Always amazing food and great service. Been coming since the early 90s, and I love that the quality has been unwavering. This is my first time thinking to leave a review however, because Mario assisting with drive through orders was absolutely the picture of professionalism this evening, and I’d like to give him all the credit deserved for being the face of a place I love and doing it such great justice☺️👍🏽👍🏽

Been coming to this store since I was 8. Now 35. Tonight was the worst experience in all those years. The guy making our ice cream was on a different planet. Concentrated on everything but making our order. Ran out of something and just said oh well good enough I guess. Then my daughter wanted a soft serve twist. He had no clue what that was and took a lot of explaining to realize what the hell we were talking about. He then says its low. We asked its a kids cone is there enough for that? He replied I dont know maybe maybe not. This dude was either high as a kite or didnt care about anything that had to do with his job. I asked if thats how he would make our stuff for himself and he replied with I dont know. Maybe.

We ordinarily love Braums. Food was good. Staff was nice. They were very busy so lots of people like it. I didnt like the layout of the building. It didnt seem to be as good as others we have been to, but I think its a smaller one. We love Braums and I wish they would come to Ruston, Louisiana where I live. There are two colleges there and Im sure they would do well🙂.

Better than many nationwide fast food restaurants that do similar food.Ordering and service was quick.Their menu keeps some yummy specials; gotta keep looking!

The ice cream is super good and the burgers are too. They always get our order right and perfect. The drive thru is very slow sometimes though.

They have very good food and ice cream, but the last two times that I have been there the ice cream has been too soft. As in not frozen enough, runny!

The line moved incredibly slowly. Theres slow, but then theres a thirty minute wait time. I would understand if they were understaffed, but they were not. The ice cream was pretty good

Ice cream is fantastic! My frustration is the vanilla for the mix machine is always broke. This time they waited until we got to the window to inform us. Gonna have to switch over to Dairy Queen where they value ice cream customer I guess.

It had very nice ice cream. When you go to Texas you must eat there. Its not only ice cream there, there are hamburgers there too. Good ice cream and reasonable prices.

The food and ice cream is delicious ! Very inexpensive compared to other fast food chains. Love going shopping in the little market place in the store. The tables are kept clean. But, if you find one that is not the employees are more than happy to clean one for you. The only reason I mentioned that because it does get busy on the weekends.

Ice cream is great, but the drive thru is miserable. Ive made it out of a concert venue faster than this drive thru. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes even if there are only a couple of cars.

I like braums, but this has been a marginal braums for decades it seems. Limited selection and not a very good grill, even for a braums. Go to any of the areas other braums for a better experience

Awesome store with vertical integration from farm to store. Once you have tasted braums milk, you cant go back to any other brand.

This Braums location is on a small plot of land seriously restricting the drive-thru and only allowing for one window to not only accept payment but provide the order as well. The food was prepared as requested and was good.

I always enjoy going to Braums after a youth activity. This time they were not swamped with crowds of people so the order was given to us surprisingly quick. The food is fast food so with under consideration, still pretty good. I was introduced to Braums sauce today which was good. I especially enjoy visiting Braums for their variety of different flavors of ice cream.

They have THE BEST milk. I recently learned that Brahms has their own dairy cows. And the milk their cows produce are better for those who are lactose intolerant. So that’s a win for me and my toddler!

Woman at drive thru on Friday night at 8pm NEVER SAID A WORD TO US. That was very unprofessional. Sure, less talking in these un-normal times is best, but she had a mask on. The LEAST she could have said to us was Thanks. But, she opened her window, took our card, gave it back, closed window, opened window, gave us our order and the closed window. She NEVER said a word.We love Braums but with employees like this, maybe time to revisit Baskin Robins or Dairy Queen.Very unsatisfied customer,Chris

I was just at the Braums location in Flower Mound TX and NOT ONE employee had on a mask or hair net. Being that we are in the middle of a pandemic it is crucial that all employees wear a face mask. While I appreciate the restaurant being open it is absolutely necessary that the employees wear face masks and gloves. I think it is extremely important to relay this message to the manager of that store.

Brauns is a delight! Their ice cream is on par with many much more expensive brands. They also have good burgers at reasonable prices and most locations have an old fashioned local dinner type atmosphere.

Visited this location at approximately 7:30 yesterday evening. The drive thru was lengthy as usual so we went inside for take out. Was shocked to see absolutely no one was wearing a mask...not the customers in line or seated and not a single employee. Several employees were packed in the ice cream area preparing banana splits, mixes, etc but no one handling or distributing food wore a mask. I dont plan to return in the foreseeable future.

Excellent quarter lb bacon cheeseburgers on fresh sesame bun with all the trimmings. A thick slice of tomato you can actually taste, unlike most fast food burgers. Crispy fries, yummy ice cream cones & milkshakes, etc. Even low fat frozen yogurt for those who might feel wicked about that tasty, large, wonderful cheeseburger! Very friendly, courteous staff and love the in-store mini market with its fresh produce, dairy and meats. Ice cream by the gallon, of course. Great family place and free parking. Drive thru window if youre in a hurry.

I was surprised to see a full drive through at the end of the night, but I decided to get in line. Glad I did. The service was fast and friendly, the food was hot, and the chocolate shake was awesome (as Braums shakes usually are since they are made with real ice cream)!
