Timothy is incredible. He answered right away when I called to schedule and was great with rescheduling due to rain. He arrived promptly and got to work right away. He detailed the interior and it is stunning. We have 3 kids and the inside was super messy. Our big need was to clean the carpets and eliminate a urine odor from a kid accident. The carpet smells amazing, an actual clean smell and not a cover-it-up chemical smell. Timothy clearly took his time and cleaned the carpet deeply. We will be returning customers.

Outstanding service! My car was full of dog hair from my two Goldens. My car came back looking brand new! I cannot recommend them highly enough. It was an excellent value and my car looks amazing. This is nothing like the interior cleaning you get at a car wash. This is beyond clean! I honestly feel like I’m driving a new car!

Had some mold starting to come in in the interior carpets and seats. Spoke on the phone and was very helpful with scheduling and any questions I had. Came and explained everything he was going to do. After he was done, he showed me through the process and I very happy with the results. Highly recommend for any interior cleaning.

So.. this morning I was driving home from dropping my son off at school. Just swung by the coffee shop and had my dog in the backseat. I ordered the largest 32 ounce passion fruit tea on the menu. Well.. long story short my pup knocked all 32 ounces of it right into my front seat. Ice and bright red tea all over my front seat. Aside from the obvious red stain, my car was VERY sticky. Cup holders, drivers wheel ( from me panicking and trying to grab it ) and all of my belongings that were in the car. I called 3-4 places this morning before speaking to Timothy. Timothy was the only person who could make it out to me today. He saved the day and my car. My car is looking better than ever before.. and 32 ounces of red tea is gone! Timothy was incredibly friendly and restored life to my car. Will use again and again!

We used them to get our mini van ready to sell they took about 4 hours and when done I almost couldnt recognize it. When I called the person on the phone who took my order was very nice and helpful.

EcoPal Mobile detail came in clutch when my Tahoe was soaked from open windows during the rain! I called him and he was able to arrive within and hour and spent his time carefully vacuuming and cleaning the interior of my Tahoe. I can’t say enough good things about Timothy! He was extremely professional, friendly, responded to everything very quickly, and just all around very helpful. I had a Kia Optima that my in laws gave to me that they smoked in..A LOT. Timothy came and did the ozone machine, and interior/exterior detailing on it to try to get rid of all of the smoke smell..the smell was STRONG. He did incredible. In the end, the car smelt/looked great. 100 times better than beforehand! I would completely recommend him to anyone! Don’t waste your money going somewhere else!

Had a friend spill a large coke on my passenger seat / carpet. Called up to make an appointment and get it cleaned the next day. They came out and worked with the car in the heat for hours. Car looks brand new, and the gross coke residue is totally gone! Absolutely worth it for me, did a fantastic job.

I have not used a mobile detailing company until today I called Ecopal after reading other customer comments and because they only use eco-friendly car wash products which is great.Because of the cold weather I wasnt sure if they would even be able to come out they were very helpful over the phone and offered a appointment same day.The detailer Timothy and his helper did a amazing job shampooing the interior that had some pretty bad stains in the seats from the kids.After the professional and friendly service they gave me I will definitely be saving there number in my phone for next time.

Deluxe interior detail was amazing ! We have a large yellow lab that loves going for rides with us so there was alot of dog hair throughout the car and Ecopal Mobile did a excellent job removing it. I love the fact that he walked around the car with with me had me point out any areas of concern it shows that he cares. Tim was very easy to work with and friendly.

Wow! Timothy took a car that was stained, molded, mildewed and otherwise flood damaged and made it look brand new.
