Stopped by today to pick up some pastries. This place is gorgeous. Very well decorated and cozy glam inside. Would love to meet up for coffee here. And not just superficial- the pastries were delicious. Got the spinach feta danish, cream cheese danish and fig goat cheese scone- all excellent.

Yeah, the place is worth all the great reviews. The employees are very nice. The owner is very nice. The place is very nice. You could probably come here every day for months and never have a bad experience. Needless to say, we love this place. Next event we have, we will make sure they make the cake. Their cakes look amazing. Easily the best London Fog drink in North Texas. As always, well be back!

BEST BAKER EVER!!! We have gotten several cakes from the London Baker and have to stop in about once every week or two (at minimum!) to get some of their amazing pastries or drinks! Their original location has always been incredible, but they outdid themselves with their new store front, which we went to today for the grand opening! Amazing interior and the same to-die-for baked treats! Our favorite cupcake/cake flavor is Pink Champagne but you seriously can’t go wrong with any flavor!

I would love to give this place 5 stars because the cake and decorations were truly amazing, however, it was disappointing to see how a “signature cake” was packaged. You would think since they are making the signature cakes more often, that they would know to better package them? Especially when it’s raining outside.ADD ON: wasn’t sure how to respond to your response so I added my reply here. I did notice that you changed your response so I will be responding to your first response as well as your revised response.Regarding your first response, I was not offered the addition $4 lid at the time of pick up nor did my cake naturally come with it. I have attached two pictures of how I picked up the cake (which now seems like you saw and is the reason you changed your response to me?)So I can’t say that my cake had your signature lid on top as evident by the photos I have attached.And now that you have changed your response,I would like to add that I just thought since the owner is a winner of a show on Food Network Channel that you guys would have better accommodations for cakes that bake too fluffy or have additional details on top that make the cakes tall and thus preventing lids from being placed properly. It was raining and my cake top was covered with a plastic wrap. Not what I expect when I pay $80 for a cake is all I’m saying.

The London Baker was my husbands “must have” at wedding and they were fabulous! From the personalized cake tasting, Gluten free options, planning phone calls and cake outlines, to final beautiful cakes!!! They are wonderful and delicious.

What The London Baker pulled off for my now husband and I for our wedding in February of 2021 was monumental to us and just so impressive! Our wedding would not have been the same without Elizabeth, her team and her bakery! As a bride I felt secure knowing our cakes were in their capable hands. If you dont believe me just check out their Instagram! It speaks for itself. Their expert skill, craftsmanship, dedication, creativity and attention to detail not only met our expectations but exceeded them as well when it came to our bride and grooms cakes. Our cakes came out exactly how we envisioned them. Our friends and family still talk about those cakes! When it comes to The London Baker you can sense their passion in their creations! They also successfully delivered our cakes safely to the venue which was almost an hour and a half long drive for them. Clearly they have nerves of steel! My wedding planner and I both found Elizabeth and her team not only easy to work with but delightful to chat with as well. Elizabeth is professional, kind, charming and patient. After doing our market research we were pleasantly surprised to find that The London Bakers prices were the most reasonable when it came to the type of cakes and level of detail that we were wanting. We didnt get a big ego vibe from them either, despite their many accolades. Especially having been on Food Network. Not only that but they made it exciting to brain storm cake design ideas with them and they were the only bakery we spoke to who, without hesitation, displayed confidence in their ability to design our cakes. As far as cake flavors go, I highly recommend taste testing their strawberry flavored cake! My husband and I still dream about that cake. Lastly, my only regret is that we dont live in Dallas where The London Baker is located! I would be a regular there if I lived near by. I make it a point to visit them every time Im in town. Maybe there will be a Houston location someday?! ;) I am eternally grateful to The London Baker for doing our wedding cakes...and with such precision too! First time here and I loved this place!! The decor, the friendly employees the latte and the food were all excellent!! I will be back!

I love the London Baker but unfortunately I have to now change my five star review to a three star review. Their treats are so tasty and I love the creativity that goes behind the teas!But their customer service has been lacking as of late. First, we waited over an hour to buy a couple of cupcakes at the day of their grand opening at the new location. A customer in front of us actually had to leave without buying anything because she would be late for something else. Then at the grand opening tea we waited 45 minutes before we got anything to eat or drink. Then they messed up our reservation request for the Harry Potter tea. Even though we submitted our request timely and they assured us they would call us the Tuesday before to confirm our booking, they never did. We had to call again and they admitted they had accidentally skipped over our request and could no longer give us the time that we had requested! I think I could have forgiven it but they didnt even offer us anything for their mistake, not even a free scone. So Im disappointed right now in the London Baker. I sincerely hope that their organization improves so that I can change this review once again to a five star!

The London Baker in Lewisville had the grand opening today and it was my first time trying their cupcakes. I decided to try the Wedding Cake flavored one and all I can say is WOW!! One bite and it instantly took me back to my wedding night. The icing was incredible and the cake was perfectly moist. By the time I finished eating it, I had replayed our entire wedding in my mind and all I could do was smile. Can’t wait to try more of their products and it’s nice to know I can enjoy our wedding night over and over with their mouthwatering cupcakes!!

This place is amazing. The food is divine!! The staff is so considerate and helpful. I didnt want to leave and cant wait to go back! Definitely recommend for your baking needs. And did I mention how delectable the sweets are?!!!!!

Beautiful and friendly atmosphere at this establishment and grand opening! With my upcoming wedding in May 2022, I had to try thee London Baker’s cupcakes. I had: Wedding Cake, Red Velvet, Cinnamon Roll and the Chocolate Double Dutch. From the cream frosting to the taste of cake my tastebuds started singing and I don’t want to share; they ARE THAT AMAZING! Smooth, light and not overly sweet. Can’t wait for them to cater their fabulous desserts at my Wedding!

I live in the apartments adjoining the London Baker and was so excited for it to open since it’d be so convenient for coffee and breakfast. They have not disappointed. The coffee is delicious, and every drink I’ve tried has tasted great. All of the pastries I’ve had have also been super tasty, so I can’t wait to try a cake someday. The staff is also awesome and very accommodating. Definitely worth checking out plus the decor is beautiful.

We’ve been London Baker fans for years. The new location is amazing. Today I got a an iced London fog, almond croissant, and cupcakes. Delicious as always. We’ll be attending afternoon tea there tomorrow. Love love love The London Baker!

Great baked goodies!We swung by here and grabbed some baked treats because why not? Happy we did! Im not sure what I ordered. Some sort of apple crumble cheesecake thing but it was absolutely amazing! Creamy cheesecake, fresh apple slices, nice crumble on top. Oh yea, it was probably the best sweet treat Ive had in a while.The deep dish cookie didnt last long. Boyfriend didnt want anything until he opened the box and saw that cookie. Nice and thick but cooked to perfection. I only got one bite!This place was also featured on sugar rush, which is pretty awesome. Great little bakery and those cakes they had on display looked absolutely beautiful!

Visiting the place on the first day of soft launch.The vibe was bright and baristas were well receiving. I had a london Fog tea and almond croissant 🥐 and both were amazing. Will definitely recommend to visit this place for fine experience near Tx 121 highway.

This is my third visit to the London Baker.Today was her grand opening even though it was busy, she greeted every single customer with a wonderful smile.We ordered a cheese danish, a chocolate croissant, a bourbon cookie, a chocolate chip cookie, cookie and cream donut and a peanut butter brownie. Me and my daughter enjoyed every single bite more than the next!

What can I say other than….wow. When my wife suggested a high tea, I told her she was crazy and that’s not for men. Boy am I glad she twisted my arm and got me thinking straight.I still don’t know what I like best. Maybe the sausage rolls, cookies, or santra. Just too tough of a decision. Oh wait, it’s probably the scones. I didn’t even like scones before going in, but now😃😃😃😃.Can’t wait to go back . And yes, even took my daughter for her bday!!!!

Great food and a great atmosphere to just relax and have coffee, smores cookie was delicious and the staff took time to accommodate customers needs, also noticed alot of places to plug in phones and laptops under booths.

We ordered a Harry Potter themed cake. We sent a few initial designs to get started with. London baker came up with a fine one. It looked so real. We couldnt believe its a cake. The cake was so very well designed, we didnt want to cut the sculpted parts of it and wanted to keep it forever. Great work Shannon!!!!! We tried several bakeries and we werent really feeling heard by any of them. We had a fairly specific design with room for ideas. Our fairly basic requests just seemed like too much for other bakeries. Our cake tasting experience was incredible, the cake is worlds beyond anything we had tried before. Our consultant instantly understood our ideas and improved them in ways we hadnt even thought of. We couldnt be more excited for our wedding cake.

We found The London Baker to make a special cake for my mother-in-laws birthday. After trading a few emails about concepts for a custom design, they went to work. I was completely blown away by how stunning this cake was. My mother-in-law loved it. At our small gathering, everybody kept asking is that really a cake?? It was stunning in appearance and it was delicious too! Pink champagne cake with raspberry liqueur frosting... I highly recommend Elizabeth and her team!

I randomly walked in to The London Baker on a whim and Im glad I did! The first thing I noticed was the amazing decor, it was like growing up in England all over again. I dont usually order baked goods but, I decided to try truffles. I had to text my friend immediately shortly after because they were so amazing! The cakes that were on display were like pieces of art as well. Ill for sure go here again!

Not exactly sure how this place works. Walked in thinking we’d be able to order cupcakes, but were told they don’t have any, and as a bakery that promotes cupcakes on their store front - this was weird. The girl working the counter was extremely confused when I asked when would be the best time to come back for them. I was so excited to try this place out but after the lack laster customer service experience we’ll probably continue to take our business to bakeries that have the products they promote.

Wonderful bakery and staff! Im not a cake person generally, so believe me when I tell yall their cakes/cupcakes are THE best Ive ever had! Perfectly moist with buttercream icing that fulfills my icing lover needs without being overwhelmingly sweet. The staff were always pleasant to communicate with and eager to get exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this bakery!

The decision to work with The London Baker for our wedding cakes was the best one that we could have made!I knew initially that I wanted them to create a surprise Grooms cake for my husband and I was still on the fence about having a wedding cake or serving another dessert, but after working with Jessica on the grooms cake, I knew that we needed to have a wedding cake by them as well! The entire process was wonderful, from watching the design come to life as a sketch, to tasting the cakes, and them seeing them in person for the first time at our wedding was indescribable! The cake designers absolutely blew us away with our cakes as well as our guests! The cakes were a huge hit at our wedding not only because of how they looked but also their taste! This was the most amazing cake. It was a surprise cake for my birthday. And surprise it was. This was a masterpiece. The details were amazing. It was so beautiful I hated to cut it but because it was so delicious Im glad that we did. If you need a special cake, look no farther than The London Baker. Hands down the best bakery weve experienced in DFW area! The sweet goods are deviously delicious and decadent and I dont say that lightly. The patisserie chef deserves all the accolades and more. Congratulations on such a brilliant boutique dessert store with top quality offerings.

Being that my husband and I were trying to be very budget conscious during the wedding process, we tried multiple different cakes from both grocery stores and bakeries. Frankly, all of them tasted the same, and we were about to go with the generic grocery store when we had one tasting left - The London Baker. My husband and I took one bite of the cake, looked at each other in unison, and just laughed. This was a cake worth the money (and honestly was still reasonably priced). This was a cake that stood out from the rest. One of our favorite flavors was the London style, and we included it on our wedding day. The staff and decorators were very helpful and kind throughout the process. They did not blink an eye when my husband changed his cake decorations at the last minute. We are so glad that we picked the London Baker for our wedding cakes and will be back for future events.

Swung by today for the grand opening of the new shop- which is so gorgeous and charming inside- and Elizabeth herself was working the register and thanking people for their patience with the wait etc. Bought several different goodies from cookies to cupcakes to scones, as well as some savory pastries, and everything was ridiculously delicious. The shop is a half hour ride for me to get to but one I will gladly make again and again- very satisfied customer ☺️

Our cakes for our wedding turned out phenomenal. We also enjoyed doing a cake tasting back in February. Will definitely be back for more treats in the future.

WOW! I MEAN WOW!!!!!!!We moved to Texas in 2019, we have two daughters, so I had began my search for a yummy bakery. Usually referrals from friends and coworkers are it but nope, we had tried 3 different bakeries all very costly and they were pretty cakes but honestly I want TASTE delicious scrumptious TASTE. None of the bakeries we had tried were yummy they were dry and overly sweetened yuck. Long behold we began trying for baby #3 and we needed a bakery do to our gender reveal cake, I did my own search this time. I prayed this bakery would be the one! Hallelujah!!! The cake was beyond gorgeous! And most important... the taste was SOOO ONO (Delicious)! So moist, light, fluffy and just the right amount of sweet. We have found our bakery!!! Mahalo The London Baker for also coming through with our cake during this snow storm!!

Elizabeth is delightful and serves up delicious cakes! Every flavor we tasted was excellent. We requested a custom lemon blueberry flavor, which seems to have made it onto their regular menu. One small detail (a pile for blueberries on the top of the cake) was missing but regardless our wedding cake was perfect. Ill be back for more.

Terrible business. They messed up my daughter’s party. I ordered an LOL doll cake for my daughters 5th LOL birthday party. The cake they made was totally different from what I ordered.At the time of placing my order, I sent them a picture of what the cake should look like exactly with the dolls on it. However they did the opposite. The cake didn’t taste so good as well.My baby was so disappointed and cried the whole day. I sent London Baker an email the next day to express my frustration and no one ever got back to me till this day.I would never order from them again. DISAPPOINTED!!

This location decorations are beautiful and the cupcakes are delicious.... my daughter had a cinnamon cupcake, I had a resses peanut butter they were sooo good. Definitely a place to visit.

I used them for my (then) fiancees birthday to make a TARDIS cake. it was superb! so when we planned our Star Wars themed wedding, we went back to them. They knocked this one out of the galaxy!!We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid. We went from 75 guests to 25. So it was important that the details were perfect. The London Baker made a perfect cake. And they were so friendly (and nerdy!) to deal with. The whole experience with them really made our wedding sparkle!

It’s all in the details! The baker makes sure every single product out of her bakery is of the highest quality! They have some of the best croissants in DFW. My personal favorites is the Blueberry lemon scone. Absolutely delicious! Also if you want a beautifully designed cake for your special events, look no further. The London Baker is the place to call. The cake will look beautiful and taste phenomenal (which is rarely the combination of all the cakes I’ve tasted in the past). Definitely worth your trip!

If I could give this place 20 stars, I would! There motto is Its not just cake its an experience. Let me tell you that they are true to there motto. The London Baker not only has delicious, moist cakes....but has amazing customer service! I ordered two cakes from them. I sent pictures of what we wanted and The London Baker did not fail to impress. The cakes turned out beautiful and tasted great! Shannon and the rest of the staff are truly amazing. Even my brother commented on how nice they all are. Not to mention, their bakery is beautiful. honestly thought that I wouldnt be able to afford their prices. However, they worked within my budget. After the party, I had guests asking about who made our cakes. I gladly recommended The London Baker. If you have not tries this place, I will say that you must go! I have used other great bakers in the past in this area, but none compare to The London Baker.

The only place I will order cake!! Between weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries, I’ve only had the best experience (and cake!!) The team is amazing to work with and they can nail down your vision. The breakfast scones are also incredible whenever I get a chance to pop in!

The London Baker was our baker for our wedding on Jan 20, 2018. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We fell in love with the cakes flavours at our tasting and Elizabeth helped us grow our vague ideas into beautiful designs! My husbands cake which combined his love for Deadpool and Game of Thrones was a huge hit.

I really had high expectations. Seen so many good reviews and was excited to pick up my cake but honestly I was not happy with the cake at all. I called two weeks in advance and I was advise that wasn’t enough time but I still went with the service. I picked up my cake today and honestly it was a job that could have been done in a hour or two. Two weeks in advance for a cake I could have brought anywhere. It was tiny and honestly didn’t give me that wow factor I was looking for. I really didn’t care about the cost at all and I expressed that. I wanted something to wow me and I also ask for the cake pops to match the cake and they were all sort of colors. No one had the theme I asked for. Plus when I expressed my concern the lady in the back had a really bad attitude and raised her voice. I Politely took my cake that I already paid for and went to Costco to pick up another one. I will never order from this place again.

Consistency is KEY, AND THAT SHE IS! We have been ordering cakes from her since 2018! The appearance of the cake is not only quality, but TASTE AS WELL! She exceeds our expectations every SINGLE TIME! CHOOSE THE LONDON BAKER FOR YOUR BAKING NEEDS! It will not be a regretful one!

Perfect Board Game Wedding Cake!Instead of getting a traditional wedding cake, I wanted something fun and unique to match our board game reception. The London Baker was reccomended and I fell in love with her amazing detail and creativity. We had a tasting (btw, her cakes are all delicious and especially her red velvet with buttercream frosting is to die for) and she helped us work through what we wanted and how to make it fit our budget. The result was a board game cake that looked so realistic my dad almost tried to pick it up and place it with the rest of the board games!

My granddaughters cake was absolutely beautiful. Even more than I asked or paid for. Elizabeth (the owner) is so lovely. Went out of her way to get me exactly what I wanted. My granddaughter is autistic, so this cake was a huge deal to her. And Elizabeth delivered exactly what her vision was. I can never thank her enough for such a wonderful experience. And such a happy little girls birthday!

Ordered from here, while the custom made cake looked absolutely gorgeous, we were not quite satisfied how it tasted. Also, few mishaps and confusion with spelling of the name despite sending email. For the price point, I don’t think we are sold.**Coffee on the house, nice gesture. Did that change the way the cake tasted, no.We were expecting a better tasting cake, regardless of the flavors chosen. You should stand by all your flavors please and kindly. We chose almond cake and chocolate buttercream, pretty much a match made in heaven. Not sure how that would be a rare combination and how that would not taste good.Kindly take criticisms well, thanks for your service and attempt.We expected a delicious cake, that’s all.

I’ve been dying to order a cake for a very special someone from The London Baker. As Haley’s bday was approaching I knew she was going to be the lucky recipient - she is obsessed with CAKE! And The Londer Baker didn’t disappoint. The cake was a stately and delicious centerpiece for this very special girl’s 22nd celebration of life. Thank you. LB!

Excellent taste, along with the incredible artistic reflection of my daughter and new son-in-laws visions for their wedding cakes made The London Baker the absolute perfect choice! We did tastings with 5 bakeries and you won with a unanimous vote from the whole family. When we went in for the design meeting Jessica sat down with us, listened to my daughters vision and actually drew the cakes while we sat with her. She talked through each tier of both cakes, as well as cookies and cake balls for a dessert bar, and any adjustments needed to the design she changed on the spot. The cakes and dessert bar were executed perfectly and we couldnt have been happier with the results! Planning a wedding is stressful, so to watch my daughter walk out of the first meeting with a big smile and total confidence that her vision would be reflected in her cakes was a HUGE deal! You will most assuredly be our recommendation from this point forward.

Seriously one of the best bakeries-not just in the DFW area-but anywhere. The staff is helpful and accommodating and the prices for what you get are phenomenal. Ive been to several of their high teas and the menus are creative and delightful, and they really do go all out on decor and ambience. The cupcakes, cakes, and pastries are AMAZING! And since the quarantine they have come up with some inventive and fun ways to enjoy their craft from the safety of your home! Definitely give em your business.

Another baker had backed out of creating a cake for my wifes birthday because they overbooked. So, with two weeks to go, I called around and no one was able to make it happen. I called Elizabeth and she was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in creating a great looking cake. There was a hiccup in communication but ultimately she delivered a fantastic cake my wife was very surprised. Thanks again!

Every bit was so realistic, I expected the eye to start slow blinking at me. Even the pages were textured to look like legit pages! And the taste? The most delicious thing. Any time I order a cake from them I feel like I am requesting a custom art piece and hot damn is always a knock out with flavors. Elizabeth and her team are artists dolling out master pieces and I am so happy they are in Dallas! Cant wait for our wedding cake!

The work that is being created in this bakery is hands down th3 best work Ive ever seen. I called last minute for 45 cupcakes and they were able.to whip me some up for my daughters 7th birthday. I asked for rainbow frosting and they went the extra mile to add thr number 7 to two of the cupcakes for each of my daughters. I highly recommend this bakery for your special occasions.

I tried the deep dish peanut butter cookies and they are amazing! The best cookies I have ever had. I also tried the apple caramel cheesecake. It was to die for, totally amazing. I will definitely be going back to The London Baker to try more of what’s on offer. It all looks fantastic.

From the decor to the ambience of the bakery. You are fully immersed when you walk in. The moment you walk in the smells of sweets hit you and make you hungry. It makes you feel like you’re Charlie walking into the chocolate factory. You’re just in awe. You feel as if you’re in a upscale bakery from London itself. From the prices to the staff it’s hands down amazing! Their party themes they hold are truly wonderful! They always go above and beyond and it’s something for the whole family. Now the cakes, once you see these works or art you are nothing but amazed. The prices are truly wonderful for a work of art that taste amazing and from someone who has won multiple times on the Food Network it’s a no brainer you’re getting something from the best. So If you haven’t been you should it’s well worth it.

Today was amazing!!! Walked in and never expected to have the experience we did ! My lil sister (Mia)face was lit up like she was a princess getting all she wanted for her wedding. When the cake artist ask questions and draws out your dream cake you can’t say anything else but yes to the cake ....but on top of the hand drawn design the cake taste magnificent still can taste them now. Delicious is all I can tell you with the friendliest staff and best attitude but to me the head cake designer with that wonderful Britain accent was superb!

I discovered Elizabeths talent in August of 2017 and holy cake, im hooked! not only is she such a kind spirited, talented, professional, efficient baker she works around your budget and assures your vision comes to life. I first hired her for my dino themed baby shower and let me tell you when i saw that cake up, close and personal my eyes teared up (hormones played a big part too lol), but when i hired her the second time around for my daughters donut themed slumber party and i cried the second time around, i realized this women now has my loyalty, both cakes were just beyond delicious (moist, just the right amount of sweetness) i will hire her for the rest of my life, THANK YOU SO MUCH ELIZABETH TO YOU AND THAT WONDERFUL TEAM you have standing next to you, for being so helpful and making my experience worth every penny!(i will keep updating this review every time i hire her for a cake)

Elizabeth is so talented and amazing. Everything taste incredible! She is so sweet and creative. She has made my kids birthday cakes,cupcakes/cookies 3 years in a row and now, she is making my wedding cake. Look no further if you want incredible, tasty and one of a kind special baked creation.

I can not express how sincerely overwhelmed I am by The London Bakery! They went out of their way to get us an appointment so we could come for a tasting and consult. We were treated like royalty with smiles and kindness. My daughter showed them a picture of her dream wedding cake. A few weeks before the wedding I took a bag of flowers and prayed they could decorate it to please my daughter. The wedding was Sunday the 27th and when we went into the reception, there was the most beautiful cake exactly like the picture! It was simply perfect! The cake was cut and was so delicious that the guest went back for seconds! Tasted amazing!! Dont hesitate to use The London Bakery!! Its a no brainer!! The service and kindness can not be beaten by any other vendor. This will always be my go to for every special occasion!

OMG let me just say she did an AMAZING job on my boyfriend’s Birthday cake. Very detailed in her work and you can tell the passion put into every single thing she makes. I was very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This place is fantastic. I had seen the photos of their cakes, so I decided to see how the rest of their products were in person. The brownies were oh so gooey and moist, but the cookies were phenomenal. Deep dish and exploding with flavor. Do not miss a chance to stop on by!

Tasted her AMAZING brownie and cakes at the Promise House Golf Classic in Dallas. I will never be able to enjoy another brownie. Hers are decadent, moist, perfectly chocolate-y. The cake was just as good. We tried the wedding cake with almond extract and butter cream and the banana pudding and both were the best Ive had. She had a book with her designs and once again, they were amazing. Highly highly highly recommend!

I absolutely love The London Baker! I recently used her fabulous services for my 5 year olds birthday party this past weekend. My daughter asked for her favorite colors and The London Baker out did herself! The cake was perfect, seriously almost too beautiful to eat! Something that beautiful cant taste that good right?! Beautiful design but cakes lack flavor. Asked for a lemon flavored cake and it tasted like vanilla. But the designs are beautiful.

I swear, this place has some of the best cakes and cookies in the area. I recommend the white chocolate snickerdoodles the most.

The London Baker is absolutely amazing! I have been in many times just for the pastries that they offer. The Strawberry cream cheese danish is to die for! The also do customer cake orders and come they out beyond my expectation! This cozy cafe is amazing and I love coming to eat, drink, and relax!
