Purchased a Escalade for $2,000 down, apart from that i had to pay to get the inspection. They never registered the car in my name, kept the $1500 down payment i paid in cash. I had the car not even a month and shortly after driving it off the lot within a few hours all of the dash light warnings started popping up (abs,traction control,service suspension,etc), just before that had to spend $900 to replace the front end suspension as the right front tire was wobbling due to cracked tie-rod ends. 2 Mechanics said the car would cost more to fix what needed to be fixed than it was worth. They mentioned the car needed to be scrapped as it had so many issues. Then to top if off they had billing issues so supposedly when i was making online payments they were not receiving it from there system, there collections guy was basically calling me a liar even when i provided the receipts, it took them over two weeks to even get back with me about it, they never once apologized. I wouldnt recommend buying anything from here, its all junk.

I would recommend this car lot to everyone I know. They made my car buy easy and less stressful. I went from car lot to car lot. And this is by far the best I have been to. And I had a family emergency and they were more than happy to work with me. Thanks a lot Tex-Mex.

My vehicle was stolen and tex mex auto recovered it but then wanted to charge me a $350 repossession fee. I got the money together 4 weeks later and called them to get my truck which I need for work and they are charging me $1350 for payments missed while vehicle is in theyre possession. Most businesses are understanding and willing to work with customers during this pandemic but not tex mex. This dealership does not care for the people or the community just about the American dollar. Horrible place to purchase a vehicle.

Beware, this company places GPS units in your car and can disable the car. The problem with this is that it is against the law in Texas unless you agree to this with your signature. The problem is TexMex doesn’t mention this in there paperwork or agreement. The unit is installed on the drivers side dash. They can track your every move.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! HORRIBLE customer service! My husband found an 04 Ford F150 posted to a garage sale site from this place, originally stating payments of $200 every 2 weeks. We ended up purchasing the truck at 7pm, on a Friday. They stayed after hours for us, atleast. Turns out it was $225 every 2 weeks. Since we have had the truck, this has only been 2 months, we have found the AC does not work. There is an oil leak, a ticking sound all of the sudden from the engine, and we found a huge part of the truck was rusted underneath it. The sales woman who helped us, Jenn, said in fact we did have a warranty for the truck. When I first called to inform them of the problems, they were nice and set up an appointment for the inspection for a Saturday at 2. I was 10 mins late, and they said they didnt think I was coming, so they couldnt do it. A phone call would have been nice. My husband brought the truck to them a week after, and they again rejected us to fix it. Finally, yesterday we dropped the truck off and they only fixed the AC and are making us pay for it. When my husband and his mother came to pick it up last night, everyone, including the boss was extremely rude to them. The men surrounded my husband, and JENN got in my mother in laws face. They refused to help us or fix the truck anymore. THIS IS NOT HOW A BUSINESS IS RAN, especially in AMERICA. The workers are violent illegals, who scam the people who PAY them money. I have NEVER heard of an owner THREATENING and SURROUNDING a customer in my life. These place is SHADY, do not trust them and DO NOT give them your business as I did.

Beware, they collect all your personal information on there website and then never contact you. When you ask them about the car sales price and financing they are shady about it and tell you they will only discuss it in person and not on the phone, even though they have already collected your social security number and personal info.

Awful experience. I called in the morning to confirm about a car, which i saw in a car selling website and then I drove 20 miles to see it. The staffs did not even entertain much. They just told the car price is not listed correctly even when I saw the car with the same low price in their system in front of me. They increased the price by $3k and told that some mistakes happen in the advertisement. But they confirmed me the price in the morning. Even after that I asked for the Carfax or autochek report of the car, so that I can see the history. They refused to provide it. I have visited lots of dealer and no one ever has refused to show the car history. They were only giving me the VIN number, which I can easily get it from the advertisement. They did not even show me the car.THE WORST DEALER I HAVE VISITED IN RECENT TIME. They are very busy with their other works even when customers are inside the shop. Also they told about another car which I was not looking for, and I found by the year, millage and model that it is such a overpriced. We didnt find space to park our own car in the visitors parking, but we didnt see any other visitors in the shop. I CAN GIVE 0 STAR, OTHERWISE I WILL GO FOR THAT.

My fiance had put the $100 down to at least keep it from being sold. Found a few things wrong with it and they said they would fix it and have it all done on monday the 12th when he went on friday the 9th i believe....monday rolls around we go back to test drive it the check emission light was on. So we told them and they said they would replace all 6 spark plugs. (Hint only takes about an hour). Tuesday comes dont have it done. Wednesday didnt get a call so i go in around 6pm something. I had the down payment in my hand cause they had all my fiances paperwork all i needed to do was sign for it and test drive it again....nope i wasnt allow to. Its either all his information or all my information being DL, pay stubs etc...like why does that matter you have his pay stubs all the information you needed but i wasnt allow to sign it....i can go to a dealership and buy a brand new car and have someone else payment information and me just sign for the car. But a place like this wont do that?! Thats stupid!!

Do not put a deposit if you are not taking the car. The car may not be the same when you come back.I went to look at an infiniti truck but was shown two other cars for 3 hours before I saw the truck. The truck had some issues but I planned on buying a Honda. Everything worked, but he asked could I pick it up tomorrow so the could clean it and complete oil change. When I came back the air was not working and there was a noise coming from the car. They also had a Honda in there mechanic garage with the parts out??? Maybe if I had not heard them talk about taking parts off one car to put on another I would not have thought anything about. Needless to say they keep my deposit and cared nothing about their working agreeing the air working the prior day.

Thought this was a car dealer. Looks to me like a body shop or a garage that would buy a junk car, fix it and then resale. Very difficult to get in and out. Cars are parked everywhere. Not organized.

Worst car dealer!!! I was two payments behind in which was my fault but if you have a family this might not be a great place to look. Down payments are really low but service is horrible. Not only is there no communication between the agents that work there but the supervisor is a real a**, excuse the language but there isnt a nicer word I could find. I got a truck from there and not only did it need an oil change straight out of the lot but they gave it to me with an empty tank. I fall two payments behind and they repo the truck. I understand falling behind is my fault but they dont work with you. I called to pay my past due balance as well as the repo order and of course they ignore my calls. Finally I get a call back from an agent who says the supervisor refuses to let us become current and the only way to get the truck back would be to pay the full balance. They have no understanding that life happens. When you have a family things happen and you sometimes fall behind with bills. They will not work with me and there is zero communication. I give this place a zero on a rating from one to ten. I have never had so much trouble with getting a dealer in my life.

To all the people that are complaining about the high mileage this is not a dealership like huffines, sewell etc. they are USED CARS DEALER!! I have seen they have cars with really high and really low mileage again used cars people. I bet everyone has had a car with more than 100k miles! If not go find a car with 2k miles and see if you get approved with junk credit. I purchased a car from here without credit check and they worked with me on my down and payments, ive had no problems with it only had to do maintenance on it so far. People just dont know how to take care of their car and more than likely, more than half of you dont know what salvage rebuilt title is.P.S. Hail damage can make a car salvage.

I made an appointment to look at a civic si, and when i got there, no one was there to attend me i went inside to look for someone, but everyone was in the back, i waited 45 minutes and no one helped me out, i had the down payment license and everything, and no one came out.

I read the negative comments, I think people will always speak badly about people who know how to do their work for the simple fact that competing with someone good is terrifying. This was the case, I visited them and they treated me excellently, without mentioning that the vehicles are in excellent condition, they have vehicles for everyone from used to excellent, it is not expensive if you think that a vehicle is an excellent investment so if you can have a recent one much better. In short I recommend them too!
