, a neighbor called me to let me know, and the very next day when I went to see what the problem was, one of the marina crew was already fixing an air leak in my lift because he noticed it. How great is that. Thank you Connie and the terrific team at Eagle Point for your great service.

Very dissatisfied with their boat rental service. Upon arrival, the boat was dirty and appeared to be much older/worn than what the pictures portrayed. But most importantly, the acceleration and cruising performance of the ski boat was disappointing. None of the gauges worked, so it was difficult to tell what speeds we were traveling at, but I can assure you far less than the factory capabilities of the boat. Expressed these concerns with the office staff that couldnt care less. I highly recommend pursuing other options.

We rented one of their party barges with a bunch of our friends. The barge was clean and the crew was very professional. Everyone had a great time.

Eagle point is an awesome marina!!! I would rather keep it a secret how great this place is but Connie and the office staff are so helpful that I had to leave a review for them.Connie kept everyone informed during this crazy freak snow storm and freezing temps we had for a week... when boats were in trouble of sinking, Connie was sending out continuous updates. The staff was walking the docks, draining pipes and checking on peoples boats as freezing temps kept dropping.The maintenance guys are friendly and professional, the facilities are great and the slip I rent is fantastic... if you’re looking for a whole bunch of great people around, both staff and boaters alike... this is the place.

Service, Safety & Quality of Facilities should concern customers considering this marina. I currently have outdoor storage with them and recently moved for work to the area. The initial impression was positive. A little on the pricier side, however it looked decent.They were quick to charge my card, but not on their promised services. Attached are current photos of the gate that was destroyed 2+ weeks ago. It looks like someone rammed the locked gate to the boat storage right next door to the office. When I arrived two weeks ago and noticed the gate was destroyed, I notified immediately the office, gas dock employees and left a message for the general manager. Fast forward two weeks later and the gate has not been fixed and no follow up call on the ETA to it being fixed. Broken glass beer bottles were found next to my boat as well as several other boats when I entered. This past weekend I went to check my boat again and the gate is still open for anyone to drive in and steal a boat. I have given the Marina several opportunities over the past couple weeks to fix the issue since it affects many customers and their expensive boats, not just me, and no efforts have been seen. Will not be renewing my contract with them. 10-15-2017 update: To management. I appreciate the response on my initial feedback. I wish it didnt take a public post to receive any sort of follow up. In the future, I think your customers would appreciate a better response time and better communication when a customer calls in for a problem like this that concerns many customers. Even though you claim you were addressing the problem behind the scenes. There was NO communication back to the customers (at least me, I left my contact information and there was nothing on your website that communicated the problem). That said, I have to disagree with your statement that the gate was closed during non-office hours. When I checked up on my boat several times over a course of a month, I came mostly during non-office hours because of my work schedule. These pictures I posted, the office was closed. Therefore the gate was NOT locked/closed during non-business hours for ANY of my visits to the facility.

The office staff makes every effort to get your questions answered or your issues resolved, with a smile on their face. Steve, in service, is great period he keeps in touch with you during the work process and has a complete knowledge of marine mechanics and electronics. Its unusual to have office and service work so well for the customer, but these folks get it done.

We have been members of the marina for several years now. We started with a power boat and then brought our sailboat and jet skis over from another marina. The slips are nice sized and priced well. Electric rates are very reasonable too. It is a great community and we love spending as much time out here as possible. The marina staff are friendly and helpful.

Truly disappointed in the service center at this marina. Staff are definitely not friendly, helpful or work in a timely manner. I will not definitely not have them work on my boat anymore.

I wanted to go fishing.And the only thing stopping me was that I needed an oil change and lube change on my outboard motor.I called and set up a time. They welcomed me and wrote it up. Did the work and were done at the promised time. And at the price that they quoted. Wow!It doesnt get much better than that.Fast, friendly and fair.Highly recommended for outboard motor maintenance.

We have been at Eagle Point Marina for over twenty years. During that time we have found the staff to be very professional, friendly and always willing to help, answer questions, offer suggestions and advice on both required and optional dock improvement We have had several bottom jobs over the years and have been very please with their work. Our sail boat is quite large with a deep keel and having a haul out slip and travel lift as part of the marina is great.

We bought a hydrahoist boat lift and dock box from EPM in 2010 and have rented a slip here since then. The marina did a great job installing the boat hoist and dock box and has kept the docks, parking lot, restrooms, etc. well maintained. The staff is always helpful and friendly. We love the location just off I-35 and we are always able to park pretty close to our dock. A few years ago when the water was too high to use any of the walkways to reach our boathouse, they installed a bunch of temporary walkways to connect our boathouse with other boathouses so we could get access to our boat. That took a tremendous amount of work, but it allowed us to use our boat for the three-months or so that the high water would have blocked our access from shore.

Had a boat here for several years - never once had a problem. Services for the boat were swift and thorough. The staff at the office is friendly and helpful, the office itself is neat and tidy and nothing ever takes long. Would definitely reccomend.

With several marinas to choose from on lake Lewisville I did a little research before deciding where to keep my boat when moving it from Oklahoma. After almost three years at Eagle Point Marina I can say I am very happy with my choice to dock my boat here. You could not ask for a more friendly and helpful staff. Prices for slip rentals are very reasonable and all the facilities are well maintained. A stones throw from Sneaky Pete’s restaurant, I have the option to stay a few days or weeks and never have to look at my truck or drive in traffic. A huge plus… I hate traffic.

Weve been super pleased with Eagle Point Marina and are long time customers. Its family owned and they are always friendly and accommodating. I see some negative reviews which I dont understand - just because the lake flooded and there were less slips available - there is nothing Eagle Point could do about that. Disregard those reviews and know you will be well taken care of at this marina.

I didnt know they had boats for rent. Had a birthday party and it was fun! Will reserve one for me next time.

Not sure what the other issues are with responsiveness, as Ive never had a problem reaching them, and their staff is always super friendly. I appreciate the services they offer, especially the gas service (they dont gouge like like other places on the lake do). They treat me like family when Im in there. Love EPM!

I have been a member of the marina for 4 years now, and I gees everyone is entitle to their opinion, I have looked at all the reviews and some are good some not so good.The ramp is a private ramp for marina members only, I pay money every month for its use, it is not a public park, if all the ramps in the lake are closed I do not want to wait 45 minutes in line to lunch my boat and then not finding a place to park. that is why members pay $$ dues$$.as I said before people are entitle to their opinion.Here is mine:The staff is very friendly and professionalTheir service is greatThey do everything they say their going to doThe marina is kept clean and in good conditionTheir prices are fairAnd the best for last, Connie is the BEST she will go above the call of duty to take care of their customersThank you.Fernando Padilla.

We rented a pontoon for a group of friends and had a blast

Cant even give them one star. Wish I could give them a negative. Weve been super loyal customers of theirs for 2 years and recently due to their greed of the flooded lake last year and being the only boat ramp available they became TERRIBLE and can not get their work orders or storage in order. Holly in accounts payable is undermining, rude and inconsiderate via phone but somewhat pleasant via email with others copied. Good luck if youre still leasing with them!

Rude and poor service

They were very helpful up until I signed a contract but they havent answered a call or returned a phone call since. Everyone on the dock says they have the same problems. They all say just give up and fix everything yourself. My boat has been damaged due to their negligence and sloppy workmanship. Fairly nice marina but I cant say much nice beyond that.

Parts staff not very helpful. Very dismissive and short. Property staff very friendly and hospitable.

So Im kinda new to needing a Slip, and Boat Storage. I contacted Eagle Point because they were close to my home in highland Village / Lake Lewisville. I spoke with Connie, and She answered all of my questions (which half of them were Noob Questions of course). She even went out of her way to go to some of the slip options that I was interested in, and TAKE PHOTOs for me, and Send them to my phone. Thats a lot of extra work, but she won me over with that. When I got there she took me to all of the options, and explained each of them to me, and helped me with making a choice. Connie went ABOVE and BEYOND for me, and these are the kind of people I like to do business with.
