This place has the best atmosphere and drinks. We had oat milk mocha cappuccinos, pumpkin loaf, A cinnamon scone and the Cherry pie. I love the antiques all over the walls and during the hours the Mercantile is right next-door. They have such a variety of seating for singles or couples or small groups.

Loved the espresso!I picked the Ethiopian coffee beans.I ended up becoming a loyal customer. I love the whole experience at this place: drinking a high quality coffee and looking outside the windows, admiring the Old Town of Lewisville. Their location helps as well because you can bring your dog to walk around the area. All the best to The Perc Coffeehouse!

There are plenty of seating options which is so lovely, I personally enjoy sitting at either bar table by the windows. Just moved to Dallas, always looking out for coffee and found this place. Normally I just grab and go, but this place is like a little museum of antique collectables! The coffee selection is great. I try to only drink coconut milk, they had a nice selection of milk alternatives to choose from! Coffee was great! Definitely worth going in and enjoying the place!

Regarding the Covid 19 concerns, the place seems to have regulations, cleanliness and sanitation seems to be constant.I can not wait to be there tomorrow for my caffeine intake.Coffee was super!

This coffeehouse is so cute! I went during their half price time on a Wednesday. The atmosphere was cute, lots of interesting stuff on the wall and cozy seats.There were a lot of people, but there were a lot of little hidden couches where you feel tucked away from everyone. Which was great because I was able to talk and hear my friends. (Im hard of hearing and wear hearing aids. I was able to hear my friends just fine.)The coffee I got was a Cinnamon Latte, which was so good! In the picture, the two cups with the leaf was the cinnamon Latte, the other one was the Chia tea latte with cinnamon on top.Would 100% come back!

I dont normally write reviews... but I decided to take the time to write this one as I just saw a recent negative review.First Id like to say that my family and I have been coming to The Perc since they opened in 2016, so we pretty much know everyone that works or has worked here. Kelly is a great manager, very nice, patient and kind. I always come with my daughter who is 6 now and she is always playing with whatever she can get her hands on, and not once have we been looked at weird or anything like it. We also only speak Spanish when we come here as often we come with family members and not all speak English. Everyone here is so nice and accommodating that we always choose The Perc for our Christmas gathering with friends and even Birthday celebrations when we want something more friendly and relaxed.Everyone here is great and it all comes from the leadership they have. Kelly you are amazing! We (Jessica, Norma, Veronica, Zoe, Lupita, and all the others that come with us) truly appreciate you and every member of The Perc. Keep up the great work!!! See yall shortly!

Really solid coffee shop! So glad to have one I know I can enjoy and trust when I’m in the Lewisville area. I’m told they recently started roasting their own beans as well, so I expect that will raise the level of goodness here even more. Great environment. Really nice staff.

The Perc Coffeehouse is a vintage gem in the heart of old town Lewisville. It is a brick coffeehouse decorated with old timely photos and posters, vintage light up signs, bikes, and records. Its easy to miss as the entrance is tucked in, but upon entrance you will be surprised as to how big and cozy this place is!

Absolutely perfect coffee, it wasnt incredibly hot were it burns your tongue. It was at the perfect temperature to enjoy. Definitely will be coming back even if I live 200 miles away thats how good it was.

Well made espresso, espresso drinks and tasty baked goods make this a must stop when in Lewisville. People are best nice and friendly and their coffee game is among the best. Macchiatos have been well made though at times the coffee is a bit too lemony for me, but thats a personal preference

First time here. Super cozy little coffee shop with good drinks, plenty of power plugs, and fast wifi. Reccomend if you are looking for a unique coffee spot.

The Perc Coffee house has the best vibes and really gives a warm feeling, the coffee has the richest flavor and its definitely a great place to sit and chat with your friends or finish a few assignments. The balcony seating has a natural view of the street and a nice breeze as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I definitely recommend trying their Harvest Cold Brew!

Visited this little cute coffee shop during my visit to dallas. Walked into a great ambience of uniquely decorated coffee shops with little private section to sit and enjoy your coffee. Asked for recommendations and was very pleasant to hear the answer I usually like to hear from a coffee shops would you like something on sweeter note or more towards coffee flavored ... pointsPumpkin bread and cappuccino was an amazing combo and my daughter loved her mouth watering melting chocolate chip cookie.

Great feel to the old building. Pastries are smaller portions compared to other coffee shops... but thats not a bad thing - especially for those watching their calorie consumption. ;)

The staff is what will bring me back for another try... The young man and lady that assisted me in with my choice were upbeat and helpful, the atmosphere relaxed and easy... However, I was underwhelmed by the food and the beverage. I wont be picking up any more chai lattes or raspberry tartlets but I will be back to see if they can Wow me with their food, service, and atmosphere.

Went on an adventure and had one of their summer time options. A delicious blood orange espresso served in a high ball. The rich combination of cocoa and orange was fantastic. Looking forward to going back and trying some of their other blends. A great place to hang out and relax.

I love this coffee house and the mercantile thats attached to it! I will drive the 25 minutes to go there and meet with my friends and have the most delicious coffee and tea! Their seasonal drinks are amazing!

Awesome place! The Perc is one of my favorite hangouts! I meet friends and clients here for coffee or a light snack. Their banana bread is killer!!! On some evenings they also have live entertainment in the back. I have found their staff professional and caring. I only wished the place was a little bigger. It can get really crowded at times. 5 stars!

Love the meryl steep - I cant do caffeine but I love herbal tea fogs. They have some lovely coffee table books that my dad and I have enjoyed reading. I recommend Train Stations Then and Now. My only complaint is that I wish they had a dairy free pastry option, even if it is something pre-packaged.

Nicest coffee stop Ive ever been too. Ive seen some nice ones in Dallas but this place is awesome. The vibe, layout, plenty of seating, the customer service. I believe If Im in the area again this will be a go-to.

My office recently flooded after the storm and I spent some time at The Perc while repairs were being done. I bought $50+ of goods per day there because I knew that I was using valuable table space. I had to make a few phone calls, and none of my calls made in English caused any reaction but when I made a call in Spanish, I received many glancing looks (many obvious head turns my way) from a neighboring table where the manager, Kelly, was sitting. It was very obvious that she kept glancing at me because I was speaking another language because my other English calls caused no reaction from her. My voice level was not loud because I dont need everyone around me knowing the details of my calls. It made me feel uncomfortable and also sad because Lewisville is diverse, and it shouldnt matter what language I am speaking. I dont know if Ill be back if Spanish-speaking customers are unwanted.

This place has great vibes! Service is always friendly and efficient. The music is always at the appropriate volume making it an excellent place to have conversation with the people in your party or to do work on your laptop if flying solo. And of course, the coffee is delicious and they have a good selection!

This was my first time here and I didnt realize I had been missing out on a very nice spot thats not even five minutes away from my house. The service is great and the atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for. They also follow social distancing guidelines and still have plenty of space to study and hangout. Will be back soon!

Exceptional spot! A great new addition to the DFW coffee scene. Perfect espresso using West Oak beans expertly pulled from a La Marzocco linea. They also offer pour overs if milky drinks arent your thing. As good as the coffee is, its rivaled by the rustic chic decor. This place oozes charm and character. A must for anyone who enjoys coffee and wants that hidden gem. Great job Perc!

Great atmosphere and chai tea latte

Its a little bit expensive but there is plenty of outlets and seating. I was able to comfortably study for a couple of hours. I enjoyed the Italian panini as well as the iced latte. The barista was very kind and efficient.

Love the perc! Whenever Im in Lewisville and have the opportunity I stop in. If I lived closer I could see myself being a regular here. Awesome staff and great selection of drinks.

Indoor seating and decor is super innovative and vintage at the same time. I live in Denton (about 20 min north) and travel down just to come here!

Omg! This random dude at the store who suggested I should try the coffee shake was right. That and the drip coffee was amazing! The staff was phenomenal. The barrister-Jeremiah even helped me carry drinks to my car!!
